Datacollection used questionnaires distributed to respondents, analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using chi-squareanalysis. The results of the study there is a significant relationship between knowledge of adolescent reproductive health withpremarital sexual behavior, p-value 0.000. This research can be concluded that there is correlation of level of knowledge ofreproductive health of adolescent significant with premarital sexual attitude.

Abstract

American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG)2005, confessed that the average of spontaneous birth was 12%,23.4% stood for birth induction with medical indication, while 23.8% for birth induction without any medical indication. There was arise in birth induction in District Base Hospital of Wonosari on 2015 up to 2016, from 17% to 18.5%. The success of the birth indicationin post-term pregnancies which used folley-oxcytocin was quite high (84%). One of the factors triggering the success of the inductionwas exactly the thing called parity. The purpose was to know the relation of parity and the success of folley-oxcytocin induction whichwas done toward post-term mothers in District Base Hospital of Wonosari on 2016. Sort of observational analytic research with crosssectional design. The location of the research was in District Base Hospital of Wonosari on May 4 up to 12, 2017. The population wasthe post-term pregnant women who were induced with folley-oxytocin on 2016. The sampling method used was purposive. Thenumber of appropriate samples were 130 post-term pregnant women induced with folley-oxytocin. While the hypothesis trial tookChi-Square with 0.05 signification standard as the medium. 76.9% out of 100% post-term pregnant women were successfullyinduced with folley-oxytocin. The percentage of success of multipara case was 84.62% while the nulipara one was 69.23%. p-value0.037 was gotten in the analysis of Chi-Square which meant that there was a significant connection between parity and the successof folley-oxytocin induction, PR 1.222, 95% (CI 1,008-1,481) and 0.180 contingency coefficient with only little closeness in relation. There was definitely a relation between parity and the success of folley-oxytocin induction done towards the post-term pregnanciesin District Base Hospital of Wonosari on 2016.

Health education is one of the right methods to provide information to adolescent termine comprehension differences after getting menstrual hygiene education through booklets and leaflets for adolescent girl. This research was quasi experiment with pretest-posttest design with control group design. The data was taken on June 2019 in An-Nur Islamic Boarding School, Sewon, Bantul. The sample for each group was 35 girl students. The instruments used questionnaires. The data was analysed using paired t-test and independent t-test. The paired t-test result of the knowledge of both groups has significant enhancement knowledge in pretest-postrest scores for booklet group (Mean Difference = 14.09; p = 0.000) and for leaflet group (Mean Difference = 7.83; p = 0.000). Result of independent t-test showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge enhancement in adolescent girl's knowledge scores in the pre-test and post-test between the group of booklet media with the leaflet media (Mean Difference = 6.26; p = 0.000). The health education on menstrual hygiene through booklet media was more effective than leaflets in adolescent girls.

Abortion is one of the health problems which cause morbidity and mortality are high. Objectives to determine is there any correlation of interval interpregnancy, maternal age, and parity with the incidence of abortion in pregnant women in Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital in 2010. The researcher used Obseruationalstudy, with a cross-sectional design. The research takes place in Panembahan Senopali Bantul District Hospital. The study population was all pregnant women in 2010. The researcher uses random sampling with 323 respondents- This Analysis will use logistic regression test Results: The proportion of the incidence of abortion in Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital is about 5.4 %. The 323 samples of pregnancies women were known as the result of calculation of the independent variables which related as predictor variables toward the incident of abortion was parity OR=0,714 p-value = 0.0293 (pvalue< 0,05). Age and interval interpregnancy in this research study does not correlate with the incidence of abortion because it has 0.4873 p-values and the interval interpregnancy has 0.5624 p-values (p-value> 0.05).Age and distance variables in this research can be regarded as moderator variables that affect the variables of parity for abortion.

Millenium Development Goals Target (MDGs) in the year 2015, the infant Mortality Rate (IMR) will decease from 34/1,000 alive birth into 23/1,000 alive birth. The most dead babies cause is asphyxia (34%). One of the risk factors of asphyxia is post-term pregnancy. Objective: To know the asphyxia happening difference between induction of labor at the 41 weeks pregnancy age with the induction of labor at 42 weeks pregnancy age in the Govemment Public Hospital (RSUD) of Kebumen in the year 2010-2011. Method: This research used analytical observasional by applying case control approach. The research population was all new born babies from induction of labour at postterm pregnancy in Kebumen Goverment Public Hospital in the year 2010-2011. Sample taking used purposive sampling on 74 subjects for case group and 74 subjects control group. The analytical test used Chi-Square on the trust level of 95%. Result: Chi-Square analysis got 0.013 p-value, it meant that there was the difference of asphyxia happening between the induction of labour 41 weeks pregnancy age with the induction of labour at 42 weeks pregnancy age. The asphyxia happening at induction of labour 41 weeks pregnancy age was 39.1%, whereas 42 weeks pregnancy age was 59.5%.

Gymnastics childbirth can prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Objective is known the influence of exercise postpartum to decrease fundal height in early postpartum mother in Wonosari Hospital in 2012. Methods: this type of True Experiment study, pretest - posttest design with control group. The population is 80 spontaneous postpartum postpartum mothers who gave birth in Wonosari Gunungkidul Hospital. Number of sampel 48 people were taken to the consecutive sampling technique and were divided into experimental and control groups in both primiparous an multiparous respectively 12 people. Data were analyzed by univariate formula percentages, bivariate analysis to t-test test, and multivariate analysis with ANOVA test. Result : The average decrease in TFIJ maternal postpartum primiparous and multiparous in Wonosari hospital ever happened on day -3. The test results paired t -test on primiparous and multiparous before and after child birth exercises known p-value 0,000. The results of independent sample t - test test between primiparous and multiparous who did and did not do gymnastics puerperal known value of t = 6,450 and p-value = A,000. The test result of multivariate with ANOVA test known p-value = 0,143> 0,05.
