<![CDATA[AbstractThe purpose of this study is to be able to analyze the comparison of the price and transaction volume of BRIS shares in the 40 days before and 40 days after the announcement of the merger inauguration. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods and quantitative approaches. This study uses secondary data accessed from the yahoo finance website. The sample of this research is the stock price and transaction volume of BRIS shares before and after the inauguration of the merger. The result of this research is that there is no significant difference between BRIS stock price before and after the merger inauguration and there is a significant difference between BRIS stock transaction volume before and after the merger inauguration.Keywords: (Stock price, Transaction Volume, Merger inauguration) AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat menganalisis perbandingan harga dan volume transaksi saham BRIS pada masa 40 hari sebelum dan 40 hari sesudah pengumuman peresmian merger. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diakses dari website yahoo finance. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu harga saham dan volume transaksi saham BRIS pada masa sebelum dan sesudah peresmian merger. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara harga saham BRIS pada masa sebelum dengan sesudah peresmian merger dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara volume transaksi saham BRIS pada masa sebelum dengan sesudah peresmian merger .Kata Kunci: (Harga Saham, Volume Transaksi, Peresmian Merger)]]>
