Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Information Technology, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTo achieve maximum and satisfying work results, empowerment is needed by someone in carrying out their duties so that employee performance can increase. In addition, the work climate also affects employee performance. Open organizational climate encourages employees to express their interests and dissatisfaction without fear of action replies and attention. In addition to the work climate, job satisfaction also affects employee performance, job satisfaction as a pleasant or positive emotional state that arises or results from research on a work job The sample in this study was sixty-three employees at the Klungkung District Transportation Agency. Sample determination used the Slovin method.The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis.Multiple correlation, determination, t test and test f.The results of the study showed that the empowerment variable had a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a significant value of zero point zero twenty six smaller than zero point zero five. Variable work climate has a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a zero point value of four fourteen smaller than zero point zero five. variable job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a zero comma zero zero seven significance value less than zero point zero fiveKeywords : empowerment, work climate, job satisfaction, and employee performanceABSTRAKUntuk mencapai hasil kerja yang maksimal dan memuaskan diperlukan empowerment yang dimiliki oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya agar kinerja pegawai dapat meningkat.Selain itu iklim kerja juga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi yang terbuka memacu karyawan untuk mengutarakan kepentingan dan ketidakpuasan tanpa adanya rasa takut akan tindakan balasan dan perhatian. Selain iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja juga mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja sebagai suatu keadaan emosi yang menyenangkan atau bersifat positif yang muncul/dihasilkan dari penelitian terhadap suatu kerja pekerjaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 orang pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Klungkung.Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode slovin.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.026 < 0,05. Variabel iklim kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.014 < 0,05. Variabel kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.007 < 0,05.Kata kunci: empowerment, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai
