Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara etika dengan etos kerja pendidik PAUD. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang guru PAUD yang tersebar di Kota Mataram. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa skala sikap yang mencakup etika dan etos kerja yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator dari masing-masing variabel penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS korelasi Bivariat Pearson. Bedasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa etika berkorelasi signifikan terhadap perilaku etos kerja pendidik PAUD di Kota Mataram.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of parents on the importance of understanding emotions in order to care for and teach children to learn at home to be more fun. This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling in the form of socialization and technical guidance for school principals and elementary school teachers throughout Mataram. There were 60 participants in this community service activity. The results of this community service show the active participation of school principals and elementary school teachers, which can be seen from the many questions asked by community service activity participants. In addition, from what has been said, many teachers are interested in wanting to learn again about ways to manage emotions, so the community service team plans to provide training for teachers as a form of follow-up activities.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the role of guidance and counseling teachers in minimizing bullying in schools. The research method used a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. The data source of this research were obtained from articles and books that discussed bullying and the role of teachers. Data analysis techniques in this study used content or content analysis. The results of this study indicated that teacher guidance and counseling played a central role in preventing bullying behavior in schools. This role is clearly stated in the implementation of the independent curriculum. In addition, guidance and counseling teachers must actively provide services to students in preventive and curative efforts to prevent bullying.
