Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) for the length of the plant. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique. The research subjects used were PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with a total sample of 67 employees as respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is t test. To get the test results in this study, a classic assumption test is done, namely the normality test. Then hypothesis testing is performed. Based on the results of T-Test the results of the study concluded that discipline has a positive influence and relationship on employee performance. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Competence, Work performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Baturaja (persero) tbk panjang plant. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nonprobability sampling. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah PT. Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 karyawan sebagai responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t. Untuk mendapatkan hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji t hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan yang positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence recruitment and compensation have on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample studied amounted to 66 respondents consisting of staff and employees of the General Company Damri Branch Lampung. with the method of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test) and coefficient of determination test. what the author can make is as follows: the results obtained from Fcount are 24,716. While the value of Ftable is 3.14, which means that Recruitment (X1) and Compensation (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze internal work motivation and external work motivation on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Method: The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census approach. Data collection techniques based on data sources in this study uses a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. Result: Work motivation both internally and externally simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch; Partial internal work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch; External work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Limitation: This study only assesses the variables of internal and external motivation and the performance of employees working at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch, as well as clear literacy limitations on employee motivation. Contribution: This research provides suggestions for PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch to provide performance motivation both internally and externally for employees who can provide output in terms of improving employee performance so that it is more leverage. Novelty: The novelty in this study lies in the conditions carried out by researchers during the transition from pandemic to endemic, so that they pay attention to differences in research results with previous studies that have been conducted.

Abstract

Given that the level of competition continues to be higher, many companies produce the same products, so business actors must formulate the perfect marketing policy for their survival. To determine the right marketing, it is necessary to review several factors, including product quality, price, promotion and distribution channels. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales volume at CV. Citra Abadi (CA) Bandar Lampung. Independent variables include variable product quality, and distribution channel while the dependent variable is the sales volume. The type of data in this research use quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The population size is 60, so determine of research sample is 60 respondent. The analysis technique used is trough validity, reliability, classical asumption, hypothesis and multiple linear regression. The result of this research show that product quality and distribution channel together (simultan) have a significanteffect of 52,5% of sales volume at CV. Citra Abadi Bandar Lampung. While the remaining 42,75% is influenced by natural factor that not investugated in this research.
