Abstract

Mulan is an ancient Chinese heroine. The story shows that she is the same as other women, having personal life, but also has a heart that loves her country and her parents. She always thinks about her family, society, dan country. This article was based on library research, using Mulan poem dan a folklore entitled Mulan Pergi Berperang as media to analyze Mulan’s image. It can be said that eventhough at that time there was no gender perspective concept, Mulan had been able  to replace her father to go to war. She gave a lot of contributions for her country, society, and family. Analysis represents that Mulan has three images, as a heroine, as a daughter for her family, and self-image or leader for the women. Having good character and spirit to love country, people, and family make her equal to men. And, it makes her respected by people in each generation.

Abstract

Customer relationship management dapat dijadikan alat oleh perusahaan dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya agar mendapat perhatian dari customer dan pasar. Paper ini disusun berdasarkan penelitian yang menggambarkan hubungan bisnis dan pengaruh pelanggan terhadap perusahaan, serta bagaimana sebuah customer relationship management dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meraih pangsa pasar. Data dan informasi dalam studi ini didapatkan dari studi pustaka yang mengacu pada buku referensi dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan topik yang ada. Paper ini memberi pengetahuan tentang pencapaian tujuan perusahaan yang didukung penerapan customer relationship management.

Abstract

Scam investment phenomena raises in Indonesian people in recent years, includes in Gorontalo. This shows that level of understanding and knowledge of the people about financial investment product is still low. Therefore, this research aims to measure to what extent level of financial literacy of people in Gorontalo City. This research was conducted by considering the importance of financial literacy as factors that determines mostly economic growth thus it is an agenda campaigned by Bank of Indonesia and Financial Service Authority (OJK). This research aims to investigate level of financial literacy of Gorontalo City people based on factors of demography, social and economic. In addition, it also aims to obtain applicable model and strategy of approach in terms of improving level of financial literacy of the people. This is a descriptive quantitative research. Then, it applies descriptive and crosstab analysis. Research finding reveals that level of financial literacy of Gorontalo City people is good. For conventional product, it is categorized very good while for non-conventional product, level of financial literacy of people in Gorontalo Province is very low. Therefore, more intense socialization and education are needed by mean of minimizing potency of scam investment.Keywords: financial literacy, investment, financial

Abstract

Coffee is a drink that is preferred among the people. Coffee is a type of beverage that comes from the processing and extraction of coffee beans. Coffee comes from Arabic qahwah which means strength. Coffee can be said as a drink that provides energy. At this time there was a booming coffee shop business. These days the emergence of various types of coffee shops that sell various types of coffee drinks are supported by the interior and various unique concepts that can not be separated from people’s lives. This has led to consumptive behavior that mainly occurs among young people so they are happy to be in a coffee shop. This study aims to explain and find out whether there is an influence of lifestyle on a person’s purchasing decisions in the Coffee Memories of Gandaria City, especially among young people. The independent variables used in this study are Activity, Interest and Opinion. Sample population used in this study are visitors or consumers who are or have made purchases of Kengangan Gandaria City Coffee as many as 100 people. This research uses descriptive method. Based on the results of the determination test shows the number of 0.700 so it can be concluded that purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by lifestyle. This shows that the occurrence of consumptive lifestyles that affect a person in making purchase decisions. Lifestyle variables on opinion indicators provide the most powerful influence compared to other indicators. Keywords: lifestyle, buyer decision, coffe shop, food and beverage product

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan E-Banking dengan menggunakan indikator Internet Banking dan SMS Banking terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Hal ini sejalan dengan kondisi keuangan perbankan dari beberapa perusahaan yang telah mengalami penurunan selama 5 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Sektor Perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2015-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan E-banking (Internet Banking dan SMS Banking) terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja keuangan ( profitabilitas ) atau berpengaruh positif terhadap ROEC (Return On Equity Capital ) dari perusahaan perbankan meskipun tidak signifikan. Koefisien regresi menunjukkan hasil positif dengan nilai 0,536 atau 20,1%. Kata Kunci : kinerja keuangan, e-banking, profitabilitas

Abstract

This research aimed to look at the link between Bajo fishers' income and food security during the Covid-19 period in West Muna Regency. The study was carried out in Latawe Village, West Muna Regency. Because the community is a seaside village with many Bajo residents who primarily work as a fisherman, the study area was chosen with care. There were 64 families in this study's sample. The quantitative descriptive approaches were used to examine the data in this research. The illustrated method tries to assess the Bajo community's home food security. Measurement of income using income analysis and the share of food expenditure. The results of the study found that during the Covid-19 pandemic, there were fisherman Bajo who have more income small and more significant from MSE with category vulnerable food nor stand food and based on results analysis Chi-Square is known that there is the relationship between income with the household food security of Bajo fishers in West Muna Regency for the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. The expected role, as well as government, facilitate marketing results catch fisherman Bajo During Covid-19 pandemic period for guard income fisherman bajo following the MSE in force in the district West Muna
