Abstract

The impact of the global economic crisis due to the Corona Virus Pandemic or Covid-19 is felt by the entire world population, including the people of Indonesia. Many Bankrupt Industries have resulted in an increase in layoffs, especially for women, considering the very large role of women and being the supporter of the family economy; then the role of this woman needs to be strengthened again, so that the survival of their family will be guaranteed. In addition, the dynamics of the field require creative solutions to increase financial inclusion. One of them is through the use of the philanthropic service sector. In the difficult economic conditions during the corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia, this did not reduce public philanthropy, on the contrary, it tends to continue to increase. A philanthropic business model that will be built by bringing together donors and female workers affected by Covid-19. They can interact directly without the need for an intermediary. The research method used is the Waterfall method which includes the analysis phase, the design phase, the implementation phase, the testing phase, including blackbox, whitebox and usability testing with SUS (System Usability Scale). The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test have an average SUS score of 86.5, which means the system is feasible to use. It is hoped that with this e-sharing platform, it can facilitate people who have a fixed income or who do not have the risk of losing their jobs in the midst of this pandemic to distribute a small portion of their wealth in an egalitarian format to those who are disadvantaged by the Covid-19 restrictions. Keywords: Fintech; filantropi; platform; PHK AbstrakDampak krisis ekonomi global akibat Pandemik Virus Corona atau Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak Industri Bangkrut yang mengakibatkan kenaikan PHK meningkat khususnya perempuan,  mengingat peran wanita sangat besar dan menjadi penopang ekonomi keluarga; maka peran wanita ini perlu diperkuat lagi, sehingga kelangsungan hidup keluarga mereka akan terjamin. Disamping itu, dinamika lapangan membutuhkan solusi kreatif untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Salah satunya lewat pemanfaatan sektor layanan filantropi. Dalam kondisi ekonomi yang sulit pada masa pandemi virus corona (Covid-19) di Indonesia tidak membuat filantropi masyarakat menurun, sebaliknya justru cenderung terus meningkat. Model bisnis filantropi yang akan dibangun dengan mempertemukan antara para donatur dan pekerja wanita yang terdampak covid-19. Mereka bisa langsung berinteraksi tanpa perlu kehadiran intermediary. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis (analysis), tahap perancangan (design), tahap implementasi (implementation), tahap pengujian (testing) antara lain blackbox, whitebox dan Usability dengan pengujian SUS (System Usability Scale). Hasil pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 86,5 yang berarti sistem layak digunakan. Diharapkan dengan adanya platform e-sharing ini, dapat memfasilitasi masyarakat yang berpendapatan tetap atau yang tidak memiliki resiko kehilangan pekerjaan di tengah pandemi ini untuk mendistribusikan sebagian kecil kekayaannya dalam format egaliter ke mereka yang dirugikan restriksi Covid-19.

Abstract

Dalam proses pengenalan karakter, diperlukan proses segmentasi citra. Tujuan dari dilakukan segmentasi citra adalah mengubah representasi dari suatu citra menjadi sesuatu yang lebih berarti dan mudah untuk dianalisis . Segmentasi citra dengan menggunakan metode clustering dapat digunakan dengan berbagai macam metode, salah satunya adalah Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Proses segmentasi citra menggunakan metode PSO membutuhkan waktu komputasi yang lama. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan metode parallel programing, dan arsitektur komputer yaitu GPU dengan support CUDAuntuk mempercepat proses komputasi. Hasil akhir dari Penelitian ini dapat mengimplementasikan segmentasi citra digital dengan metode Particle Swarm Optimization pada Aksara Jawa dan mengimplementasikan metode backpropagation dari pelatihan jaringan syaraf tiruan untuk melakukan pengenalan karakter Aksara Jawa pada Aksara Jawa. GPU CUDA terbukti mempercepat proses segmentasi citra Aksara Jawa. Persentase rata rata akurasi hasil pengenalan tiap karakter untuk jenis font yang sama dengan yang dilatihkan mencapai 75%.

Abstract

The Indonesian art of wayang kulit faces a serious problem. Not related to the number of puppeteers, but the number of viewers is increasingly shrinking at this time 80 percent of puppet viewers are over 50 years old. About 75 types of puppets that become Indonesia's cultural wealth are now extinct. Only about 25 types of puppets are currently still surviving with a large number of communities and spectators. Supposedly, with the recognition of wayang by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as an invaluable world masterpiece in Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in 2003, wayang kulit could be more developed in the country.This is where the author wants to develop a prototype of the wayang kulit Recognition Application. This application is made with Vuforia SDK as a tool to develop Augmented Reality with Android-based Unity Game Engine. This application can be used when the user wants to know the type of wayang kulit.The final result of this research is created the Wayang Kulit Recognition Application based on augmented reality. Abstract

This design aims to develop the software of self-evaluation computer based for Networking 1 course on Information System department. The methods are used is carried out by the methods of research and development (R & D), that refers to the model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Software is developed based on Adobe Flash using ActionScript 2.0 programming language. Self-evaluation computer based has through the test limited by college student with percentage 95,15%. Continues with field trials to extensively college student with achievement of each percentage is 90,15% by college student. At the end of this development, generated self-evaluation computer based for Networking 1 course equipped with random method of the question bank of packages and accompanied with output result from the self-evaluation computer based. Abstract

Abstract

The National Narcotics Agency or NNA is a Non-Ministry Government Institution (NMGI) Indonesia that has the task of carrying out government duties in the areas of prevention, eradication of psychotropic abuse and illicit circulation, precursors and other addictive ingredients except addictive ingredients for tobacco and alcohol. The National Narcotics Agency also has a function to handle and rehabilitate drug users. Banyumas National Narcotics Agency has problems, namely experts who are limited and not always in place in the service and drug tests is not effective, a solution is to create an information system, namely an expert system that is used to identify the types of drugs based on the user's physical characteristics. The method used in this study is Prototype. The programming languages used are PHP and C #, and use the MySQL database. The research results from the benefit test tested to 30 respondents produced a high percentage for system usability, easy to learn, efficiency, and the system could be accepted, while the results of hypothesis testing in this study were H1 which was accepted where there was a significant time difference between before and after using an Android-based Expert Identification System for Types of Drugs. Thus, this expert system can be used to assist in identifying types of drugs so that they are more effective and efficient than conventional methods.

Abstract

International College Purwokerto is a Foreign Language Course and Training Institute (LCT) and tutoring that provides additional learning services provided to students to increase the intensity of learning and increase proficiency in foreign languages. The registration system that now runs at LCT International College Purwokerto, has not been systemized in managing registration data, so reporting student enrollment requires time to work on the data of students who apply. Every semester, students where LCT is increasing so that student data has not been stored properly. Student data is still written in books, when within a certain period of time the student data is required to search for student documents so that it takes time to search. During this pandemic,LCT International College urgently needs facilities such as student registration through the website so that students can register online from their homes by filling in their personal data and files needed without having to come to LCT so that it is more time efficient. In addition to assisting the LCT in the registration of this inventory system using the prototype method in the system development stage. To collect the data, researchers conduct interviews, data documentation and observations. This system was built with the aim to help the student enrollment process at LKP International College to be more efficient. System design uses UML models such as usecase diagrams and, class diagrams, activity diagrams. The programming languages used are PHP and MySQL databases. The results of hypothesis testing and benefit tests can be found that the difference in the average time of the student registration process before and after using the system is 19,888 minutes (before using the system) and 9,320 minutes (after using the system). With benefit testing obtained with excellent results with aimed that usability of 93.33%, learnability of 73.33%, eficiency of 95.83.

Abstract

The potential of fish breeding in Indonesia is quite large, supported by Indonesia's diverse natural conditions. This causes water temperatures in the Indonesian region to be relatively stable throughout the year. Fish breeding is one of the activities to maintain, raise, and breed fish and harvest the results in a controlled environment. In conducting fish cultivation there needs to be data processing to monitor in terms of reporting. The owner of Orion Water is one of the people who cultivate fish with an area of 1,000 m2 and more than 20 aquaculture ponds. For now, logging is still using manual or book notes. So that the process of managing large amounts of data that requires time and effort, if the processing of data is not appropriate will result in a recording error that can cause the data to be inaccurate. The difficulties experienced by the owner are also caused by unordinated costs and losses. Therefore, researchers created a web-based E-reporting Information System to facilitate owners in the process of recording data
