Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused a drastic decrease in all users of contraceptives, causing the birth rate (baby boom) to increase by 10% during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several factors have contributed to the increasing decline in contraceptive use, including the lack of health facilities with COVID-19 standardized personal protective equipment, causing concern for couples of childbearing age (EFA) thus delaying visits to health facilities to consult or use family planning, and a small number of health facilities in particular. Contraceptive services do not open a practice because they do not have the means to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This study aims to develop an android-based contraceptive consultation application in anticipation of the baby boom during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research on the development of an android-based contraceptive consultation application during the COVID-19 pandemic was developed to facilitate between family planning acceptors and health workers so that the family planning service program continues to run well. This type of research uses quantitative research with a research design using a combined method (combination method) between Research and Development (R&D) and Pre Experiment methods with One group Pre-test and Post-test designs which will be carried out in the working area of Tiumang Health Center, Tiumang District, Dharmasraya Regency, Province West Sumatra. The research instrument used is a questionnaire and informed consent which will be given to respondents at the time of pre-test and post-test with the tool used is an android-based contraceptive consultation application. The steps of this application design model include needs analysis, development design, contraceptive consultation application development, expert validation test, large-small group trial, and android-based contraceptive consulting application product. The results obtained in this study are an application designed and the features needed by EFA in collaboration with experts in the field of information technology (IT). The calculation of application observations carried out by design experts overall reached 84% meaning valid, while content observations / materials in applications carried out by content experts overall reached 80% meaning valid.

Abstract

. Sistem informasi lowongan kerja berbasis web yang digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah untuk sebagai sumber informasi lowongan kerja yang menjadi kendala bagi orang yang ingin mencari pekerjaan. Jika dilihat dari peraturan pemerintah tentang perluasan kesempatan kerja maka pemerintah juga memiliki peran dalam mengatur bidang ketenagakerjaan. Sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 33 Tahun 2013, Pengangguran adalah masalah nasional dan merupakan tanggung jawab Pemerintah, Pemerintah Daerah, dan masyarakat, sehingga semua pemangku kepentingan harus terlibat secara bersama dan terintegrasi di seluruh sektor dan komunitas untuk memperluas peluang kerja baik di dalam maupun di luar hubungan kerja. Jadi untuk mendukung tujuan pemerintah mengenai ketenagakerjaan dan peran teknologi informasi, maka perlu dirancang dan dibangun media informasi untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi publik dalam memperoleh informasi pekerjaan. Salah satu media informasi berbasis internet yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah situs web yang manfaatnya dapat diakses oleh pengguna untuk mendapatkan dan memenuhi kriteria lowongan kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan atau lembaga yang membutuhkan karyawan. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan bahasa pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Untuk pemrograman menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL sebagai server basis data. Sistem informasi ini berbasis web, yang memiliki media penyimpanan terpusat di server database sehingga integritas data terjamin

Abstract

This study aims to build a WEB-based decision support system to simplify the process of assessing credit numbers for initial proposals for functional lecturers. With this system the lecturer will be made easier in terms of completing the required files and can quickly and accurately calculate the amount of cum that is obtained. The resulting system uses the Mamdani type Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) to analyze the variables used in assessing lecturers' functional position credit numbers. Furthermore, the system development stage uses the waterfall model. System design analysis includes outputs, inputs, file structures, programs, workflows, hardware and software needed. Then this system will certainly greatly reduce the use of paper because it is based on electronics. So later, with this system, it is expected that the credit score submission process does not take a long time and can increase the number of lecturers who have functional positions in STIKES Dharma Landbouw. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun Knowledge Management System yang akan diimplementasikan oleh tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi dalam rangka membentuk budaya berbagi pengetahuan (sharing culture) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya. Knowledge Management System merupakan system yang dirancang untuk mendokumentasikan, menggolongkan dan menyebarkan pengetahuan (knowledge).Knowledge management system dalam hal ini berperan dalam manajemen dan mengorganisir pengetahuan dosen sehingga nantinya setelah menerapkan knowledge management system diharapkan dapat memunculkan budaya berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) yang berakibat terhadap pemerataan pengetahuan dosen dan peningkatan kompetensi profesional dosen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang sistem informasi akademik yang akan diimplementasikan pada perguruan tinggi dengan tujuan untuk membatu penyebaran peran pengeloaan data akademik perguruan tinggi sehingga menghindari sentralisasi peran dalam pengelolaan data akademik suatu perguruan tinggi. Sistem informasi akademik ini dibangun dengan teknologi web menggunakan database mariadb dan berhasil diimplementasikan pada server dengan teknologi lingkungan virtualisasi. Sistem informasi akademik yang dibangun mampu melakukan penghimpunan data mahasiswa, dosen, kurikulum, marakuliah, perkuliahan, dosen pengampu, nilai, dan mempermudah proses penginputan data baik oleh admin, dosen maupun mahasiswa karena masing-masing pengguna dapat login dan menggunakan sistem dengan akun masing-masing

Abstract

Kriminalitas berasal dari kata crime yang artinya sebuah tindakan yang melanggar hukum. Sedangkan pengertian tindak pidana adalah segala tindakan yang disengaja atau tidak, telah terjadi atau baru percobaan, yang dapat merugikan orang lain dalam hal badan, jiwa, harta benda, kehormatan, dan lainnya serta dapat diancam hukuman penjara. Banyaknya golongan atau jenis kejahatan dalam KUHP berarti begitu juga banyaknya kepentingan hukum yang dilindungi oleh hukum pidana. perbuatan pidana itu dapat dilihat pada penjelasan pasal 338 KUHP Kejahatan ini disebutkan makar mati atau pembunuhan dalam peristiwa ini perlu bukti suatu perbuatan yang mengakibatkan kematian orang lain dan kematian disengaja dan tidak disengaja dikenakan pasal 359 KHUP. Data Mining digunakan untuk menemukan pola-pola tersembunyi dan memberikan informasi. Data Mining untuk pendeteksian kejahatan yang sering terjadi secara bersamaan disebut Association Rule (aturan asosiasi)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the application of the AHP method in building a decision support system for hiring new employees to help the selection process of the Department of Communication and Information of the Dharmasraya Regency so that the process is more selective and in accordance with the expected criteria. This research conducted a variety of problems, such as: the needs of prospective employee criteria, selectivity of prospective employees, prospective employee data collection, the ability of prospective employees, and the needs of superior HR, Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can help in making decisions by using computers / PC in making a decision. With the existence of a decision support system, it is expected to be able to assist in making the decision to recruit new employees appropriately. In the case of the recruitment of new employees at the Dharmasraya District DISKOMINFO, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to apply it to the decision support system in decision making. AHP Is a method for solving an unstructured complex situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving a subjective value about the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority affecting the outcome of the situation. This system is expected to be a very useful tool for optimal recruitment of prospective new employees.

Abstract

The lack of information and data available at the Youth and Sports Tourism Office in the field of Youth and Sports makes it difficult for people to access information about youth. The data currently available is deemed inadequate because the data is only in the form of numbers, so the need for relevant, accurate, timely and integrated data and information to be presented to the public. For this reason, the development of a Web-Based Youth Information System is expected to facilitate related parties in meeting the data and information needs of the community. The development of this system is designed using the PHP, Javascript, CSS, and Jquery programming languages. While the model used in making this system uses the waterfall method. So that the system built can be utilized and useful for the Youth and Sports Office, researchers conduct direct observations in the field to collect the data and information needed and conduct direct interviews with the Youth and Sports Tourism Office to find out the form of the system needed. With the use of communication and information technology in the form of this website, it is hoped that it will facilitate the Sijunjung Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office in providing accurate and precise information and data and encourage the creation of transparency in the administration of government.

Abstract

UKM Sido Makmur merupakan kelompok usaha bersama yang bergerak dibidang makanan terutama camilan kue kering yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Rimbo Ilir, Kabupaten Tebo. Saat ini sistem penjualan pada UKM Sido Makmur masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan pemasaran yang dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut. Kurangnya jangkauan penjualan membuat penjualan yang kurang maksimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Sido Makmur diperlukan solusi yaitu dengan membuat suatu sistem informasi dengan menggunakan teknologi yang sedang berkembang serta menggunakan metode yang disebut dengan metode waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan MySQL sebagai databse. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu penjualan dan pemasaran dari UKM Sido Makmur sehingga dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

This study discusses the design of a population information system at the ABC District Office. In processing population data in ABC District, it is still being done in the form of documents created through Microsoft Office which are not yet in the form of structured database processing. So that when the Head of the Sub-District Office needs population data in a short time, he often finds it difficult to find population data. So it is felt that it is necessary to make improvements to the ongoing system as needed by creating a computerized system so that reports are presented more quickly, precisely, and accurately.
