Abstract

The research in general aimed at studying or analyzing English language attitude of tourism conciousness community “Warisan Pusaka” in providing services to the guests at Tourism village of Munggu Mengwi, Badung, Bali. Specifically the research aimed at revealing and analyzing the English language attitudes, which are: positive, negative and neutral language attitudes of the tourism conciousness community of “Warisan Pusaka” at Munggu Tourism Village, Mengwi, Badung, Bali. The primary research data are directly collected from the research informant during the interview procesess and also from the research questionnaires. The informant were selected using purposive, snowball and abundant sampling techniques with the total numbers of 30 samples are analysed. The research revealed that 0,88% of the informan showed positive language attitude, from the genders points of view the number of 0,76% and 0,25% showed positive language attitude. Based on the profession 0,25% of the informan showed positive attitude.

Abstract

The research in general aimed at studying or analyzing a case study of the implementation of new normal life at the new habit adaptation by tourism practitioners of tourism care group at Munggu Tourism Village, Mengwi, Badung, Bali. The primary research data are directly collected from the case study of research informan/responden who are the tourism business staff during the interview process and also from the research questionnaires. The informan/respondens were selected using purposive, snowball and abundant sampling techniques with the total numbers of 50 samples are analysed. The research revealed that based on the structured interviews 4 questions were answered by “NO” or “NOT YET” which are the cases agains the new normal, whereas based on the questionnaire 6 questions were answered by “NOT” by 35 informan/respondens of the amount of 18% were also the cases related to the new normal.

Abstract

The research aimed at studying and analyzing the roles of internal management communication in order to increase the staff performances at Ashyana Candidasa Hotel Beach Resort, Karangasem, Bali. The primary research data are directly collected from the management of Ashyana Beach Resort Hotel as a key informan during the structured interview processes and also from the research questionnaires compilation. The informan were using abundant sampling techniques with the total numbers of 25 samples are analysed. The research revealed that 6,25% answered the 13 questions by “YES” which meant that the internal communication has run well meanwhile 5 questions were answered by “YES/NOT” or about 5,25% which meant that internal communication has not yet run well.
