Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out more about the allocation of village fund management by village/sub organizations that are directly involved in the aspects of Strategic Leadership and Officer Commitment in carrying out distribution and implementation according to the Musrenbangdes and see government policy gaps in flexibility and maximizing the use and management of village fund allocations to encourage the creation of Budget performance in development and priorities according to the agreement with the community according to the vision, mission and objectives of village development in the Meranti Islands Regency with a quantitative method as many as 309 respondents. The results of the study show that there is still a need for Knowledge Management for organizational members, Agile Management in dealing with environmental changes and the urgency of the current situation, as well as increasing knowledge in budget implementation regulations and skills for members to motivate stakeholders the Village Fund allocation budget in increasing the budget in the coming year. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui lebih dalam alokasi pengelolaan dana desa oleh organisasi desa/kelurahan yang terlibat langsung dalam aspek Kepemimpinan Strategis dan Komitment Petugas dalam melaksanakan pendistribusi dan pelaksanaan sesuai Musrenbangdes dan melihat celah Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam flexibility dan maksimalisasi penggunaan dan pengelolaan alokasi dana desa mendorong terciptanya Kinerja Anggaran dalam pembangunan dan prioritas sesuai kesepakatan dengan masyarakat sesuaikan dengan visi misi dan tujuan pembangunan desa di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dengan metode kuantitatif sebanyak responden 309 peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masih perlunya Knowledge Mangement bagi anggota organisasi, Management Agile dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan dan urgensi keadaan saat ini, serta peningkatan pengetahuan dalam peraturan pelaksanaan anggaran dan ketrampilan bagi anggota untuk memotivasi stakeholder anggaran alokasi Dana Desa dalam peningkatan anggaran pada tahun mendatang.

Abstract

The presence of humans on earth is a gift of leadership and humans are born with their destiny as leaders for themselves, their families, and the surrounding community. The challenges that are faced every day are important factors in shaping the character of one's self and soul so that it has implications for a leader when taking part in society. Jokowi as a figure of a leader who was forced by circumstances, his family, and society formed himself into a leader with a different character, and it is said that an expert is a Servant Leader. Methodology qualitative and narrative descriptive analysis methods on literature review. Comparisons of expert opinions and theories as well as relating several important events in the lives of characters through audio and video as well as real-life stories. Jokowi's leadership has become an inspiration for many people so that the author is interested in seeing and observing more deeply from the historical side of Jokowi, from the selectivity of a biography and the history of success as a company leader, major, governor and president, this is also what makes the writer's way of thinking finding a new view of leadership theory which is referred to in the term WLBC, along with the many theories of styles and characteristics and types of leadership by previous experts, writers and researchers. There are three finding factors that strongly influence the formation of Jokowi's character which are applied in ten indicators, three factors including family, community, and personal responsibility.

Abstract

This research done on the objects of PMA and PMDN manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Made as decision-making regarding company risk and a consideration for investors in determining investment decisions. The population and sample used in this research are 20 manufacturing companies selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 10 PMA manufacturing companies and 10 PMDN manufacturing companies for the 2018-2021 period. The data was processed with the help of Microsoft Excel and then tested with the Independent Sample T-test via SPSS 23. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the Capital Structure of PMA and PMDN manufacturing companies as seen from the average DER results for PMA companies of 0.99 and PMDN companies 0.53 and the results of the Independent Sample T-test sig (2 Tailed) 0.000 are smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Banyak penelitian yang sudah memprediksi sejak 1964 hingga perkiraan 2025 pada perilaku puberitas remaja milenial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat apa yang sedang terjadi di era globalisasi pada perilaku remaja milenial yang dipengaruhi oleh media sosial dan perilaku puberitas yang sedang dialami siswa remaja di tingkat pendidikan sekolah menengah atas yang mungkin dimediasi oleh variabel pendidikan karakter. Model penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana dengan metode Bailey, guna mendapatkan keterangan dan hubungan yang pasti pada kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menujukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif positif berpengaruh seiring dengan penelitian terdahulu. Rekomendasi bahwa harus ada perubahan pola asuh pendidikan serta pengawasan psikolog pada pendidikan dari level kanak-kanak, remaja dan remaja muda dewasa agar mediasi pendidikan karakter dapat membekas pada mid set positif sejumlah 126.968.496 jiwa, merupakan potensi besar perubahan dampak media sosial mempengaruhi perubahan karakter remaja milenial Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work facilities, work environment and compensation on the performance of village apparatus in Pekan Kamis, Tembilahan Hulu sub-district. The population of this study is all apparatu’s totaling 47 people. Researchers used population research using the census method. The results of the study show that the work facilities variable has a direct and significant positive effect on employee performance, the work environment variable has no direct and significant positive effect on employee performance and the compensation variable has no direct and significant positive effect on employee performance, there is a significant influence from the independent variables (work facilities, work environment and compensation) on the dependent variable (performance). Based on the results of the F test there is a significant effect of the independent variables (work facilities, work environment and compensation) on the dependent variable (performance). The value of the coefficient of determination is obtained by a number of 0,351 so that it can be concluded that the variables of work facilities, work environment and compensation contribute to the employee variable performance by 35,1%. While the remaining 64,1% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables in this study.
