Abstract

Kondisi ekosistem mangrove di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Karawang mengalami kemerosotan sejalan dengan meningkatnya pemanfaatan lahan oleh masyarakat untuk berbagai kepentingan, seperti pertambakan dan permukiman. Ekosistem mangrove sejatinya memiliki manfaat dan peranan yang beraneka ragam, baik dari aspek fisik, ekologis dan sosial ekonomi. Akan tetapi, sebagian masyarakat pesisir Kabupaten Karawang belum memiliki pemahaman tentang manfaat yang ekosistem mangrove dapat berikan pada kehidupan mereka. Ketidakpahaman ini menyebabkan kegiatan eksploitasi berlebihan terhadap ekosistem mangrove yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat itu sendiri, seperti meningkatnya intensitas erosi pantai, penurunan produktivitas usaha pertambakan. Oleh karenanya, perlu dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat pesisir tentang manfaat dan peranan jasa ekosistem mangrove. Lewat kegiatan ini diharapkan muncul pemahaman masyarakat tentang fungsi penting ekosistem mangrove sekaligus kecintaan masyarakat terhadap ekosistem mangrove, serta jiwa peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di wilayah mangrove Desa Sukakerta Kecamatan Cilamaya Wetan, Desa Sukajaya Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon, serta Desa Pusakajaya Utara Kecamatan Cilebar. Sasaran sosialisasi adalah pimpinan, pengurus, dan anggota komunitas mangrove yang ada di ketiga desa tersebut. Proses sosialisasi dilakukan secara langsung oleh fasilitator kepada masyarakat sasaran lewat seminar, penanaman bibit pohon mangrove, dan hibah buku bertema ekosistem mangrove untuk rintisan perpustakaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of company growth and the effect of capital structure on the stock prices of Property and Real Estate. This study uses a quantitative approach, which is research that emphasizes its analysis of numerical data (numbers) that are processed by statistical methods. The research method used is descriptive verification method. The data source used is secondary data from the official website www.idx.co.id. The secondary data are the annual financial statements and ICMD of the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies for the period of 2013 - 2018. Partially, the results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of the Company's Growth on Stock Prices. In addition, the results of this study also indicate that there is an influence of the Capital Structure on Share Prices. While simultaneously, the results of this study indicate that there is a joint effect of Company Growth and Capital Structure on Share Prices.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ukuran perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan asing, kepemilikan manajerial dan profitabilitas terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 sampel perusahaan di sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia dengan periode 2009 sampai 2011. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunkan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Ukuran dewan komisaris, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan asing dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Kata Kunci: CSR, kepemilikan, profitabilitas, ukuran. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test and analyze whether firm size, size of board of commissiner, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, managerial ownership, and profitability have influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure. This research used 40 samples of companies in the manufacturing sector that had been listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with period from 2009 until 2011. The selection of the samples used purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method. The conclusion shows that size, and profitability have influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure. Size of board of commissiner, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and managerial ownership, do not influence corporate social responsibility disclosure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions of azarine cosmetics partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are people who use products from azarinecosmetic. The sample studied has a total of 50 respondents. The independent variables in this study are brand ambassadors (X1), brand image (X2) and the purchase decision dependent variable (Y). This research method uses field research by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS linear analysis. The results of the linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 2.447 + 0.182 X1 + 0.361 X2. Partially, brand ambassadors can influence purchasing decisions by 18.2% and brand image can influence purchasing decisions by 36.1%. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and brand image can influence purchasing decisions by 75.2%, the remaining 24.8% is given by other variables outside the research. The conclusion of this study is that the partial test of brand ambassadors does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Zakat is one way to help people's economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially people who are classified as less fortunate. Zakat management is expected to be ideal, therefore a good strategy is needed that reflects amil zakat institutions with scientific and technical capabilities to achieve their goals. This study aims to determine the management strategy in the management of zakat at Baitul Maal Pupuk Kujang. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical tool, namely SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). From the results of the organizational profile analysis and environmental analysis it is known that the strengths, weakness, opportunity, and threats. Baitul Maal Pupuk Kujang. Baitul Maal Pupuk Kujang has weaknesses such as the coverage of Muzakki is still too narrow, many people still don't know Baitul Maal Pupuk Kujang, there is no systematic and digitally connected zakat management and human resources are still minimal so management and distribution are still not optimal. By maximizing strengths from the internal side and opportunities from the external side as well as utilizing the large potential of zakat, Baitul Maal Pupuk Kujang can become an institution that the community can trust.

Abstract

In the globalization era, the development of technology has become more advanced and given rise to the usage of internet within a majority of the population, causing many e-commerce business actors to use internet services for digital marketing, through both social media and marketplace platforms. An e-commerce participating in this advancement is Sociolla. The aim of this research is to see the perceptions of Sociolla users towards Service Quality, Price, Promotion, and Purchase Decisions, and to examine the effects of Service Quality, Price, and Promotion towards the Purchase Decisions in Sociolla Partially and Simultaneously. The method used in this research is the associative method with a quantitative research. Sample collection is done through the non-probability sampling method, and the non-probability sample collection method used is judgmental sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses the Validity and Reliability test, the Classic Assumption test, and the Hypothesis test.Based on the T test results, it is obtained that the variables Service Quality and Promotion pose a significant impact towards the Purchase Decisions in Sociolla, while Price does not pose a significant impact towards the Purchase Decisions in Sociolla. Concurrently, through the F test results, it is obtained that Service Quality, Price, and Promotion simultaneously pose a significat impact towards the Purchase Decisions in Sociolla.

Abstract

Mangrove atau bakau berperan penting bagi masyarakat pesisir. Mangrove dapat menahan abrasi jika bebatuan diterjang ombak, buah mangrove dapat diolah menjadi makanan, dan tanaman mangrove dapat memperindah daerah pesisir. Maka dari itu, penduduk setempat perlu diberi pemahaman perihal eduwisata mangrove dan kiat-kiat mempromosikan usaha mikro, kecil, menegah yang berkembang di daerah Mangrove Pasir Putih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan objek eduwisata mangrove di Desa Sukajaya dan memperkenalkan usaha mikro, kecil, menegah di sekitar Mangrove Pasir Putih melalui media sosial. Peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, pendidikan masyarakat, dan dokumentasi dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang diteliti ialah Mangrove Pasir Putih dan usaha mikro, kecil, menegah yang berkembang di sekitarnya, sedangkan objek penelitian ialah eduwisata mangrove. Peneliti mengadakan sosialisasi bersama penduduk setempat di akhir kegiatan mengenai strategi pengembangan objek wisata mangrove. Hasil dari penelitian ini, antara lain, tim kuliah kerja nyata menyediakan tempat sampah untuk mengurangi limbah di pesisir, memasang papan edukasi di Mangrove Pasir Putih, dan memperkenalkan usaha mikro, kecil, menegah yang berada di sekitar mangrove ke masyarakat luar desa.

Abstract

In the current digital economy era, technology is used by the business world as a marketing tool and product sales aimed at improving the economy. So that many business actors use the internet to enliven the development of e-commerce such as Shopee so that they can meet people's needs. This study aims to observe the views of Shopee users on several factors, namely service quality, satisfaction, and trust in order to create loyalty to the Shopee marketplace. In addition to that, you can see how much these factors influence partially and simultaneously. The method used in research is an associative method using quantitative research. The sample in this research was taken by applying the non-probability sampling method and the non-probability sampling method used was judgmental sampling, which consisted of 100 respondents. The methods applied in analyzing the data are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that a significant influence on service quality, satisfaction, and trust was affected by the loyalty variable, but satisfaction did not have a significant effect on Shopee e-commerce loyalty. While the f test shows that loyalty simultaneously has a significant effect on service quality, satisfaction, and trust in Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

Keterpurukan sosial ekonomi dialami oleh hampir sebagian besar masyarakat akibat pandemi yang hingga saat ini belum kunjung usai. Kabar pertambahan kasus, lonjakkan angka positif masih berseliweran di telinga dan mata masyarakat. Ekonomi mulai perlahan bangkit, namun belum sepenuhnya dapat kembali ke keadaan semula. Perekonomian Indonesia yang disokong berbagai sektor, banyak mengandalkan keberadaan UMKM dan Koperasi. Koperasi sebagai badan usaha yang berbasis orang dan berbeda dibanding bisnis berbasis modal, dapat menjadi penyelamat di tengah kesulitan ekonomi. Indonesia dalam bayang-bayang ancaman resesi ekonomi dunia tahun 2023. Pemerintah putar otak demi menyelamatkan usaha kecil dan menengah untuk menghadapi kemungkinan buruk tersebut. Koperasi dipercaya dapat menjadi solusi menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkeadilan. Hal ini mengingat bahwa koperasi tidak menjadikan profit atau keuntungan sebagai hal yang utama, melainkan lebih mengejar manfaat. Benefit oriented bagi seluruh stake holder-nya, mulai dari pekerja, anggota, konsumen, pemasok dan juga pemerintah. Beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkan UMKM agar mampu bertahan di masa resesi dan go internasional yaitu dengan pelatihan branding dan digitalisasi bisnis.

Abstract

Abstract- Technical analysis is an investment strategy known by investors to reduce the risks that occur in stock investments. The assumption of technical analysis that uses past data contradicts the efficient market hypothesis, where technical analysis cannot obtain abnormal returns in an efficient market, and not all markets are efficient because there are things that can interfere with market efficiency, namely behavioral finance and Indonesia is an emerging market capital. This study aims to compare how significant is the difference between return obtained through a technical analysis applying simple moving average strategy and return obtained from the buy hold strategy in the sideways period, bullish period, and also during the all period of both sideways and bullish. This will imply whether or not the market in Indonesia has been efficient. To compare the differences in returns in this study, t test was conducted with SPSS 23 for companies listed on LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the results of the difference in returns in this study, it was found that the market in Indonesia was efficient in the weak form because of the non-significant difference of return of the simple moving average strategy and buy-hold-startegy. This result will provide a reference for investors to choose the best investment strategy in Indonesia. Research focuses on weak form efficient markets during the bullish and sideways periods. Further researchers can also examine the bearish market.
