One tour that can support the regional economy found in Kampar Regency is Teluk Jering which is located in Dusun III in Teluk Kenidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The location is also called Pantai Cinta because the sand on the edge of the river has white sand and clean beach. Many residents who came from Pekanbaru and other areas deliberately visited Teluk Jering. The development is carried out by making road directions to the location of attractions, gates, photo spots, information signs, the website of the Teluk Jering village and promotion and publication on social media. The development and tourism of Teluk Jering will have an impact on the arrival of visitors to the Teluk Jering tourist attraction will increase the income of the people of Teluk Jering Village. The tourism sector is a potential sector to be developed as a source of regional income. The development of tourism depends on the visits that come to visit the place. The increase in the number of visits that occur is a reflection of the continued development of tourism, to maintain and increase the number of tourist visits

Abstrak- Tulisan ini membahas tentang disain Aplikasi Algoritma MD5. Dalam desain ini dibuat model kirim dan terima SMS aman. Dari model ini bisa dibuat desain aplikasi berbasis objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), State Machine untuk menggambarkan status pengiriman pesan dan Graphical User Interface (GUI) yang user friendly menggunakan Android Studio 2.3.3 dan gradle 3.3. Desain ini juga memerlukan sebuah database. Hasil desain ini dapat digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi mengirim dan menerima pesan aman secara umum dan khususnya aplikasi algoritma MD5 menggunakan Android. Kata kunci : Aplikasi, algoritma MD5, Android, SMS aman Abstract- This paper discusses the design of MD5 Algorithm application. In design is created a model to send and receive secured SMS. From this model is made an application design which is based on object using Unified Modeling Language (UML), State machine to give describing state of send and recive massage and Graphical User Interface (GUI) which is user friendly using Android Studio 2.3.3 and Gradle 3.3. The application design also uses a database. The result of design can be used to create an application to send and receive a secure message in general and especially message digest 5 algorithm using Android. AbstrakPenyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE (Outcome-based Education) di universitas saat ini cenderung terisolasi disebabkan oleh penggunaan aplikasi word processing dan stand-alone technology dalam penyusunan kurikulum tersebut. Data kurikulum yang tidak terstruktur dan terisolasi membuat data tersebut berpeluang untuk sulit diakses, tidak koheren dan tidak efisien untuk disusun secara kolektif dan kolaboratif oleh Tim Kurikulum dan Dosen Prodi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, memodelkan dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang diberi nama e-OBE untuk membantu Program Studi dalam penyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE. Penyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE secara tersentral, terbuka dan kolaboratif menggunakan e-OBE oleh Program Studi memungkinkan koherensi setiap data kurikulum dan pekerjaan penyusunan kurikulum OBE dapat lebih efisien dikerjakan. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program enables universities to convert independently the programs into department courses hence those can be considered as its course credits. MBKM program guideline requires universities, specifically departments, to carefully convert MBKM program since they have to consider Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) and relevancy of courses in the conversion process. To follow the guideline, departments must explore learning outcomes of each courses and learning outcome of the programs. The job is certainly time and resource consuming. Therefore it needs to be supported by a reliable strategy and system to manage efficiently and effectively relational data between MBKM program, PLO and courses. Through these data, departments then enable to identify quickly related courses with those programs. This paper introduces a model to represent the conversion strategy. We then developed in-house application called e-OBE to implement the model to enable the departments to map PLO, MBKM program and course data efficiently and effectively. The mapping data can be used to retrieve department courses quickly in which their PLO are linked with MBKM program PLO. Finally, a recommendation based on text similarity from courses and MBKM program can be generated automatically to support department decision in the conversion process.

School libraries should be accredited with the aim of improving the quality of libraries. Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service (DISPUSIP) in determining a school library that deserves to be accredited is still done manually, namely DISPUSIP went directly to the field to monitor the library in the school and the data collection still used manual entries. Meanwhile, a lot of data must be collected, causing the data to be inaccurate and take a long time. For this reason, a decision support system is needed. The data used are nine junior high schools both public and private as an alternative. While the criteria refer to the school library accreditation instrument issued by the National Library consisting of six criteria, namely collections, library facilities and infrastructure, library services, library staff, library administration and management, and reinforcement. Data analysis using the ARAS method. The results of the study are that Sek 4, Sek 5 and Sek 2 are school libraries that are eligible for accreditation
