Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct influence of competence, motivation and organizational culture on satisfaction and performance. This study uses a quantitative approach by using primary data through a questionnaire as many as 164 respondents with a population of 815 . The study was conducted from April to June 2021. The data were analyzed using the SPSS V. 25 and Amos v 25 programs. The results of this study indicate that: (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance (5) competence has a positive and significant effect on performance (6) motivation has an effect positive and not significant on performance. (7) organizational culture has a positive and not significant effect on performance. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh langsung kompetensi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 164 responden dengan populasi 815 . Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan juni 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS V. 25 dan Amos v 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan tidakn signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.(3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasankerja (4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (5) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (6) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan tidakn signifikan terhadap kinerja.(7) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.
