Abstract

Profitability ratios are ratios to assess a company's ability to find profits. This ratio also provides a measure of the effectiveness of a company's management. This is shown by the profits generated from sales and investment income. Components of profitability ratios used by the author are Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS). In the case of this study, Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange will be the object to be examined by the author. The results showed that Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously had an effect on the stock price. It is known from the F test results where the value of Fresult is 10.074 and test T where the value of T-Test significance is less than the success rate value with the value t = 0.000 < α 0.05. In addition, it is also known that variables that affect the stock price are Earning Per Share. This is demonstrated by the results of the T-Test partial ROA having a Sig value of 0.659 and ROE has a value of Sig 0.803. The second value of the variable is greater than the probability value (α) 0.05, whereas the EPS variable has a value of Sig 0.000 smaller than the probability value (α) 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Basis Sector and Non-Base Sector of the economy in Lampung Province. This research was conducted in Lampung from September to December 2020 with the data analysis tools used were Location Quaton Analysis (LQ) and analysis of the contribution of the economic sector to GRDP. The results of the study used five years of data (2015-2019). Lampung Province has the top 4 leading economic sectors (Primadona), namely the Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery, Forestry, and Fishing sectors. This is indicated by the value of LQ = 2.27 and being able to contribute to the highest GDP of Lampung Province, which is 29.88%. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan Kawasan Basis dan Kawasan Non Basis perekonomian di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lampung mulai dari bulan September hingga Desember 2020 dengan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Location Quaton (LQ) dan analisis sumbangan sector ekonomi terhadap PDRB dengan metode analisis berdasarkan nilai deskripif statistik. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan data lima tahun (2015-2019). Provinsi Lampung memiliki 4 kawasan ekonomi unggulan teratas (Primadona) yaitu kawasan Pertanian, Kehutanan, Perikanan / Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai LQ = 2,27 dan mampu memberikan kontribusinya terhadap PDRB Provinsi Lampung yang tertinggi yaitu 29,88%.

Abstract

This research aims to know the financial performance of companies with the Altman Z-Score Model in the Automotive Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with data analysis techniques using the financial ratio method. The results showed that PT. Astra International Tbk, PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk, PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT. Indospring Tbk is safe from the threat of bankruptcy, while the highest average Z-Score is achieved by PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk and the lowest average Z-Score is achieved by PT Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. Thus, the Company is expected to maintain company liquidity, restructure debt, minimize receivables, increase profit levels and maximize marketing in order to increase sales so that the potential for financial distress in the company can be minimized. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan Model Altman Z-Score pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Otomotif yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesiaahun 2016-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT. Astra International Tbk, PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk, PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk dan PT. Indospring Tbk aman dari ancaman kebangkrutan, Sedangkan nilai rata-rata Z-Score tertinggi dicapai oleh PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk dan nilai rata-rata Z-Score terendah dicapai oleh PT Indomobil sukses International Tbk. Dengan demikian, Perusahaan diharapkan menjaga likuiditas perusahaan, restrukturisasi hutang, memperkecil piutang, meningkatkan tingkat laba serta memaksimalkan pemasaran agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan sehingga potensi financial distress pada perusahaan dapat diminimalisir.

Abstract

Todays, hospitals must be able to provide services that are fast, accurate, qualified, and affordable, which in turn can provide satisfaction in the treatment based on desired, hospitals with the good quality are highly dependent on existing resources, such as the doctor services, nurses, staff / employees as well as available facilities and infrastructure, including environmental security, so it creates satisfaction and trust towards the hospital. RSIA Santa Anna as one of the hospitals in Bandarlampung, where the service quality is an important factor so that patients become satisfied and even loyal to RSIA Santa Anna. This study is descriptive study, the population in this study are patients at RSIA Santa Anna, determining the sample using non-probability sampling. namely random sampling techniques so that the number of samples is 100 patients and their family. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression model and the hypothes test used is the t test. The result shows that customer satisfaction will increase by 86% if the service quality is improved. The quality of service affects patient satisfaction by 94.0%, this is reinforced by the result of hypothesis testing which showing that the effect of service quality towards patient satisfaction is very important.
