Abstract

This research is conducted among Islamic non-governmental organizations;those are Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. This research aims todetermine the perception (X1), preference (X2), and attitude (X3) of Islamicmass organizations or non-governmental organizations in Indonesia towardIslamic Banking and their decision (Y) of using the products of IslamicBanking or Islamic Financial Institutions. We took Branch Board of NahdlatulUlama (PCNU) and the Regional Committee of Muhammadiyyah (PDM)Salatiga as population. The sample in this research is 33 respondents. Thetechniques used are multiple regression analysis and independent sample ttest.Regression result shows that the preference variables have positive  and significant effect on customer’s decision variables. While the perceptionand preference variables do not have a positive and significant effect on thedecision in becoming customer. And the adjusted R square or determinationcoefficient valued 0.690, which means that 69.0% of dependent variable(Y) is affected by the independent variable (X), while 31% dependent variable(Y) is influenced by other variables outside the equation. And the last, independent sample t-test shows that there is no significant differencebetween PCNU and PDM Salatiga in their perception, preference, attitudeand decision toward Islamic Banking

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of policies for the development of public reading gardens in Purwakarta Regency and to identify the driving and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the community reading garden development policy. In addition, this research will also formulate a model for implementing policies for the development of reading gardens. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The sample in this study is located in Purwakarta Regency. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the TBM development policy in Purwakarta Regency has not been effective, the community has not made reading parks as a vehicle for education because of the lack of reading material collections that do not meet the information needs of the community. In addition, seen from the resource factor, the quality of human resources is not adequate. This is supported by budget constraints. The interest in primary needs makes people less concerned about literacy culture. So that in order to create regulatory harmonization with partners carried out by the Office of Archives and Libraries (Disipusda) of Purwakarta Regency, it is necessary to integrate policies for the implementation of non-formal education services through the formulation of new Regional Regulations (updating) which cover resource management including the division of roles between stakeholders.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on a big question of what kind of social entrepreneurship could increase the condition of familiy to alleviate poverty. In this study, we take four variables that can improve the relationship of social entrepreneurship and family poverty alleviation, these are Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh (ZIS) for business purposes, financial literacy, social facilitation and frugal social innovation. The last variable is a new variable that has never existed before. Researchers synthesized these variables from two different variables, namely Social Innovation and Frugal Innovation.The method used in this study is Mixed Research with an Explanatory Sequential Design approach, which combines quantitative data analysis and then confirmed the results through in-depth interviews. This study took a sample of 195 Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Semarang Regency. One of the results taken into account in this study is that social entrepreneurship coupled with good financial knowledge can increase the condition of familiy to alleviate poverty optimally or significantly. Meanwhile, from the partial analysis, it is shown that the variables of social entrepreneurship, financial literacy and frugal social innovation and social assistanceship have a positive and significant effect on poverty alleviation.
