Abstract

The increase in unit cost of BOS in the year 2009 is significant evidence of government commitment in carrying out the mandate of the Constitution regarding the 20% budget for education. The commitment of this government must also be followed by increased government commitment and community participation in monitoring programs and funding. Based on this, the in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is required by the school principal and the school treasurer. It is necessary to an understanding of Microsoft Office that includes: Ms Excel. The aim is for school principals and treasurers to process data based computer applications in accounting / finance, especially financial management BOS to BOS with the orderly administration implemented, transparent, accountable, efficient, timely, and avoid deviations. Abstract

Nowadays, many wireless transmission media have been used. Laser can be used as one of data media transmition. Laser can work on the spectrum of 620 nm – 750 nm.  The choosing of electronic component responding time determines data transmission process, both the distance and speed of data transmission. The electronic components chosen in this research are those with responding time measured in ordo nano second and the data communication protocol uses C. In the research, there is a negative correlation between the speed and distance of data transmission. The average farthest distance observed in the research was 313 m with the transmission speed of 9,600 bps. Keywords: protocol, wireless transmission Â
