Abstract

ABSTRAKMenstrual hygiene perlu dilakukan sejak dini sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya gangguan kesehatan seperti Infeksi Saluran Reproduksi (ISR). Remaja perempuan yang berperilaku menstrual hygiene buruk memiliki risiko 1,4-25,07 kali lebih besar untuk terkena ISR dan memiliki risiko lebih besar untuk mengalami kemandulan dan kanker serviks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku menstrual hygiene pada santriwati. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional kepada 77 santriwati. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan nilai confidence interval 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki perilaku menstrual hygiene yang buruk (54,5%). Terdapat hubungan antara sikap (p-value=0,002), kepercayaan terhadap mitos (p-value=0,003), dukungan ustadzah (p-value=0,007), dan paparan informasi (p-value=0,003) dengan perilaku menstrual hygiene santriwati. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah variabel yang berhubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap, kepercayaan terhadap mitos dukungan ustadzah, dan paparan informasi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah membentuk kelompok kajian kesehatan yang dilakukan rutin dan bekerja sama dengan puskesmas terdekat sehingga santri memiliki pengetahuan sikap, dan perilaku menstrual hygiene yang baik.Kata-kata kunci: Menstrual hygiene, mitos, pondok pesantren, dukungan guru/ustadzah, santriwatiABSTRACTMenstrual hygiene need to be done in early age as a prevention of health problems such as Reproductive Tract Infection (RTI). Adolescent girls with bad menstrual hygiene behavior have 1,4-25.07 times more risky of being exposed to RTI and they will be more risky for having infertility and cervical cancer. This study aimed to identify the factors that related to menstrual hygiene behavior among santriwati. This study used a cross sectional study design with 77 respondents and used chi-square for the statistical test. The results of this study indicated that most of respondents have bad menstrual hygiene behavior (54,5%) and there were 4 variables that related with menstrual hygiene behavior including attitudes (p-value=0,002), mythical beliefs (p-value=0,003), Ustadzah support (p-value=0,007), and information exposure (p-value=0,003). The conclusion of this study was the menstrual hygiene behavior of santriwati in modern Islamic boarding school in Depok is still not good, but there are several factors that have an important role in improving good menstrual hygiene behavior, such as Ustadzah support, and information exposure. The efforts that can be made in this case are forming a health study group that is carried out routinely and in collaboration with the closest health center so that the students have knowledge of good menstrual hygiene attitudes and behaviors.Keywords: Menstrual hygiene, mythical beliefs, boarding school, ustadzah's support, santriwati

Abstract

Performance is practical behavior as a work achievement that is produced by individuals according to their role in company. The performance of nurse is the ability of a nurse to perform nursing in accordance with their roles, functions, and responsibilities in accordance with organizational objectives. Performance can be influenced by individual characteristics and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that related to performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province in 2017. Design of this study was quantitative using a cross sectional approach. This study used secondary data from the research of health workers (Risnakes) in 2017. The data from Risnakes was analyzed from August to November 2020. The sample in this study amounted 197 nurses who worked at Hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. The statistical test used chi-square with CI 95%. The results showed that there was association between work motivation (p=0.020) with performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. Meanwhile there was no association between individual characteristics (age, sex, education, marital status, working period) with performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. The conclusion of this study was work motivation could affect performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. Therefore the hospital leader should pay attention to improve work motivation which affect performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province.

Abstract

In Indonesia at the end of 2020, COVID-19 cases were increasing and predicted to continue, as it had not yet passed the peak of the pandemic curve. The government had implemented mobility restrictions to reduce exposure to COVID-19. This study aimed to identify the risk of people getting COVID-19 based on their daily activities. Using a cross-sectional design, this study took 315 respondents under non-probability sampling from September to October 2020. Thedata were analyzed using the Chi-square test with α 0.05. This study showed that the risk percentage of people infected with COVID-19 based on their daily activities was 15.56% at low-risk, 63.81% at moderate-low risk, 17.14% at moderate risk, and 3.9% at moderate-high risk. Factors that were significantly related to the risk of getting COVID-19 in terms of daily activities were sex, attitude, and COVID-19 preventive behavior. In brief, the risk of getting COVID-19 could be assessed from daily activities carried out during the pandemic's peak.

Abstract

Angka rasio rujukan Puskesmas ke rumah sakit di beberapa daerah di Indonesia relatif tinggi dan belum memenuhi standar ideal yaitu 15%. Hal ini juga terjadi pada Puskesmas Jurangmangu di Tangerang Selatan. Penyebab terjadinya masalah rujukan yaitu pasien yang memang ingin untuk dirujuk hingga kurangnya bahan habis pakai dan obat-obatan di puskesmas. Ketepatan tindakan rujukan dapat diketahui salah satunya dari persepsi. Persepsi masyarakat mengenai ketepatan rujukan secara umum dapat diketahui dari pengalaman rujukan ke fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi pasien mengenai ketepatan tindakan rujukan peserta BPJS Kesehatan pada masa pandemi di Puskesmas Jurang Mangu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 123 pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Jurang Mangu yang pernah dirujuk. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan confidence interval 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara informasi tentang rujukan (p-value=0,001) dengan persepsi pasien mengenai ketepatan tindakan rujukan peserta BPJS Kesehatan pada masa pandemi. Sedangkan variabel pengetahuan, sikap tenaga kesehatan, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Untuk itu, pihak puskesmas diharapkan dapat melakukan kerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan dan kader kesehatan untuk sosialisasi terkait rujukan BPJS Kesehatan dan dapat menyediakan media informasi mengenai layanan rujukan untuk pasien.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM) is a high-risk group of people getting infected with HIV/AIDS due to their multiple sexual partner behaviour and their anal intercourse practices. The MSM group is the highest risk factor for HIV new cases in Indonesia. The VCT (Voluntary Counselling and Testing) clinic is the main entrance to HIV/AIDS prevention, maintenance, support, and treatment services. However, the MSM group that utilizes VCT clinic in Ciputat subdistrict decreased from the previous year. Objective: The purpose of this research was to thorouglhly identify about the overview of the intention of men who have sex with men groups in utilizing voluntary counselling and testing clinic in Ciputat public health center. Method: This research was a descriptive qualitative research using the case study method, which was conducted in February-November 2019 in the working area of ​​the Ciputat public health center. The main informants were homosexual or bisexual groups, who were selected by purposive sampling. Data validation used source triangulation, and data were analyzed by content analysis. Result: The results showed that most of the informant had no intention to utilize the VCT clinic in Ciputat public health center, low knowledge of HIV/AIDS and VCT clinic, low susceptibility of perception and self-efficacy. All informants had barriers, high perception of severity, perception of good benefit, and quite large cues to act. Conclusion: The majority of informants had no intention to utilize the VCT clinic due to low knowledge of HIV/AIDS and VCT clinic. Public health center and NGOs are recommended to collaborate in increasing knowledge of community on HIV/AIDS and VCT clinic. Keywords: men who have sex with men, VCT clinic, HIV/AIDS Abstrak Latar belakang: Lelaki Seks Lelaki (LSL) merupakan kelompok berisiko tinggi tertular HIV/AIDS dikarenakan kecenderungannya berganti pasangan dan melakukan seks anal. Kelompok LSL merupakan faktor risiko tertinggi kasus baru HIV di Indonesia. Klinik VCT (Voluntary Counselling and Testing) merupakan pintu masuk utama pada layanan pencegahan, perawatan, dukungan, dan pengobatan HIV/AIDS. Namun LSL yang memanfaatkan klinik VCT di Kecamatan Ciputat mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai gambaran keinginan kelompok LSL dalam memanfaatkan klinik VCT di Puskesmas Ciputat. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualititatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, yang dilaksanakan pada Februari-November 2019 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ciputat. Informan utama adalah kelompok homoseksual maupun biseksual yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan analisa data dilakukan dengan content analysis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar informan belum memiliki keinginan untuk memanfaatkan klinik VCT di Puskesmas Ciputat, berpengetahuan kurang mengenai HIV/AIDS maupun klinik VCT, serta memiliki persepsi kerentanan dan efikasi diri yang rendah. Semua informan memiliki hambatan, persepsi keparahan yang tinggi, persepsi manfaat yang baik, serta isyarat untuk bertindak cukup besar. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar LSL belum memiliki keinginan untuk memanfaatkan klinik VCT. Hal ini karena informan memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang terkait HIV/AIDS maupun klinik VCT. Puskesmas dan LSM diharapkan dapat bekerja sama untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai HIV/AIDS dan klinik VCT. Kata kunci: lelaki seks lelaki, klinik VCT, HIV/AIDS

Abstract

Background: According to basic health research in Indonesia from 2018, the national prevalence of stunting among children under five is 30.80%. Half of the ten highest-priority villages for national stunting interventions in the Lamongan District are located in Glagah Sub-district. Purpose: This study aimed to identify the determinants of stunting in children aged 6 to 59 months in the Muslim population in the Glagah Sub-district, Lamongan District, 2019. Methods: The design of this study was an analytic observational case-control. The population was mothers with children aged 6 to 59 months in Glagah Sub-district. The samples comprised 44 cases and 88 controls. They were paired with matching variables, including gender and clean water sources. Cluster sampling techniques and probability proportional to the size sampling method were utilized to calculate the sample size for each cluster. Data collection was carried out using a modified research questionnaire. Research was carried out in June–July 2019. Bivariate analysis was performed with chi-square and independent t-tests at the significance level α= 0.05. Results: The factors found to be related to stunting were bodyweight at birth (p-value 0.01; eta2 0.09), protein intake (p-value 0.01; eta2 0.12), energy intake (p-value 0.01; eta2 0.19), maternal height (p-value 0.01; eta2 0,08), and parenting pattern (p-value 0.03; ORpermissive 3.33, ORmoderate 1.69). Conclusion: Determinants associated with stunting were bodyweight at birth, protein and energy intake, maternal height, and parenting pattern. Integrated Service Post officers can provide education and workshops on good parenting patterns to parents of toddlers.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and retention are important factors for an organization in determining its success, this is because job satisfaction and retention can affect the performance of an employee where the employee's performance itself has an important role for the success of an organization's performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and retention of hospital staff in West Sulawesi Province in 2017. This study used a cross sectional study design. The data in this study used secondary data from Risnakes 2017 with a sample of 244 respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. In the bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test with a CI 95% and a degree of significance of 5%. The results showed that the hospital staff who felt satisfied was 51.2% and the hospital staff who wanted to keep working were 85.2%. The results of the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.011 (p-value <0.05) so that the conclusion of this study is that job satisfaction has a significant relationship with retention of hospital staff in West Sulawesi Province in 2017. It is recommended for all hospitals in the Province West Sulawesi, in order to improve human resource management, should increase monitoring and evaluation activities, review job satisfaction and retention factors, and use related studies as references in implementing strategies to increase job satisfaction and retention.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a chronic disease that requires prolonged medication and slow recovery, hence the problem that often occurs is the patients’ medication compliance. This study is aimed to identify the Description of the Medication Compliance for Tuberculosis Patients with Quote TB Light in Public Health Center. The method of this study was quantitative descriptive using cross sectional design with 92 patients from February to March 2020. The results showed that 51% of tuberculosis patients had complied with the medication. Based on the dimensions of Quote TB Light, the majority of patients have a good perception regarding: TB services (93.65%); the information received is appropriate (100%); health workers when providing consultations (100%); the availability of infrastructures (66%); the service provided by health workers is appropriate (74.5%); the affordability of TB medication is good (100%); and the attitude of health workers (100%). The conclusion is that the description of the medication compliance of tuberculosis patients based on Quote TB Light is good, but it is necessary to improve the quality of services on health workers’ capability and competence, to make improvements and consistent interventions in waiting time, and to pay attention to the infrastructure in order to provide the comfort for patients.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai prinsip pelaksanaan JKN yang efektif, BPJS kesehatan melakukan pembiayaan pelayanan kesehatan dengan sistem paket INA CBG’s kepada penyedia fasilitas kesehatan tingkat lanjut, salah satunya adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Tangerang Selatan. Di dalam proses verifikasi klaim BPJS ternyata terdapat banyak kendala yang terjadi salah satunya adalah penolakan berkas oleh verifikator yang dapat berdampak pada potensi adanya gangguan operasional rumah sakit. Kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dan ketepatan kode diagnosa menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa gambaran persetujuan klaim BPJS kesehatan meliputi kelengkapan informasi, ketetapan diagnosis, dan persetujuan klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Cross sectional deksriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data rekam medis pasien rawat inap RSUD Tangerang Selatan periode Januari-Maret 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 65,9% informasi rekam medis lengkap 87,6% diagnosis utama tepat, dan 85,7% klaim BPJS kesehatan disetujui. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen RSUD Tangerang Selatan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan klaim ditolak seperti kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dan ketepatan kode diagnosis utama guna mengurangi angka klaim yang ditolak pada klaim BPJS Kesehatan.

Abstract

Akreditasi puskesmas merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Salah satu cara mengetahui peningkatan mutu pelayanan dapat diukur melalui kepuasaan pasien. Pada tahun 2016 di Kota Lubuklinggau didapatkan indeks kepuasaan masyarakat pada puskesmas non-akreditasi (Puskesmas Priuk) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan indeks kepuasaan masyarakat pada puskesmas terakreditasi (Puskesmas Sidorejo). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan akreditasi puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional deskriptif dan studi kasus. Sampel penelitian adalah pengunjung pukesmas berjumlah 108 responden dan informan penelitian adalah kepala puskesmas dan kepala tata usaha. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan pada puskesmas terakreditasi berdasarkan dimensi keadaan fisik (96,3%), keandalan (98,1%), ketanggapan (98,1%), jaminan (98,1%) dan empati (96,3%) lebih tinggi dari puskesmas non-akreditasi berdasarkan dimensi keadaan fisik (40,7), keandalan (88,9%), ketanggapan (90,7%), jaminan (96,3%) dan empati (90,7%). Puskesmas terakreditasi diharapkan dapat mempertahankan mutunya dan bagi puskesmas non akreditasi diharapkan dapat memperhatikan dimensi-dimensi mutu untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatankan kepuasan pasien serta mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi proses akreditasi.
