Abstract

Abstract Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender terhadap hasil belajar peserta diklat jarak jauh media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, metodologi yang digunakan merupakan metode kuantitatif, dan desain penelitianya termasuk pra-eksperimen dengan kelompok tunggal. Peserta DJJ terdiri dari 80 orang guru yang berada dilingkungan kementerian agama provinsi jawa barat. Hasil analisis pada kegiatan belajar 1 rata-rata gender perempuan 83,32 lebih besar dari gender laki-laki 83,46, kegiatan belajar 2 rata-rata gender perempuan 82,10 lebih kecil dari gender laki-laki 82,08, kegiatan belajar 3 rata-rata gender perempuan 83,78 lebih besar dari gender laki-laki 83,56.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in understanding of google classroom as multimedia learning with the blended learning method. Utilizing google classroom can help with the collection of tasks, very efficient in terms of costs and users. The design used was a one-group pretest-posttest design, the sample was 30 subject mater teachers assigned to Madrasah Tsanawiyah at the Ministry of Religion in Tasikmalaya regency. The results of the pretest with an average value of 47 and posttest 76 on a scale of 100, while the normalized gain value is at the value of 0.53 with the medium category, it can be said there is an increase in understanding of google classroom in the substantive training of increasing multimedia competency. Keywords: google classroom, understanding, blended learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of the preparation of web-based teaching materials exelearning as a new curriculum, with a quantitative descriptive method. Web-based authoring application program known as eXe (the elearning xhtml editor) is an open source program developed and easy to use by people who do not understand html programming language though, this application can be opened through the application android mobile phone or leptop with internet protocol (IP) address or IP address without bandwidth. The new curriculum is expected to enrich the creative and interactive classroom learning, the research results obtained average score of competence test 47.27, the effectiveness percentage of 54.54% with high category, 18.18% with high enough category, and 27.30% low category.Key words : effectiveness, teaching material, exelearning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of tasks of analyzing graduate competency standards, core competencies, essential competencies, and learning outcomes in distance training of science teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah and training in the thematic learning work area of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used was a comparative method with a qualitative approach. The nature of the research used was the ex post facto model. The sample used was 68 active teachers who participated in the training, which was then divided into five groups. Learning by assignment can facilitate interaction, communication, and knowledge transfer with online and offline patterns. Assignments in education and training activities, either in online or offline learning, can improve the competence of training participants' knowledge, skills, and attitudes to a level higher than the learning outcomes before receiving training or pre-training materials. Providing assignments to analyze graduate competency standards and learning outcomes can stimulate training participants to do other assignments in the same training and improve learning outcomes. Several factors can affect learning outcomes in offline and online learning, including work culture, namely commitment to learning from trainees, achievement of learning objectives, training strategies, rewards, and supporting technology. (Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komparasi tugas analisis standar kompetensi lulusan, kompetensi inti, kompetensi dasar, dan capaian pembelajaran pada pelatihan jarak jauh guru IPA Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan pelatihan di wilayah kerja pembelajaran tematik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sifat penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model ex post facto. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 orang guru aktif mengikuti pelatihan yang terbagi ke dalam lima kelompok. Pembelajaran dengan penugasan baik itu pada pembelajaran online maupun offline dapat memfasilitasi interaksi, komunikasi dan transfers pengetahuan baik yang dilaksanakan dengan pola online maupun offline. Pemberian tugas dalam kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan baik itu online ataupun offline dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap peserta diklat setingkat lebih tinggi dari capaian pembelajaran sebelum mendapatkan materi pelatihan atau prapelatihan. Pemberian tugas analisis standar kompetensi lulusan dan capaian pembelajaran dapat menstimulasi peserta diklat dalam mengerjakan tugas-tugas mata pelatihan lainnya pada diklat yang sama dan meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi capaian pembelajaran, baik pada pembelajaran online maupun offline, diantaranya budaya kerja yakni komitmen untuk belajar dari peserta pelatihan, capaian tujuan pembelajaran, strategi pelatihan, pemberian reward, dan teknologi yang mendukung).
