Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pengetahuan ibu yang kurang memadai tentang makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) dapat mempengaruhi keputusan ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI secara dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI dengan perilaku pemberian MP-ASI secara dini pada bayi usia kurang dari enam bulan di Desa Ambunten Tengah. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan metode Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-6 di Desa Ambunten Tengah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI dengan perilaku pemberian MP-ASI dini pada bayi usia kurang dari enam bulan (p=0,000). Pemberian MP-ASI dini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah pengetahuan ibu. Penelitian tentang strategi edukasi kesehatan pada ibu hamil dan ibu post partum masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian MP-ASI di waktu yang tepat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pregnancy is one of the Physiology things but, in the process of pregnancy not a little pregnant mothers that experienced the problem like Anemia disease. The Aim of the research is To Known the effect in giving the red Guava juice and honey into the e knhancement HB level for the Pregnant Women in semester two and semester Three by the Light anemia. The method employed in this research was Experimental Quasy by Up Design Non equivalent Control Group pre test and post test design . the instrument or the sample of this research is the pregnant mothers in semester two and semester three consists of 32 as informants and they are will divide into the two groups as follows: 16 Respondent in treatment groups and 16 respondent in control groups. The technique that used in this research was accidental sampling. The data was collected by using observation task. The data will analyse by using Wilcoxon test. The result of the research that the level of Pregnant mother’s HB before Giving the Red Guava Juice and honey is in the average level of 9,81. The HB level of pregnant mother’s after Giving the Red Guava Juice and honey most of the levels of Pregnant Mother’s HB was increased in the treatment group in the average level of 10,25 gr %, while in the control group have no found the differentiated of the HB level before and after the treatment in average level of 9,81 gr % by the result of the Wilcoxon test analyse p=0,000 (p<0,05). Based on the previous analysis above writer would like to draw some conclusion as follows: the sicnificant influence in giving the Red Guava Juice and honey to increase the HB levels of pregnan mother’s. its expected all the pregnant women to Check up routine about the HB level to knowing early the Anemia’s effect in Pregnancy so that it cawill be taken by the Preventive treatment Keyword: Anemia, Hb, pregnant mother

Abstract

Involusi uteri menjadi salah satu aspek yang perlu dievaluasi pada masa nifas. Involusi uteri berperan penting dalam menekan pendarahan post partum dan kembalinya ukuran uterus menjadi fisiologis seperti kondisi normal sebelum hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan inisiasi menyusui dini terhadap kejadian involusi uterus pada ibu post partum di UPT Puskesmas Talango. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 41 ibu post partum. Analsis statistik menggunakan chi square pada derajat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar (75,6%) ibu post partum yang melakukan inisiasi menyusui dini segera setelah lahir, mengalami kejadian involusi uterus secara normal, dengan hasil uji statistic chi square didapat hasil p value = 0,001(α<0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan inisiasi menyusui dini terhadap involusi uterus pada ibu post partum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini dengan proses involusi uterus secara normal pada ibu post partum. Involusi uterus merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dikaji dan diupayakan untuk berjalan secara normal untuk mengurangi terjadinya komplikasi persalinan, yaitu salah satunya dengan melakukan inisiasi menyusui dini yang terbukti berhubungan dengan involusi uteri secara normal.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to find out how mothers in Posyandu Betet, Parsanga Village, felt about the importance of DDTK for their children. This study employs a quantitative, using a total sampling technique with 18 mothers who came with their children at the Posyandu in Parsanga Village. The result is, most of mothers had a negative perception. The negative category of mother's perception was shown in the aspect of judgment and aspect of understanding. According to the findings, parents, particularly mothers, should pay attention about children growth and development in order their childrens in an optimsl growth based on their age.
