Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analysis of public perception on the effectiveness of the existence of trans padang bus transportation. The population of this research is the people of Padang City who have used trans padang bus transportation services. Sampling in this study is conducted by accidental sampling method. Based on the results of the above calculations, the number of samples that will be used in this study is 96 respondents. The data collection method use in the study is using a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression consists of partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results show in partial test (t) that internal factor has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the existence of trans padang bus transportation. External factor has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the existence of trans padang bus transportation. Based on simultaneous test (F), internal and external factor simultaneously effect on the effectiveness of the existence of trans padang bus transportation. The results of coefficient of determination test (R2) show that value of r square is 0.828. This means that 82.8% of the effectiveness of the existence of trans padang bus transportation is influenced by internal and external factors. Of this amount, there is a remainder of 17.2% (100%-82.8%) influenced by other factors. As for what is meant by these other factors are factors that are not estimated or not taken into account in this study.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah serangkaian perilaku pekerja yang memberikan kontribusi, baik secara positif maupun negative Dalam era persaingan global, untuk bisa eksis produk yang dihasilkan diperlukan, Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, hal penting yang harus dilakukan yaitu mengetahui bagaimana kepribadian karyawan itu sendiri, salah satu aspeknya yaitu locus of control, sebab penggunaan tenaga kerja yang efektif dan terarah merupakan kunci dari peningkatan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Locus of control kinerja karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Padang. Dengan hasil penelitian Variabel Locus of kontrol baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank syariah mandiri Kc Padang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif explanatori. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode incidental. Sampling yang berjumlah 97 orang. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda.

Abstract

The Nagari-owned business entity is renamed Malay V Eastern Tribe. based on the results of interviews in the field, it indicates that this business entity has not been productive at all, no business has been carried out. existing capital does not yet function to grow the economy of the community, even though based on historical data there are many fields of business that can be fostered, because this livelihood is a productive livelihood, but this does not correlate with enthusiasm in managing this rural business entity, the results of our interviews with Walinagari It seems that people are confused and have not found entrepreneurial activities like what they will do to produce this Alumni Department. Based on the above phenomena, our team will provide training and counseling to the Eastern Tribal Kenagarian Malay V community to provide knowledge on how to create an entrepreneur, which we pack in topic "Tricks for giving birth to Entrepreneurship" After this activity was held, BUMNAG was active and started its activities. The purpose of this activity is to activate the existence of the Nagari business entity in kenagarian and provide entrepreneurial knowledge for its members in order to be able to manage the existence of a nagari-owned business entity that they already have. This activity will be followed by the community and the management of the Kenagarian V Alumni Association in East Malay, as many as 15 people.

Abstract

Final year students are in the age range of 20 to 25 years. These final year students often find conditions that are not pleasant for them because they are in preparation for writing a thesis which they feel is the most challenging and very complicated task. The struggle to compose a thesis is not as easy as working on a report from a particular course. Writing a thesis requires intention, motivation to learn, enthusiasm for learning, hard work, and requires support from the closest people such as family, friends, which in the end, if there is a collision without anyone accompanying it, will cause stress where stress is a condition or condition of a person feeling depressed because of a lot of stress. demands both from within and from outside the individual that must be met. The title of the thesis and the content of the discussion must be in sync or in accordance with the research results. The university strongly demands that students be creative and wise in compiling theses and assignments as an obligation for students sitting on the final level lecture bench. The purpose of this study is to analysis of student academic resilience, a study on coping stres and self-esteem. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 468 people. Based on the calculation of the formula, the minimum sample of the study amounted to 83 people. This research uses multiple linear regression model. The results showed that coping stress has a positive and significant effect on academic resilience. Self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on academic resilience.
