Abstract

The aims of research are to describe (1) input component : qualification, teacher’s competence and facilities of learning, (2) process component : planning, implementation of thematic learning program. This research used evaluation (Context, Input, Process and Product)  which is done at SD Negeri 2 Branti Raya. Subjects of research are head master, teacher and all of students class III. Input result was known that the teachers have academic qualification however it doesn’t fulfill teacher’s competence which is suitable for Rules Of National Education Minister RI No. 16, 2007 and BSNP versi 6.0, 11, 2008 indicator design to Standard Achievement Of Educational Minister Report : Academic Qualified Standard and Teacher’s Competence. Facilities and infrastructures do not fill the criteria. Process result shown that planning and implementation of thematic learning program is not optimal and it could be increased through result product which is activity and achievement that have not yet reached the goal of learning.Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) komponen input: kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru serta sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran,(2) komponen proses: perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Branti Raya dengan subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan seluruh Siswa Kelas III. Hasil input diketahui bahwa guru telah memenuhi kualifikasi akademik namun belum memenuhi kompetensi-kompetensi guru sesuai dengan harapan berdasarkan Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007 dan BSNP versi 6.0. 11 Tahun 2008 Kerangka Indikator untuk Pelaporan Pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan: Standar Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Guru. Sarana dan prasarana juga tidak memenuhi kriteria yang diharapkan. Hasil proses menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran tematik tidak maksimal dan masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi dan hal ini sejalan dengan hasil produk berupa aktivitas dan hasil belajar yang belum mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.Kata kunci: CIPP, evaluasi, program pembelajaran tematik

Abstract

Endophytic microbes are microscopic microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) that live in the tissues of plants, leaves, roots, fruits and stems. The parasite plants (Helixanthera sp.) on sapodilla (Manilkara zapota), cocoa (Theobroma cacao) and coffee (Coffea arabica) are medicinal plants. These plants have endophytic microbes that have antibacterial compounds as antibiotics. The purpose of this study was to get endophytic microbial isolates from parasite plants (Helixanthera sp.) on sapodilla, cocoa and coffee, and determine the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli. Sampling was conducted in Kampar regency and Pekanbaru city. The parasite plants were collected from the field and their endophytic microbes were isolated using surface sterilization method and purified before being tested the activity against E. coli. The selected microbes were then characterized. The results obtained 30 endophytic bacterial isolates and 10 endophytic fungi that had activity against E. coli. Endophytic bacteria isolate which had the highest activity against E. coli  was Bbs4 isolate from sapodilla parasites with 12,1 mm  inhibition zone diameter and endophytic fungi isolate which had the highest activity against E. coli was Jbc2 isolate (genus Penicillium)  from cocoa parasites with 12,1 mm inhibition zone diameter. Keywords:  antibacterial, endophytic microbes, Escherichia coli, parasite plant
