Abstract

Thought -oriented feminism Indonesia with a Western perspective characteristic rational, materialistic and quantitative had been implicated in the occurrence of friction with the values in the eastern -oriented society that upholds harmonitas the characteristics, the spirituality, and the quality. Murata thought was based on Eastern perspective needed to be studied and received great attention, not only as an answer to the problems faced by the dominance of western orientation, but also as a counterweight to the tendency that the biassed too. Murata thought used the mystic Taoism and Islam, seeing the gender relations as relations dualist - complementary, relations two seemingly contradictory qualities, but it was one unit. The relationships found in all reality, include: people, nature and the God. Opposition of masculinity and femininity was not in the sense of separateness, but rather in the sense of unity, equality and reciprocity.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan terjadi di segala bidang kehidupan. Kekerasanmerupakan produk dari budaya patriarki tidak saja menyentuh wilayah sosial,melainkan juga merambah ke wilayah agama. Agama dianggap menjadi pembenardan pelanggeng praktek kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Melalui analisis gender,persoalan kekerasan terhadap perempuan menemukan akarnya, yaitu pandanganbias gender dalam semua dimensi kehidupan, termasuk dalam agama. Adapun taoismeIslam melihat sifat maskulin negatif sebagai akar tindakan kekerasan. Relasi setaradalam hubungan kesalingan menjadi tawaran penting yang diajukan analisis genderdan taoisme Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the formulation of Frommscultural strategy and find its relevance to national cultural strategy. This qualita-tive -philosophical study is presented through the synthesis analysis of the psy-choanalyst Freud and socio-economist Marx. The conclusion is that the for-mulation of Fromms culture strategy rooted in the concept of to be. To be isa way of being existential human, characterized by being active, that is theoptimal use of the human strengths for productivity, which tends to makechanges and is interested in goodness, also tends to give and love. The culturalstrategy is then formulated from the concept of to be. This is an attempt tocreate a new culture which includes material and non-material aspects. Materialaspects include social, economic and political structure, while the non-materialaspects includes individual-social character, ideas and objectives of the com-munity in the form of norms, values, dogma, ideology and so forth. Theseaspects are interacting and influencing each other. The orientation of to be willaffect the economic structure, and then form a social character and subse-quently form an idea. Furthermore, the cycle runs in reverse in the relationaldynamic series.
