Abstract

Learning outcomes are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Factors discussed in this study are external factors, namely learning methods. In this study, the learning method used is the Reciprocal Teaching (RT) model and the Numbered Haed Togther (NHT) learning model. The problem in this study is whether there is a difference in learning outcomes for the Reciprocal Teaching (RT) model and the learning outcomes for Numbered Haed Togther (NHT) economics subjects in the labor material of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 West Halmahera. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Barat in 2021. From the population, 2 classes were taken as samples, namely class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 as the control class. In the experimental class, the Reciprocal Teaching (RT) learning model was applied, while in the control class the Numbered Haed Togther (NHT) learning model was used. Data collection methods in this study were observation, learning outcomes tests and documentation. Before using the research instrument, the test items were first tested for the level of validity, reliability, degree of difficulty of the items and the distinguishing power of items. The results showed that students who were taught using the Reciprocal Teaching (RT) learning model had a better level of effectiveness compared to students who were taught using the Numbered Haed Togther (NHT) learning model. This is shown by the average score of students in the experimental class (XI IPS 1 taught by using the Reciprocal Teaching (RT) learning model, which is 80.91 better than students in the control class (XI IPS 2 taught using the Numbered Haed Togther model). (NHT)) with an average score of 76.14. Likewise with classical learning outcomes. Students who are taught using the Reciprocal Teaching (RT) learning model classical completeness reaches 95.45%, while in the control class taught by the Numbered learning model Haed Togther (NHT) has 82.61% classical completeness.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental class (Reciprocal Teaching (RT)) and the learning outcomes of the control class (Numbered Haed Togther (NHT)).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar mahasiswa di kelas A pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP Kie Raha Ternate. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah 17 orang mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP Kie Raha Ternate semester V. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan ini adalah statistik deskriptif dengan cara melakukan penilaian terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan hasil Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) pada Siklus I keaktifan kelas meningkat menjadi 74,5% dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 70,5 % dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan keaktifan sebesar 84,1 % dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,5%. Melalui model Cooperative Learning Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi STKIP Kie Raha Ternate tahun ajaran 2018/2019 materi Nilai waktu dari uang semester V tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 77,7 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 70,5 %, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata lebih meningkat menjadi 81,1 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,5%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar IPS materi pasarsiswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate yang berjumlah 28 orang yang terdiri 12 siswa laki- laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas adalah dengan cara observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencarinilai rata-rata dan prosentase dari hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran gallery of learning.Dari analisis data tentang hasil belajar siswa melalui evaluasi pembelajaran pada pra siklus jumlah siswa yang tuntas yaitu 15,35%, dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 44,48%, sedangkan pada siklus siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 30,17%, yang tidak tuntas berkurang menjadi 32,26%. Pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 80% dari jumlah siswa, dan yang tidak tuntas hanya 20 % siswa saja. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada pra siklus yaitu 59, sedangkan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 62, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata juga meningkat yaitu mencapai 75.Meningkatnya hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II disebabkan karena pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran gallery of learning dapat memperjelas, merangsang siswa untuk dapat belajar lebih aktif melalui kelompok dan menambah pengertian siswa. Selain itu setiap individu siswa memiliki rasa kebersamaan dalam kelompoknya sehingga tugas yang sulit untuk dikerjakan akan menjadi lebih mudah. Selain itu hubungan kooperatifantara siswa dengan siswa dan siswa dengan guru.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the impact of the application of online learning on student learning motivation in banking management courses during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach..The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study was processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research shows that first; student learning motivation is not the same as when participating in learning that is carried out directly in the classroom. Students are more enthusiastic about participating in the learning that the lecturer conveys in the classroom compared to online learning carried out during the covid-19 pandemic through the google classroom and whatsapp applications. Second, the inhibiting factors are: students have difficulty understanding the subject matter delivered via video because they run out of quota when participating in learning delivered through the application.difficulty getting a stable network or signal when participating in learning, so that the learning obtained is less than optimal, while the supporting factors are: making it easier for lecturers to deliver material via smartphones, delivering material to be more interesting and not monotonous, making it easy for students to access other learning resources needed. Abstract

Competition in the increasingly competitive world of marketing requires marketers to continue to give more to consumers in increasing competitiveness. To meet the needs and desires of consumers, one of the business fields that continues to grow is the field of technology and communication, namely smartphone or cellular phone users. With tight business competition, marketing tools such as marketing mix are needed. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction in the city of Ternate. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique which resulted in 55 respondents. The data were processed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) it was empirically proven that product (X1), price (X2), distribution (X3), promotion (X4), and process had a significant effect on customer satisfaction; This means that the better the product, price, distribution, promotion and process, the customer satisfaction will increase. (2). Physical appearance (X5) and People (X6) which are empirically proven have no effect on consumer satisfaction; it means that physical and human appearance has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Thus, the findings of this study prove that physical appearance (X5) and people (X6) are the main factors in buying a product, but the most important thing is the quality of the product itself which is in accordance with its function. Abstract

Modern markets and traditional markets are both places where producers and consumers meet to meet their needs but in different ways, for example modern markets are in the form of hapymarts, malls and supermarkets while traditional markets are in the form of tents, figures and kiosks. Quantitative research was used in the form of questionnaires in data collection. . The population in this study were all traditional (hygienic) market traders in Ternate, namely 413 traders. Sampling was carried out using the area sampling method and the number of samples was 40 respondents. Subjects are hygienic market traders with several types of traders, namely fish traders, meat traders, basic food traders, restaurant traders and clothing traders. The results of this study indicate that through the SPSS 16 test results there is an influence between modern markets (X) on the income of traditional market traders (Y) as seen in the R Square test results of 0.30. This shows the level of a strong relationship between the dependent and independent variables that is equal to 30%. While the remaining 70% is influenced by other indicators not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pendapatan adalah balas jasa atas penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi yang dimiliki oleh sektor rumah tangga, dan sektor perusahaan, misalnya gaji, pendapatan sewa, pendapatan bunga, serta keuntungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan bisnis jasa Nhada Laundry di kota ternate. Penelitian ini mengkaji analisis pendapatan usaha jasa laundry. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besar pendapatan rata-rata usaha jasa laundry. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan proses analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Bersih pada Bisnis Nhada Laundry Laundry dikota ternate Selatan pada tahun 2017 – 2021 berfluktuasi. tahun 2017 Rp. 152.165.000, tahun 2018 Rp. 136.448.000, tahun 2019 Rp. 133.735.000, tahun 2020 163,595.000, tahun 2021 Rp. 178.545.000.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid -19 pandemic is being felt in all sectors, including the agricultural sector and food MSMEs. The agricultural sector is one of the priorities in dealing with the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The agricultural sector must be strong in dealing with the Covid -19 pandemic because it is directly related to basic human needs. The impact of the Covid -19 pandemic that farmers feel the most is the price of farmer's products which has decreased drastically due to the decreasing purchasing power of many people. This is not comparable to the effort and operational costs incurred by farmers when cultivating. The research objective was to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the income of coconut (copra) and clove farmers on Batang Dua Island, before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on Batang Dua Island. This research is a quantitative approach. This research was carried out on Batang Dua Island which consists of 6 sub-districts where most of the population works as copra, cengke, and nutmeg farmers. The choice of research location was carried out deliberately.The impact of Covid-19 on the income of farmers on Batang Dua Island. So it can be concluded that before Covid-19 the income of copra, clove and nutmeg farmers had decreased. This has happened since the implementation of social distancing which has hampered community activities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after taking action using experiential learning models. This study uses a classroom action research approach. The research was conducted at SMKN 2 Ternate City, North Maluku Province. The population in this study were all 120 class X students of the Mechanical Engineering Department at SMKN 2 Kota Ternate. The sample in this study were students of SMKN 2 Kota Ternate class X of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, totaling 30 students, consisting of 29 male students and 1 female student. Based on the results of data analysis on pre-action the average score of 30 class X Mechanical Engineering students at SMK Negeri 2 Ternate City was 5.70 and only 2 students or 6.66% were declared passed or above the KKM score. Whereas in cycle II it was found that there were major changes after the experiential learning program was carried out where previously the KKM in the pre-action average pretest score only reached 50.7 in cycle II the post-test average value was 70.5.
