Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan salah satu agenda penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). Pembangunan di bidang kesehatan yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat Indonesia di masa depan adalah masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara yang ditandai oleh penduduknya hidup dalam lingkungan dan dengan perilaku yang sehat, memiliki kemampuan untuk menjangkau pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu secara adil dan merata serta memiliki derajat kesehatan yang setinggi-tingginya Angka harapan hidup adalah salah satu indikator derajat kesehatan yang digunakan sebagai salah satu dasar dalam prencanaan program kesehatan dan digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan penduduknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap angka harapan hidup di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtut waktu tahun 2010-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier regresi berganda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angka harapan hidup, fasilitas kesehatan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan harapan lama sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas kesehatan, variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan variabel harapan lama sekolah secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap angka harapan hidup di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal namun secara partial hanya variabel harapan lama sekolah, dan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap angka harapan hidup di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to look at the achievements of human development on Nias Island from its three constituent aspects namely health, education and income. Based on an analysis of the three aspects of the HDI compilers, the quality of human development on Nias Island during the period of 2014 to 2018 showed an increase. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques using secondary data. The results also show that there is still a disparity in human development between regions on Nias Island. The human development of Gunungsitoli City is better compared to other regions. This is influenced by regional factors, infrastructure, and easy access to reach aspects of life such as education facilities and health facilities. To further improve human quality and reduce disparities between regions, the Sumatera Utara Provincial Government needs to make policy programs especially in the aspects of Education and health aspects. Institutional strengthening and infrastructure development to support economic growth for fair and equitable welfare for all people on Nias Island.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is one indicator used to measure the achievement of the quality of life for human development. The achievements of human development in North Sumatra in 2019 are in the high category but inequality between regions is still found. Improving HDI achievements among regions in North Sumatra needs to be done as an implementation of sustainable human development goals by taking into account the supporting factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the factors that influence human development inequality in North Sumatra Province. This study is based on secondary data using cross-border data consisting of data on the percentage of poor population, open unemployment rates of economic growth by district and city in 2019. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that the variable percentage of poor population, open unemployment rate, and economic growth together influence inequality in human development. Partially the percentage of poor population and the level of open unemployment affect the inequality of human development while the variable of economic growth does not significantly influence.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the growth classification of the economic sector, analyze the shifts in the economic sector and identify the leading sectors in the District of Tapanuli Tengah, Province of Sumatera Utara for the determination of regional development priorities. The analytical tool used in this research were klassen typology (KT) analysis, loqation question (LQ) analysis and shift share (SS) analysis. The calculation of KT analysis show that the district of Tapanuli tengah was included the regional having potential for develop and growth economically in province of Sumatera Utara. the The results of the calculation of the LQ analysis show that sector of the agriculture, forestry and fisheries; electricity and gas procurement; water supply; waste management; waste and recycling and government administration, defense and compulsory social security; were the leading sectors in Tapanuli Tengah. Furthermore, the results of the SS analysis show the sector of mining and quarrying; electricity and gas procurement; water supply; waste management, waste and recycling; construction; wholesale and retail trade in car and motorcycle repair; transportation and warehousing; provision of accommodation and drinking; financial services and insurance; government administration, defense and social security must have high competitiveness and have the potential to progress and grow that can increase the economic growth of Tapanuli Tengah.
