Abstract

Occupational safety and health is important for companies that want to improve thei employees work produktivity. PT Segara Timber is one of the industry companies that relies heavily on the productivity of its employees work to meet the demands of the market in addition to achieving profit. However, the productivity of employees at PT Segara Timber in Samarinda is considered as not maximally due to some ongoing accident.This research aims to determine the impact of occupational safety and health to the productivity of PT Segara Timber employees in Samarinda. Safety (X1), and occupational health (X2) are used as independent variables while the emplyee’s work productivity (Y) becomes a dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 90 respondents using questionnaires. Secondary data is obtained by conducting field observations. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 23 statistical software.The results showed that occupational safety and helath variables were simultaneously influential to the employee’s work productivity at PT Segara Timber in Samarinda.Advice on PT Segara Timber, should be able to maintain and improve the implementation of occupational helath and safety indicators so that employees work productivity can increase.

Abstract

The regulation of contract of employment system has produced some problems both in the sector labor and enterpreneur.lmplementation of this regulation is contrary with state philosophy and our consUtution.lt also has high potency to affect implementation of another rules which conduct related to Labor Social Guarantee. The problem is whether the regulation of contract employment system has the legal cerlainty, then how that regulation should be applied in the future. This research is based on normative approach and be analyzed on qualitative line. This research conclude that the regulations of contract employment system has not obtained the legal cerlainty yet. It opposed with Pancasila and Constitution. It also has affect the implementation of another rules related to labor social guarantee. That regulation,thus,has to be terminated due to opposed with Pancasila and Constitution

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset terpenting dalam sebuah organisasi selain alat dan uang. Karena setiap aktivitas organisasi melibatkan SDM itu sendiri. Akan tetapi kemampuan serta ketrampilan yang dimiliki masing-masing SDM umumnya berbeda-beda, sehingga diperlukan strategi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Distrik Samofa Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Permasalahan yang ingin diteliti Bagaimana Strategi Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Distrik Samofa Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dalam bentuk kata-kata atau deskriptif yang kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih ditemukan beberapa pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam bekerja. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya strategi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai disana, seperti halnya membuat aturan kedisiplinan, memberikan job description yang jelas kepada seluruh pegawai terkait pekerjaannya, membangkitkan motivasi pegawai dalam bekerja, membuat laporan harian sebagai bentuk penilaian, serta memberikan rewards dan punishment terkait dengan kinerjanya.

Abstract

Levies are a source of original regional income as regulated in Article 285 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The authority to collect levies is regulated in Article 23A of the 1945 Constitution, then implemented by Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies. So far, retribution collection has been carried out in cash, and along with technological developments, this method is no longer suitable, so it has been replaced with electronic money. This provision is based on Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 20/6/PBI 2016 concerning E-Money and is reinforced by the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 901/1866/SJ /2017 which regulates the Implementation of Non-Cash Transactions and Presidential Instruction Number 10 of 2016 concerning Prevention and Eradicating Corruption. West Sumatra, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, has implemented the use of E-Money facilities in 2019 through E-Money Brizzi issued by Bank Rakyat Indonesia. It's just that in practice there are deviations in implementation so that we don't get maximum results. In connection with this, the author conducted research with the title "Strengthening the Supervision Function of the Use of Brizzi E-money as a Means of Paying City/Regency Levy Fees in West Sumatra". The areas used as samples. research is Padang City, Pariaman City, and Bukittinggi City with the main problems being researched. How to strengthen the monitoring function regarding the use of e-money Brizzi as a means of paying levies in cities/regencies in West Sumatra? From the research results, strengthening the monitoring function of the use of E-Money Brizzi in City/Regency governments in West Sumatra can be carried out by the parties, namely BRI as the Issuer of E-Money Brizzi and Bapenda as the user of the E-Money Brizzi facility in collecting levies. Meanwhile, the problems found in strengthening the supervisory function for the use of these facilities are incomplete regulations as a legal umbrella to serve as technical guidance in monitoring the use of facilities at each collection agency, and there is still a lack of education and outreach to the public by the parties.
