This study aims to determine the needs of IAIN Curup postgraduate students for digital teaching materials based on MOOCs. The research sample was 105 postgraduate students from 4 study programs, namely Islamic Education Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Education Management, and Islamic Religious Education. The research instrument used is a student needs questionnaire IAIN Curup postgraduate towards digital teaching materials based on MOOCs. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study are digital teaching materials based on MOOCs are urgently needed by postgraduate students of IAIN Curup. This is evidenced by the percentage gain from the results of filling out the needs analysis questionnaire for digital teaching materials based on MOOCs, which is 87.5%, which means that students strongly agree to the development. These results will have an impact on the use of technology in the development of teaching materials.

The research objectives are for learning planning in the Covid-19 pandemic, implementing Covid-19 pandemic learning, and evaluating learning for the Covid-19 pandemic at Madrasah Aliyah Riyadus Sholihin. The research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is through the data collection process, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. The results of the study show that teachers carry out learning planning for the Covid-19 pandemic, namely planning based on the existing curriculum with the development of lesson plans. Furthermore, the determination of WhatsApp Groups (implemented by the homeroom teacher) as a learning tool and YouTube as a learning medium, reduces learning hours while managers and supervisors are carried out by admins. Evaluation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic showed the ineffectiveness of learning which was marked by obstacles in the form of internet network constraints, decreased student enthusiasm, students did not focus on learning, difficulty to understand, students did not actively participate in learning, students collected assignments, the fatigue of the students in learning the Covid-19 pandemic and the homeroom teacher. In conclusion, the learning management of the Covid-19 pandemic is in the form of, a) educational planning with learning policies, namely education of planning, which means education planning for one time use; b) Madrasah Aliyah Riyadus Sholihin Musi Rawas does not carry out supporting activities and supporting learning activities, as well as work plans and their elaboration in the process; c) there is no definite evaluation pattern and meetings are held in learning management planning during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Curup about the importance of anti-corruption education in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population taken in this study were all students at IAIN Curup. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the number of data samples, namely 118 students from 7 study programs from the Tarbiyah Faculty. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire on the perception of students from Tarbiyah IAIN that they were bad at the importance of anti-corruption education in Indonesia. This research was conducted at IAIN Curup, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province in May 2022. The questionnaire asked students' opinions about the importance of anti-corruption education in Indonesia. In this study, the questionnaire was prepared using a four-point scale, with Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. The results of this study indicate that students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Curup consider the importance of anti-corruption education in Indonesia. Anti-corruption education is important to shape anti-corruption characteristics for the younger generation by showing the phenomenon of corruption to the consequences of corruption itself.

In the 4.0 era, it is required to use technology in all aspects of education, including in the field of counselling. So it is necessary to develop an online counselling system or cyber counselling and to be able to carry out development, it is necessary to analyze student perceptions about the importance of developing a cyber counselling system. Therefore, this study aims to determine the importance of developing a web-based cyber counselling system in supporting the implementation of the MBKM curriculum in universities. This type of research is survey research using quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all guidance and counselling students at IAIN Curup and UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. However, the research sample was 34 students who were representatives of the 2 universities. The study was conducted in August 2022. The data collection technique used a questionnaire so the measuring instrument was a questionnaire made with a modified Likert scale with 4 answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree, which were then analyzed quantitatively and the results were described. The results of the study show that students strongly agree that the development of a web-based cyber counselling system is essential in supporting the implementation of the MBKM curriculum in universities. This research can contribute to other research on what kind of cyber counselling system can be developed to suit the needs of students.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi dosen Universitas Muhammdiyah Bengkulu (UMB) dalam mengelola pembelajaran secara daring dan blended learning Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh dosen dilingkungan UMB. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, dan pelatihan. Materi pelatihan dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan langsung, diskusi dan melalui buku yang disertai video tutorial sehingga diharapkan guru-guru dapat mudah untuk memahami tentang cara mengelola pembelajaran elearning dengan model blended learning. Kegiatan dimulai dengan observasi lapangan sampai kepada pencarian informasi pendukung kelayakan program. Kegiatan workshop elearning dan blended learning difasilitasi oleh LPMPP UMB dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4-5 Desember 2019 bertempat di Gedung Ahmad Dahlan kampus 14 Universitas Muhamadiyah Bengkulu. Kegiatan ini dihadiri kurang lebih 100 dosen UMB yang mewakili masing masing fakultas di UMB. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kamampuan dosen dalam pengelolaan elearning dan blended learning di UMB.
