Abstract

A bearing is one part of the elements of the machine that holds the role is quite important because of the function of the bearing which is to focus a shaft so that the shaft can rotate without experiencing excessive friction. The bearing must be strong enough to allow the shaft as well as elements of other machines its working fine. The reaction force which occurs in bearing 1 and 2, the circumferential velocity of the gear wheel on the bearing, the large radial load which works against the bearing, his large equivalent dynamic bearing.From the results of the preparation of the practical work on the analysis of the bearing in PLTA parakan kondang village kadujaya district jatigede regency sumedang, it can be concluded as follows, style the style of the reactions that occur at the bearing 1 and 2 is 2,904 kg/mm, the circumferential velocity of gears in the produce 46,3 m/sec.
