Abstract

Permasalahannya adalah saat ini PT.Iverson Technology belum dapat menentukan cara memilih IT Learning yang terbaik. Dan mungkin akan sulit menemukan metode mana yang akan memiliki nilai yang lebih relevan diantara metode yang sudah diterapkan sebelumnya dengan metode AHP Membuktikan keakuratan dari penerapan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada pemilihan IT Learning Adapun tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan program Strata Satu (S1) untuk program studi Sistem Informasi pada Universitas Nusa Mandiri Jakarta. Dalam menyusun skripsi ini penulis melakukan beberapa penerepan metode pengumpulan data untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan.Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun dengan menggunakan metode AHP ini dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat menentukan IT Learning, yaitu dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut : decompotition, comparative judgement, synthesis of priority dan logical consistencyTingkat keakuratan dalam menentukan IT Learning dengan menggunakan metode AHP ini dapat dinilai dari Consistency Ratio Hierarchy / CRH 10% atau 0,1 maka hasil perhitungan dapat dinyatakan benarSistem ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan bilangan fuzzy, serta menambahkan kriteria lain yang mendukung pemilihan IT Learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuan di bidang teknologi dan informasi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai inovasi untuk mengembangkan bisnis supaya semakin berkembang. Pelaku UMKM di Indonesia telah mencapai 57 juta, dimana sebagian besar merupakan para pelaku usaha mikro. Hal ini menunjukkan potensi UMKM sebagai salah satu penggerak ekonomi Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran negeri. Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Marketplace sangatlah tepat mengingat dalam pelaksanaanya banyak sekali kemudahan, salah satunya untuk para pelaku UMKM. Namun masih banyak juga para pelaku UMKM yang masih belum mengetahui tentang apa itu marketplace dan belum bisa memanfaatkan aplikasi marketplace tersebut, dan juga kurangnya kreatifitas yang disebabkan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan sehingga selama ini hanya melakukan jual beli secara langsung dan melalui media sosial dalam kegiatan memasarkan produk UMKM. Pada pelatihan Edukasi Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Marketplace Dalam Menunjang Kegiatan Pemasaran Pelaku UMKM Pada Rumah BUMN Purbalingga akan dikenalkan ap aitu Facebook Marketplace sampai dengan cara posting produk. Dengan adanya edukasi pemanfaatan aplikasi marketplace ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Purbalingga dalam memperluas pemasaran produknya.

Abstract

PT. Arwana Citramulia. TBK is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the sale of ceramics. PT. Arwana Citramulia. TBK already has its own ERP application but there is still a lack of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module, making it difficult to see sales results effectively and efficiently for each customer. Therefore, it is necessary to implement CRM to overcome these problems. The stages of implementing this CRM begin with a preliminary study. At this stage, problem identification is carried out through interviews and observations, identifying ongoing business processes and then making system proposals. The description of the system work model that is applied using a use case diagram. The next step is to select the CRM application, then configure and customize the CRM application module. The results of this study indicate that the CRM software that has been selected and implemented, namely the Sales Performance Mobile application can overcome problems at PT. Arowana Citramulia. Tbk., accompanied by the features in the mobile and web sales performance, so every marketing can be easy and effective in selling goods.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Sales Executive pada KIA Motors Siliwangi merupakan karyawan dengan status kontrak yang masa kerjanya dapat diperpanjang secara berkala dengan melihat capaian target penjualan yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Apabila target penjualan tidak tercapai maka kontrak kerja akan dihentikan. Agar dapat memacu semangat para karyawan untuk dapat bekerja secara optimal dan maksimal maka pemberian penghargaan sebagai Sales Executive terbaik merupakan hal yang penting. Sales Supervisor dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik belum menggunakan metode yang dapat menangani penilaian karyawan dengan banyak kriteria sehingga untuk membantu proses penilaian dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu untuk membuat suatu keputusan. Metode Weighted Product merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan dengan cara perkalian untuk menghubungkan rating atribut, di mana rating setiap atribut harus dipangkatkan dulu dengan bobot atribut yang bersangkutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Weighted Product memudahkan Sales Supervisor dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap Sales Executive sesuai kriteria yang telah ditentukan sehingga tujuan dalam melakukan penelitian dapat tercapai.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Sales Executive Terbaik, Weighted Product. Abstract  - Sales Executives at KIA Motors Siliwangi are employees with contract status whose tenure can be extended periodically by looking at the achievement of sales targets that have been determined by the company. If the sales target is not achieved, the work contract will be terminated. In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to work optimally and maximally, the awarding of the best Sales Executive is important. Sales Supervisors in determining the best employees have not used a method that can handle employee assessments with many criteria so that to assist the assessment process a system is needed which is expected to help make a decision. The Weighted Product method is a decision-making method by multiplying to connect attribute ratings, where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the weight of the attribute in question. The results showed that the decision support system with the Weighted Product method made it easier for Sales Supervisors to evaluate Sales Executives according to predetermined criteria so that the objectives of conducting research could be achieved.Keywords: Decision Support System, Best Sales Executive, Weighted Product.

Abstract

PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. is a bank institution owned by the government of the Republic of Indonesia or better known as a state-owned company. In today's digital era, online services are the choice of most customers. This is because all types of banking transactions can be done easily. With the inclusion of smartphones as the devices most needed by the public at this time, BNI offers a mobile banking service called BNI Mobile Banking. This study will measure the quality of the BNI Mobile Banking application through the Webqual dimensions (usability, information quality, interaction quality) and the variable user satisfaction, namely BNI KCU Bogor customers. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data processing is done using SPSS. Based on data processing, it can be seen that the user's perception of ease of use, quality of information, quality of interaction is included in the very good category. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was only an effect of usability and information quality and no effect of interaction quality on user satisfaction for BNI KCU Bogor customers. From the research results, it can be seen that the information quality variable contributes the largest contribution, namely 94.75% of the other variables

Abstract

Community Service is a medium to bridge the world of education with society. Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim (RBH) Started as a gathering of Muslim youths, not only for spiritual interests but also as a place to exchange ideas to deal with problems that are being faced together. Information technology media is one of the media that helps a lot in the world of business or organizations, such as facilitating the processing and utilization of digital archives. This Community Service activity aims to improve the performance of the Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim, especially in the manufacture and management of the archives they have. This community service training introduces an application that has been made for archiving digital data that will be studied by Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim. The training was carried out by Lecturers and Students at Nusa Mandiri University. The main purpose of this community service is to train Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim to tidy up digital archive data.
