Abstract

Service management information system is a part of remote service through internet technology media. Business companies must be able to adapt, if initially the company focused on how to provide direct, quality services, now companies are faced with the fact that to win in the midst of competition, companies must provide online or electronic media which of course must also be of high quality. The process of collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. In system development using Extreme Programming method. System design tools used are activity diagrams and Use case diagrams. Meanwhile, for the manufacture of an online-based service provider system, the author uses the programming language used is React JS for the front end, Express JS for the back end and PostgreSQL as the database. Based on the results of the study, an online-based service management information system was obtained. The implementation of this service system is made with facilities including service orders, latest repair status information, user data management, payments and transaction history that have been carried out.

Abstract

The development of technology that is built to fix a problem in a system is needed by the institution. The Directorate of Poor Handling Region III, Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia requires an information system for reporting recipients of assistance quickly and periodically. In this case, the author conducted a study that aims to develop a reporting information system, so that the development of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) beneficiaries can be known quickly and as information material for decision makers related to program implementation. By analyzing the current system, this research resulted in the development of a web-based information system on reporting the development of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) at the Directorate of Poor Handling Region III, Ministry of Social Affairs, RI. The development of this system refers to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. Reports on the development of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) are carried out by social assistants and the report will make it easier for the Directorate for the Handling of the Poor Region III to obtain information on the progress of KUBE assistance.

Abstract

Jalsiast merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan berupa pakaian yang masih memerlukan adanya perluasan wilayah dalam penjualan dan pemasaran produk guna menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Untuk promosi produk yang dijual pada Toko Pakaian Jalsiast saat ini hanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan media sosial dan pencatatan transaksi pada toko ini juga masih bersifat manual sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan juga memungkinkan adanya kehilangan data. Pada saat ini cara pembelian pada Toko Pakaian Jalsiast adalah calon pembeli menghubungi penjual melalui nomor telepon yang tertera untuk memesan produk yang disediakan pada toko tersebut. Dengan membangun aplikasi e-commerce berbasis web pada Toko Pakaian Jalsiast, maka dapat membantu penjual dan pembeli dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli dan juga dapat membantu toko mempromosikan produk melalui internet. Pembuatan sistem penjualan berbasis website ini menggunakan PHP, MySQL dan XAMPP. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem penjualan berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh toko guna mempromosikan produk dan melakukan transaksi jual beli secara mudah.

Abstract

Diabetes merupakan penyakit menahun yang akan diderita seumur hidup oleh penderitanya. Diabetes dapat memicu berbagai komplikasi penyakit berbahaya lainnya, jika terlambat ditangani. Banyak masyarakat yang awalnya tidak tahu bahwa mereka menderita penyakit diabetes karena tidak mempunyai pengetahuan dasar mengenai penyakit diabetes serta mengalami keterbatasan waktu untuk melakukan konsultasi kepada dokter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat mendeteksi kemungkinan menderita penyakit diabetes berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang telah dimasukkan. Sistem ini juga memberikan rekomendasi berupa informasi dan solusi terhadap penyakit tersebut. Ssitem pakar yang dirancang menerapkan perhitungan algoritma naive bayes. Algoritma Naive bayes merupakan pengklasifikasian dengan nilai probabilitas dan statistik yang memprediksi peluang di masa depan berdasarkan pengalaman di masa sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, sistem ini dapat menangani proses konsultasi pengguna dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi. Hasil pengujian sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit diabetes dengan menguji rule diagnosis menggunakan algoritma naive bayes yang dilakukan melalui dataset uji sebanyak 10 kali, maka hasilnya sudah sesuai dengan kepakaran yang didapat melalui data hasil pengujian sistem whitebox dan blackbox testing.

Abstract

This study uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the object under study and asking for the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers to the resource person to complete the data and obtain the necessary information. The author raises the issue of the absence of a special program to store data and make reports in the Warehouse Section at PT. Creative Clothing Creations Branch. The company also manages incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, returned goods data, calculated in the inventory data. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of inventory cost savings. Previously, data processing was done in a conventional way, using Microsoft Excel and Word. By designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, goods data and supplier data can be stored in a database to facilitate daily transactions in the warehouse. This system was created to be able to manage inventory data, goods receipt transactions, goods expenditure transactions and reports. The designed information system is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the data collection and recording system that has been used so far so that work activities are more controlled.

Abstract

Assets are the most important resource for individuals or an organization that owns them, because assets are equipment that supports the activities of an organization. Over time the assets in the company will experience many changes (accretions and reductions) that apply very quickly and that also happens to Perum Damri. To support operational activities, Perum Damri still uses a semi-computerized system that uses Microsoft Excel in asset management and inventory of existing fleets. It is less efficient in terms of time, power as well as cost. The development of technology, can be used to overcome some of the obstacles faced today such as by creating a system that helps in asset management, fleet inventory to prevent damage, loss or "ghost items". Web-based application system development is used with the model system uml (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, diagaram activity, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Asset management system development methodology uses waterfall models, PHP programming and MYSQL databases.

Abstract

A good communication within the company requires a good and optimal information system. Especially in information systems related to customer relations to management called CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the company. Customer data is the main data that is important to be developed in the business of a company, especially a business engaged in the service sector. If the customer data has not been thoroughly processed, the customer data will have no function and have no effect on the progress of the company. Because of the very important function of this module, customer data is the most important data needed and can be developed for business continuity in general. The importance of processing customer data, researchers will design the development of the Vipos application at PT Amarta Eksis Digdaya which focuses on the customer relationship management module with the Pieces Method. The Pieces method consists of several stages which include Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service which are techniques for identifying and solving problems that have occurred in information systems. The conclusion of this analysis resulted in the identification of the main problems of a system and provide solutions to these problems.

Abstract

Pada proses penjaminan mutu perangkat lunak terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses inspeksi ketika terjadi kesalahan pada server production, diantaranya adalah membutuhkan waktu untuk membuat data yang tiruan untuk menguji fitur yang mengalami masalah dan juga untuk mencari informasi terkait user, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program yang dapat membatu melakukan beberapa prosedur untuk membatu efisiensi dan efektifitas. Dibangun dengan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak bernama Lean Software Development, paradigma pemrograman yang digunakan berbasis procedural programming dan menganut konsep imperative. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan program otomatisasi otentikasi pada website berbasis otorisasi dapat mempermudah dan meningkatkan proses penjaminan mutu perangkat lunak, serta pengujian kompatibilitas yang menunjukkan sistem dapat digunakan dengan baik pada beberapa peramban web
