Abstract

STIE Kesatuan personnel information system is a problem of special concern in IBI Kesatuan HRD. This is with the ease and effectiveness in processing employee data such as employee data entry, editing employee data, searching employee data, reporting employee data either on screen or printed on paper. There are still many STIE Kesatuan who have not filled in data on manual paper, such as employees who have to fill out a leave form and wait for approval. So to overcome this we need a personnel information system that is better than the previous system, for now the employee information is only from Microsoft Excel and manual data. This study uses a system design implemented with the Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected end result is that the employee web-based information system can solve system problems that run more optimally in the employee data entry process. With this research, it is hoped that it can help IBI Kesatuan, especially HRD, to develop a management information system. Keywords: Information Systems, UML Diagram.

Abstract

One important part of the rank of an educator at STIE Kesatuan is required to understand the processes in applying for promotion by completing complete documents, consisting of education and teaching, scientific work, community service and support. So far, the process of increasing the functional position of educators is based on the results of the processing carried out based on the work unit in the HRD. For the sake of appropriateness of the process of increasing the academic position of lecturers and the suitability of the points required, a support system for the decision to increase in academic functional positions is made for educators. The data used are in the form of previous rank files along with educational and teaching files, scientific papers, community service and support. The econometric analysis method is used to calculate statistically. The test results carry out structural and functional checks to determine whether the system being made is in accordance with the design or not. Keywords: Decision support systems, Data flow diagram

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya media sosial untuk kelangsungan bisnis, kemudian melakukan pembinaan agar pelaku UMKM memiliki akun Instagram for business dan dapat menggunakannya dengan efektif sesuai dengan best practice. Pelatihan Optimasi Media Sosial untuk Peningkatan Omzet UMKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan akun media sosial bisnisnya untuk personal branding sehingga berdampak terhadap perkembangan bisnis dan peningkatan omzetnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi (1) ceramah untuk memaparkan data digital Indonesia saat ini, (2) diskusi untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM terkait media sosial, dan (3) simulasi sebagai sesi praktik sehingga diharapkan pelaku UMKM lebih memahami dan menguasai cara penggunaan media sosial Instagram untuk personal branding bisnisnya. Kegiatan PKM ini telah dilaksanakan dan berjalan dengan lancer sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, serta mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Secara umum, peserta pelatihan yaitu UMKM Juara Kota Bogor memberikan respon yang positif terhadap keseluruhan pelaksanaan pelatihan. Hal ini dikarenakan materi yang mereka dapatkan dari pelatihan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dikemas dalam acara yang menyenangkan. Dukungan penuh serta apresiasi dari Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor diberikan kepada tim pelaksana serta LPPM Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kesatuan mulai dari tahap penjajagan atau observasi, hingga penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Kerjasama yang telah terjalin antara Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kesatuan dengan para pelaku UMKM serta Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor diharapkan dapat terus berlanjut dan dikembangkan di masa mendatang sebagai wujud pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the influence of product quality, service quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction (case study of smartphone Samsung in Bogor). this research used eksogen variable (product quality, service quality and perceived price) and endogen variable (customer satisfaction). This research used non probability sampling sample method and the total of respondents is 200, the respondents chosen were respondents who had used or were wearing smartphone Samsung. Research data was processed using SPSS AMOS 21. The result of this research is product quality has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (3,312 > 1,96) or P value (*** < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 1 was accepted. Service quality has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (2,750 > 1,96) or P value (0,006 < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 2 was accepted. Perceived price has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (2,076 > 1,96) or P value (0,004 < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 3 was accepted. Product quality, service quality and perceived price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with R Square value in the amount 0.841 or 84.1%, therefore hypothesis 4 was accepted. Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas Ibu-ibu Anggota Kelompok UPPKS Matahari RW 02 Desa Bitungsari dalam mengelola UPPKS dan Unit Usahanya. Kegiatan berlangsung selama tiga bulan yang diawali dari proses identifikasi permasalahan sampai dengan pendampingan tata kelola sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang telah berhasil diidentifikasi di tahap awal. Kemudian di ujung kegiatan dilakukan proses follow up serta evaluasi atas keberhasilan kegiatan.
