Abstract

:  Limbah plastik sangat mencemari lingkungan. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengurangi pemakaian plastik dan mendaur ulang plastik masih sangat minim. Besarnya dampak negatif limbah plastik terhadap lingkungan, sehingga dibutuhkan proses daur ulang. Salah satunya melalui daur ulang plastik kresek. Kreatifitas pengelolaan limbah dapat mengurangi dampak negatif pencemaran lingkungan serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan memanfaatkan setiap hal, baik itu limbah maupun barang yang tidak terpakai menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomi. Kreatifitas mengubah limbah yang tidak bernilai dapat diolah menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai. Sampah plastik kresek yang tidak bernilai dapat diolah menjadi hiasan bunga cantik yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Hal ini sebagai wujud tanggungjawab dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta untuk menjaga lingkungan khususnya Desa Sukaresmi terhadap banyaknya limbah sampah plastik kresek diwilayah tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya Desa Sukaresmi untuk memanfaatkan limbah plastik kresek menjadi hiasan yang bernilai ekonomi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat serta mengurangi limbah plastik kresek. Kegiatan ekonomi kreatif melalui daur ulang plastik kresek ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kepada masyarakat melalui sosialisasi bahwa setiap limbah apabila diolah dengan baik akan menghasilkan barang yang bernilai ekonomi. Masyarakat Desa Sukaresmi diharapkan mampu mengolah limbah plastik kresek menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomi. Limbah plastik kresek tersebut dapat diolah menjadi hiasan bunga cantik yang bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

Expedition truck is a vehicle that serves to transfer goods from one place to another. Previously maintenance policy was periodic, depending on the run distance and Run To Failure, maintain the trucks after the occurrence of component damage then system failure. Analysis in maintenance management based on system and critical components do optimize truck performance by using RCM (Reliability Centered Management) method. There are 5 systems in a truck: electrical system, power steering system, cooling machine system, coupling system, and brake system. Interaction and function of the components from each system are analyzed, evaluated the failure mode (FMEA method), and categorized the level of critical damage and adjusted the maintenance time (LTA method). The results of the RCM method for 16 component functions from the 5 systems are 5 component functions with Time Directed (TD), 6 Condition Directed (CD), 3 Failure Finding (FF), and 2 component functions by Run To Failure (RTF).

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membuatkan Sistem Informasi Desa berbasis website untuk mendorong komunikasi pembangunan yang lebih baik di Desa Cibarusah Kota. Sistem Informasi Desa adalah sistem olah data dan informasi menggunakan teknologi ilmu komunikasi yang dapat dikelola oleh pemerintah desa secara offline dan online. Parameter untuk mengukur kesiapan Desa Cibarusah Kota memanfaatkan SID agar komunikasi Desa dengan warga dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya menjadi lebih baik adalah dengan menilai kesiapan dalam hal sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, kelembagaan dan anggaran. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui proses interview dan observasi diperoleh fakta dan keterangan bahwa secara SDM, Cibarusah Kota telah memiliki ahli IT yang bekerja untuk Desa, telah memiliki seperangkat PC beserta printer dan modem untuk internet, bahkan mempunyai struktur dalam organisasi Desa yang khusus mengelola informasi dan data. Hanya dari sisi anggaran, Desa Cibarusah Kota belum menyisihkan untuk keperluan pengembangan infrastruktur maupun SDM IT di tahun 2019.

Abstract

The implementation of quality management system requires to consider risks and opportunities in planning the system, refers to clause 6.1 ISO 9001:2015. The management of PT. Dharma Poliplast implemented a risk mitigation system to fulfill the needs, expectations and Key Performance Indicators  of stakeholders but quality problems still recur. This research aimed to analyze the implementation of risk management according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 31000 requirements and by comparing the implementation of risk management to a best practice company. The approach used in this research was descriptive qualitative using secondary data from the internal company. The results of this research proved that PT. Dharma Poliplast has implemented risk management in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 31000 and best practices effectively.

Abstract

In an effort to increase customer trust PT TBINA regularly conducts QCC activities to analyze problems that exist in the field. However, in its application, this activity is not easy to carry out in each department, for the example is the Seat Assembly which sends an average of 1 group to represent 145 employees in the TBINA internal competition for the 2017-2019 period. The number is the same as the Needle Punch line but only consisting of 12 members, different with the Welding line which can sent 12 groups of 122 members.. This study aims to increase QCC activity in the Seat Assembly line. The method used in this study is the QCC analysis method. Revitalization is carried out through a leadership approach by conducting guidance and training both for employees and for leaders, grouping employees based on age and years of service, setting activity targets, making repair and improvement plans as well as evaluating and standardizing.After the QCC activity was carried out, there was an increase in operator knowledge of QCC, this encouraged active activities which can be seen in the QCC competition in 2023 where the line seat assembly can send 9 groups to represent 100 employees. QCC also has a positive impact on the achievement of work quality and productivity in the seat assembly production line.
