Abstract

This research is overwhelmed by the high number postpartum depression or postpartum blues than years in, so that care for postpartum depression and also the postpartum blues needed. A series of duty and adding a role in mother postpartum can cause for stress. The impact of negative experienced by mother in the short term activity which is depply disturbed. Psychoeducation is intervention can be given at mother with postpartum depression in lowering the level of stress. This study aims to identify the influence of the decrease in the level intervention psychoeducation postpartum blues. The research design used a literature review with an Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) approach from 10 relevant research articles. Search for research articles from several database, namely ProQuest, PubMed, Goggle Scholar and Research Gate. The criteria for inclusion in the study of literature is pregnant women, postpartum mother, patients postpartum blues and mother who suffered from postpartum depression, use psychoeducation intervention, with a design researvh pre-quasy experimental, quasy-experimental and randomized controller trial, in vulnerable time 2016-2021 properly published articles, and use Indonesian or English. The result of this research explained that psychoeducation can be given in 2 session with duration 30-45 minutes late. Instrument EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) a device used to measure the depression that serve as a measuring instrument in knowing the success of therapy. The result of a study literature showing that psychoeducation effect on the postpartum blues. This study literature could be to improvement quality of competence nurse in the servise of martenity be able to provode psychoeducation on the postpartum.

Abstract

Background: Anxiety is a psychological disorder that often occurs in postpartum. Anxiety experienced by postpartum mothers will have an impact on milk production. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between anxiety and milk production in postpartum. Method: This study used scientific articles with literature review methods and designs with database searches carried out from March to April 2021 through Pubmed, Science Direct, Sage, Google Scholar and ProQuest with the keyword of “Anxiety” OR  “Anxiety disorder” OR “Stress” AND ”Breast Milk” OR “Breast output” OR “Breast feeding” OR “Milk Production” AND ”Postpartum” OR “Postnatal” and "Hubungan kecemasan dan produksi ASI ibu postpartum” (2016-2021). Results: From the 75 articles there were 10 articles it shows that there are several influencing factors  primiparous, breastfeeding, low birth weight, fatigue due to childbirth and age, education and work factors.Conclusion: This study shows that anxiety has a significant relationship to the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum. Suggest:The suggest can be given that the health workers increase outreach activities regarding the importance of choosing appropriate coping strategies to reduce maternal anxiety levels that can affect breast milk production.

Abstract

One of the complaints in pregnancy is nausea and vomiting or emesis of gravidarum that occurs in the first trimester of pregnancy. Ginger is one of the herbal plants that are often used to treat nausea and vomiting. This study aims to identify the effect of giving ginger on the reduction of emesis of gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women. The research design used the evidence -based nursing method using Google Scholar, PubMed, and ProQuest databases. The search was conducted in March and found 10 relevant articles. The inclusion criteria were that the population was pregnant women in the first trimester, using ginger intervention, with a quasi-experimental research design, and randomized control and trial, published in 2016-2021, using Indonesian or English. The results of the literature study showed that giving ginger affects decreasing the frequency of emesis of gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women. Ginger can be given in the form of drinks, aromatherapy, and ginger biscuits. The results showed that ginger can be given twice a day for 4-15 days. Suggestions that the administration of ginger can be done by pregnant women independently at home, by paying attention to the dose, processing method, frequency, and duration of ginger.

Abstract

Background: Middle adolescents interact more with the opposite sex so that mutual liking arises, interest in the opposite sex will continue to undergo a relationship called dating. Middle age is emotionally and mentally unstable so that if there are problems in dating it will cause or will experience dating violence.Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the incidence of dating violence in middle adolescents.Methods: This research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were middle adolescents in Ciparay District School, Bandung Regency, with a total sample of 295 respondents.Results: The results showed that the description of the incidence of physical violence was small (5.8%), threatening behavior was small (11.2%), sexual violence was almost half (37.6%), verbal emotional violence was almost half (30.2%), relational violence was small (18.0%), and in cyber violence most of 51.2%.Conclusion: The conclusion is that almost all adolescents are dating violence. Schools form a task force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence.
