Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi sudut dan garis di kelas VII Mts. Normal Islam Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dan, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proporsional random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 132 siswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kecerdasan emosional, dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis deskriptif, nilai rata-rata dari data kecerdasan emosional siswa sebesar 178,41 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional  siswa kelas VII  MTs. Normal Islam Samarinda pada kategori tinggi. Untuk nilai rata-rata dari hasil belajar matematika siswa adalah 65,33 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kelas VII Mts. Normal Islam Samarinda pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis inferensial menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh persamaan penduga Ŷ = -32,736 + 0,550X. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh  thit  = 19,631; ttabel= 1,645 dan p = 0,000, diperoleh nilai thit  lebih dari ttabel yaitu 19,631> 1,645 dan taraf signifikansi statistik kurang dari taraf signifikansi penguji α = 0,05 maka persamaan regresi penduga yang diperoleh adalah berarti pada taraf signifikan 5%, sehingga terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika. R2 = 0,748 menunjukkan bahwa 74,8% hasil belajar matematika siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kecerdasan emosional. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas VII MTs. Normal Islam Samarinda.

Abstract

The discourse on religious pluralism is a very hotly discussed issue, especially among Muslims. This can be seen from the birth of books, works, writings in the mass media, congresses, seminars, discussions, and dialogues that discuss religious pluralism. The factors behind the emergence of this discourse, among others, are the conflicts that are rife between religious communities which often stem from excessive truth claims. This discourse aims to create harmony and peace between religious communities. The Qur'an itself recognizes the existence of other religions and calls on its people to live side by side and respect each other. Islam came as rahmatan lil'almin, but the reality that happened was not in sync with ideals. Then the question arises, where is Islam which is rahmatan lil'alamin located? In fact, here and there there are many Muslims who cannot deal with diversity wisely, as taught in the Qur'an. Then how is the guidance of the Qur'an to address differences? Based on that, this paper will discuss the guidance of the Qur'an in responding to religious pluralism with a descriptive-analytical method

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena kebahasaan lembaga pemerintah di Kota Samarinda. Fenomena tersebut dapat dilihat dari pengunaan bahasa di ruang publik lembaga. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga aspek. Dua variabel bebas, yaitu pengetahuan regulasi kebahasaan dan sikap bahasa, serta satu variabel terikat, yaitu penggunaan bahasa di ruang publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto, yaitu meneliti hubungan sebab-akibat yang tidak diberi perlakuan khusus oleh peneliti. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 22 lembaga pemerintah di Kota Samarinda, baik instansi pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Kota Samarinda, maupun sekolah negeri tingkat pertama dan menengah. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner pengetahuan regulasi kebahasaan, sikap bahasa, dan penggunaan bahasa di ruang publik lembaga. Metode statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengetahuan regulasi kebahasaan dan sikap bahasa pimpinan lembaga pemerintah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan bahasa di ruang publik. Kata kunci: fenomena, sikap bahasa, penggunaan bahasa, ruang publik ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the linguistic phenomenon of government institutions in Samarinda City. This phenomenon can be seen from the use of language in the public space of institutions. This research variable consists of three aspects. Two independent variables, namely knowledge of linguistic regulations and language attitudes, and one dependent variable, namely language use in public spaces. This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method, namely examining cause-and-effect relationships that are not given special treatment by researchers. The research sample consisted of 22 government institutions in Samarinda City, both East Kalimantan Provincial government agencies, Samarinda City, as well as primary and secondary level state schools. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method. Research data was obtained through questionnaires on knowledge of linguistic regulations, language attitudes, and language use in institutional public spaces. The statistical method in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing, statistical test f. The results of this research show that knowledge of linguistic regulations and the language attitudes of leaders of government institutions have a positive and significant influence on language use in public spaces. Keywords: phenomena, language attitude, language use, public space
