Abstract

The objetive of this research is service quality toward customer Satisfaction Of Ganumba Tour & Travel Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. This Researsh represent type research of survey that is research taking sample from a population using qusetoner as complier of the data. Data type the used id primary data which taken by questiner and secondary data which taken from the information report, referensi at Ganumba Tour & Travel Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Population ini this rsearch is all customers of Ganumba Tour & Travel Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Method intake of sample used accindental sampling taking amounting 100 respondents. Method analyzes data used is descriptive analysis with frequncy tabulation, mean, dan pencentage. The result of data amalysis show that: (1) the average perception value of realibility dimension on the 3,91 level (very satisfaction); (2) the average perception value of responsiveness dimension on the 3,90 level (very satisfaction); (3) the average perception value of assurance dimension on the 3,91 level (very satisfaction); (4) the average perception value of emphaty dimension on the 3,90 level ( very satisfaction); and (5) the average perception value of tangibles dimension on the 3,91 (very satisfaction).

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Telukdalam, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat TelukdalamUntuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan perencanaan SDM secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Telukdalam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Camat Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan yang berjumlah sebanyak 24orang yang terdiri dari 8 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan 32orang Honorer. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut variabel Lingkungan Kerjasecara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Dengan nilai thitung (8,561) > ttabel (1,697) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < (0,05), maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung (11,300) >ttabel (1,697) dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000< 0,05, maka keputusannya adalah Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan arti bahwa varibel Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan.Variabel Lingkungan Kerja,Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 329,258> nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,33 pada df numerator 2, df deminator 29 pada α = 5% (0,05). Artinya bahwa semua variabel bebas (Lingkungan Kerja dan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia) mampu menjelaskan variabel bebas (Kinerja Pegawai) dengan kata lain variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel terikat pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan Kerjasecara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (2)Perencanaan Sumber daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (3) Lingkungan Kerja,Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Trade business is one of the types of businesses most are in the community and has an important function as well as a very strategic role as a major contributor to the economic strength of the country. This study aims to determine where the source of capital comes from, how the system of financial management that are applied by UD. Usaha Jaya and how financial management system based on the creation of financial reports on UD. Usaha Jaya. The research method used is qualitative research method with case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification, the final conclusions. The validity of data using triangulation, reference materials and checking the peer. The object of this research is a trading company UD. Usaha Jaya. The results of this study show that the UD. Usaha Jaya using two sources of capital that is the source of its own capital and sources of capital a bank loan. Financial management system that is applied there are several stages, namely the planning stage, the stage of budgeting, stage asset allocation, stage the most important priority, phase control, and the savings or cash. Financial management system based on the creation of financial reports UD. Usaha Jaya in the year 2019, it is known that the UD. Usaha Jaya manage the finances at their disposal by way of purchase of goods intensively from the sale of every day or with other understanding any proceeds of sale obtained directly used to buy goods trade, especially trade goods is a priority of effort so that profits can be obtained a maximum at the end of the year.
