Abstract

Introduction: Puskesmas Semanding, Tuban, East Java, Indonesia became the health center with the largest number of patients with about 40 patients with 35 treated patients and 2 of the rules of resistance or included in the MDR-TB group. Antituberculosis drugs resistance is due to patients not adhering to taking medication. One of the causes was motivation deficit. Methods: This study was to analyze the motivation effect on the Antituberculosis drugs consumption accuracy in TB patients. This a pre-experimental design study. The population was TB patients at the Puskesmas Semanding. The sampling technique was purposive sampling probability with a total of 30 TB patients, taken in line with inclusion criteria. The independent variable is the provision of motivational therapy. The dependent variable is antituberculosis drugs consumption compliance. Instruments for observation were sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis was done using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The study showed that those who adhere to taking medication before therapy was less than 2 persons (6.67%) after therapy was greater than 19 (63.33%). This study showed that motivation has a significant influence on increasing the compliance of TB patients in undergoing Antituberculosis drugs therapy with a value of p=0.00. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the Puskesmas will be able to provide policies and attention to the importance of motivation in the form of health education and counseling as well as the provision of supervision of taking medication or supervision to succeed in controlling and eradicating TB cases. Abstract

The use of PPE is one of the problems in the world of crossing work. the use of personal protective equipment along with its functions and benefits, so that it is expected to change the behavior of users of water transportation services to be good and can ensure their safety. This study used a one group pre-post test design. The sampling technique was taken using Simple Random Sampling on boat services. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire sheet with the number of respondents 19 people. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Abstract

Adaptation in adolescents involves the occurrence of individuals with their ability to be able to accept themselves with the surrounding environment related to how to overcome problems using the coping process. This study aims to look at the use of coping strategies with adjustment in seventh grade adolescents in the Khairunnas Tahfidz Middle School Entrepreneur.This type of research is correlational using a cross sectional time approach with a population of 89 adolescents  selected by simple random sampling found 73 adolescents. The independent variable is the coping strategy and the dependent is the adjustment that is measured using the contingency coefficient test.The results of research conducted on seventh grade adolescent Tahfidz Middle School Entrepreneur Khairunnas Tuban after being analyzed using SPSS 23 it is known that the Contingency Coefficient test is ρ = 0,000 and the value of r =0.523 (0.5) means it shows the value of ρ α (0,000 0.05) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, there  is a relationship between coping strategies and adjustment in the seventh grade teenagers of the Tahfidz Middle School Entrepreneur Khairunnas Tuban.From the description above it can be concluded that there is a relationship between coping strategies with adolescent VII grade adolescents in the Tahfidz Middle School Khairunnas Entrepreneur with results based on the Contingency Coefficient Test obtained ρ = 0,000 with a significance level of r = 0.05

Abstract

Early handling on sting emergencies due to wasp stings are must be handled quickly appropriatly things that need to be considered  to avoid fatal condition. The treatment of bee sting emergencies  is not yet known by many people and they only do modest treatment by applying cold compresses and leaving the wasp sting marks. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of insect bite rescue training on the treatment of injured victims of wasp stings in the village Kenongosari Soko Tuban. This study uses a design Pre-Experimental, by one-group design pre-post test design. Simple random sampling used take a sample from 32 respondes. The instrument used are SOP and observation sheets. Data analysis using statistical testsWilcoxon. The results showed then was in scores of 29 respondents who experienced an increase. Analysis of research data using the Wilcoxon test. Wilcoxon test results obtained Asymp results. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 with a significant value 0.05, then H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Insect Bite Rescue Training has an influence on the Behavior of Injuring Victims. And it is hoped that Insect Bite Rescue Training can be applied by for handling when exposed to wasp stings.

Abstract

Elderely Posyandu is service post for societies an advanced age in a certain region any obstacles elderly in following Posyandu is mostly elderly did not know the schedule of posyandu. Hence research is to analyze the relation between role of Posyandu cadre and the elderly to visit elderly Posyandu. The design of this study was descriptive research consists of two variables namely the role of cadres an visit posyandu elderly. The population enrolled in the elderly posyandu was 56 people and the sample size 37 respondents.Sampling techbique using purposive samples of data collection techniques namely primary data for the role of posyandu cadres and secondary data of elderly visits taken from posyandu regrister. The research result of the respondens, 37 cadres role is not 62,1% and elderly who are not routine visit to posyandu 64,8%. Senior cadres who said posyandu play a role and elderly who regularly 10 visit people (71,4%), Whereas in the cadre who did not play role of posyandu not routine 21 people (91,3%). The role of cadres is one of the things that affect the elderly to visit Posyandu. It is recommended that solid foundation oc cadres of posyandu further increase its role. So the elderly routinely visit the Posyandu.

Abstract

Introduction. Mothers are the most important role in the family when children are sick and mothers tend to be unprepared to deal with children with febrile seizures. Emergency training using the Chair Side Talk method is expected to provide mothers-to-be to increase their abilities if one day their child has a seizure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of emergency training with the chair side talk method on the mother's ability to treat children's febrile seizures. Method. The research method used is pre-experimental , with a one group pre-post test design. The research sample was 28 women from Mander Village, Tambakboyo District who were selected by simple random sampling. SOP research instruments and questionnaire sheets. The analysis of this study used the Wilxocon test. Result & Analysis. The results showed that most of the mothers' abilities in dealing with children with febrile seizures before being given training were categorized as incapable, and after being given emergency training using the chair side talk method, most of them were categorized as capable. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a difference in the ability of mothers in handling febrile seizures after being given training with the chair side talk method with p value = 0.000 at a = 0.05 (p <0.05). It is hoped  that after having the child's ability to have seizures, the mother can take care of the child during a seizure. Discussion. There is an effect of providing emergency training with the chair side talk method in handling febrile seizures.
