Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan pada guru tentang cara stimulasi kreativitas anak sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen dan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Majapahit adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menstimulasi kreativitas anak pra sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita dan KB Darul Huda Desa Gayaman. Upaya diklat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi serta focus grup discussion (FGD) untuk menyusun modul penerapan terapi musik dalam stimulasi kreativitas anak. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama 1 minggu tersebut mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman guru tentang cara stimulasi menggunakan terapi musik klasik mozart dan tersusun modul pembelajaran. Diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik yang dibina oleh sekolah dan meningkatkan prestasi KB Darul Huda dan TK Dharma Wanita Desa Gayaman. The education and training activities for teachers about children's creativity stimulation as one of community service conducted by the Lecturer and student Team of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Majapahit aimed to improve the ability of teachers to stimulate pre-school children's creativity in Dharma Wanita Kindergarden and Darul Huda Playgroup on Desa Gayaman. The education and training efforts are carried out using lecture and demonstration methods as well as focus group discussions (FGD) to develop modules for the application of music therapy in stimulating children's creativity. The activity carried out for 1 week was able to improve the ability of teachers' understanding of how to stimulate using classical music therapy mozart and structured learning modules. It is expected that this activity can improve the quality of students fostered by schools and improve the achievements of KB Darul Huda and TK Dharma Wanita Gayaman Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work shifts and workload with the level of work stress among Gerokgak Health Center health workers. The method used is quantitative analysis through a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that work shifts and work stress levels obtained values (p=0.000 and r=0.846), and workload and work stress levels obtained values (p=0.000 and r=0.777). In conclusion, work shifts and workload have a significant positive relationship and influence on work stress levels. Keywords: Workload, Work Shift, Work Stress Level

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service on Inpatient Satisfaction during the Post Pandemic COVID-19 in the Arjuna Room of Kerta Usada Hospital. This research method is an analytical survey with an explanatory approach. The results showed that all independent variables of service quality, which included Reliability (X1=0.283), Responsiveness (X2=0.292), Assurance (X3=0.450), Empathy (X4=0.407), and Tangibles (X5=0.282) were significantly related to satisfaction inpatients. In conclusion, it shows that assurance has the most significant influence on patient satisfaction. Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Service Quality, Post Pandemic
