Abstract

Coping strategy among informal sector workers of micro-enterprises is motivated by the problem of workers in the informal sector that generally has very low-income levels. In addition, micro-scale informal sector workers also do not have social protection and are vulnerable to work safety such as tire patching, road vendors, roadside stalls, and parking attendants. This study aims to describe the coping strategy undertaken by workers in the informal micro-enterprises sector which includes characteristics, emotional and problems focused coping. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with case studies of tire patch workers, food stall waiters, and parking attendants. The informants in this study consisted of 3 (three) main informants and 3 (three) supporting informants. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation study. The results of the study use qualitative data analysis. Data were tested through the perseverance of observation, the extension of participation, triangulation, and reference material. The results showed that the coping strategy undertaken by informal sector workers of micro-enterprises in handling the problem was not good enough. The emotional focused coping aspect carried out by the informants was more accepting / resigned, thus affecting the problem-focused coping, i.e. there was no planning to find a solution to the problem, less initiative. The action is more about asking for help, borrowing money, that does not solve the problems they are experiencing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mempermudah guru dalam merancang pengembangan materi pembelajaran dan menyampaikan ke siswa/orang tua siswa ditengah pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literature dari beberapa sumber baikmedia cetak dan elektronik, serta buku dan jurnal elektronik. Pencarian jurnal dilakukan melalui Google Cendekia. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian data yang diperoleh dan dipilih yang memenuhi kriteria. Analisis tinjauan literature termasuk pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan aplikasi E-learning ini tentu juga dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Kita ambil contoh dalam materi wawacara, guru dapat memanfaatkaan aplikasi Whatapps Group untuk melakukan pembelajaran dan memberikan tugas terukur. Tetapi dalam pengembangan materi wawancara menggunakan aplikasi e-learning terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh guru antara lain; pertama, dalam pemilihan media e-learning harus menggunakan aplikasi pembelajnaran jarak jauh yang sudah dipakai oleh orang banyak dan orang tua siswa sudah terbiasa mengggunakannya, kedua, pemberian tugas terukur harus memperhatikan berbagai hal yang tidak memberatkan siswa dan orang tua, ketiga yaitu aspek controlling yang dilakukan guru penting dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media e-learning. Keempat adalah inovasi dan pemanfaat tekhnologi oleh guru dalam pemberian tugas maupun pembelajaran.

Abstract

The current covid-19 pandemic has caused the child's needs to be less fulfilled for the attention and guidance of parents, which will undoubtedly affect the aspects of children's moral development. This research was conducted to identify the role of parental attention in the moral development of elementary school children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies from several sources, both print and electronic media, as well as books and online journals. The research technique used is the documentation technique in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals, and news. Validity test, researchers used the triangulation of data sources. The literature review analysis uses the content analysis paradigma presentation of data using informal presentation methods. The results of this study are based on a survey from the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely that around 90% of parents accompany their children during SFH, and only 3,4% of children do not receive assistance from their parents because their parents work outside the home. This research concludes that it is essential for parents to pay attention to the moral development of their children, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, in general, parents have played a role in accompanying their children during the Covid-19 and SFH pandemic.

Abstract

Human trafficking can be categorized as transnational organized crime. The problem of human trafficking is very complex. Efforts to prevent and overcome trafficking victims must be carried out in an integrated manner. This study aims to explore: 1) the processes and ways in which women are entangled in the practice of covert prostitution 2) social networks those are formed in the practice of covert prostitution, and 3) the factors that encourage women to become entangled in the practice of covert prostitution. The research uses a qualitative method. Research data sources are the Bongas Village Government, women are entangled in the practice of covert prostitution, and activist at the Yayasan Bunga Bangsa. The locus of this study is located at Bongas Village, Sub District of Bongas, Indramayu District, West Java Province. The selection of this locus is because there are women who are trapped in covert prostitution and Bongas Kusuma Foundation engaged in community empowerment and development. The results of the study show as follows: 1) the way to ensnare women into covert prostitutes is to provide high income offers, 2) the social network formed in the case of trafficking in women who were used as prostitutes in the form of partial social networks and social networks of interests, and 3) The background factors that cause women to become victims of trafficking are factor of economic poverty, factor of limited employment opportunities, factor of the low level of education, factor of family problems, and factor of early marriage that have an impact on divorce

Abstract

Penekanan pembelajaran problem solving menjadikan siswa lebih bertanggung jawab atas pembelajaran mereka sendiri. Model pembelajaran problem solving dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI-2SMK Negeri 2Tebing Tinggi. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terlihat pada hasil tes awal, bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh rata-rata hasil tes awal siswa sebesar 60,83  dimana nilai maksimum siswa sebesar 80 dan nilai minimum siswa sebesar 25 dan jumlah siswa yang belum mencapai KKM yang  ditentukan oleh sekolah yaitu ≥ 60 atau nilainya < 60 berjumlah 28 orang serta jumlah siswa yang telah mencapai KKM atau nilainya ≥ 60 berjumlah 14 orang atau sebesar 33,33 %. Secara umum, ketuntasan skenario pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan mencapai 89,29 %.   Kata kunci: Problem Solving, Hasil Belajar, Instalasi Listrik
