Abstract

Latar Bekakang : Estimasi jumlah anak balita di Indonesia adalah 23,7 juta atau sekitar 10% dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia, dari jumlah balita tersebut diperkirakan sekitar 4,5-6,7 juta mengalami masalah tumbuh kembang. Menilai perkembangan bayi sampai balita menggunakan instrumen khusus, salah satunya yang digunakan di Indonesia adalah Skrining Deteksi Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK). Deteksi ini dipantau melalui Kuesioner Pra-Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP). Penelitian Nugrahaningtyas (2020) membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan orang tua dengan pelaksanaan stimulasi perkembangan anak pra sekolah usia 2 tahun, hal ini berarti bahwa tingkat pengetahuan orang tua yang baik tentang stimulasi dini mempengaruhi pemberian stimulasi terhadap perkembangan anak sehingga anak mencapai perkembangan optimal sesuai usianya. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dan dukungan suami terhadap penilaian KPSP anak 3-72 bulan di Praktek Mandiri Bidan E Serpong. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah sebagian ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 3-72 bulan dan berada di wilayah PMB E Serpong tahun 2021. Hasil : Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan Ibu dan dukungan suami dengan penilaian KPSP diperoleh nilai pvalue < 0,05. Kesimpulan : kesimpulan penelitian yaitu ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan Ibu dan dukungan suami dengan penilaian KPSP anak 3-72 bulan di PMB E Serpong tahun 2021. Saran: pentingnya bagi tenaga kesehatan dan orangtua untuk melakukan deteksi tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence ofParticipatory Learning and Action (PLA) against the numberof Malaria disease cases in pregnant women in district of HiriIsland, Ternate City. This research uses qualitative research ofphenomenology approach. The data is obtained byinterviewing of informants, and then analyzed by usingthematic analysis.Results show that the public participation in combating thespread of malaria mosquitoes by cleaning and hoardingpuddles and other sources can reduce the spread of diseasecases of malaria in pregnant women in District of Hiri Island,where in previously, there were 18 people and decreased by 5people.

Abstract

Adolescent girls as prospective mothers have the risk of pregnancy and childbirth and are exposed to other health problems that have an impact on mental health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Pandemic conditions have limited access for adolescents to health services and information, including health education. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of educational videos on the level of knowledge and attitudes of young women about readiness to become healthy mothers-to-be. Methods: This study uses quantitative research, the type of research is quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test control group design, in this study using two groups. non parametric test that is Wilcoxon test. The test used was non-parametric for the two groups that were not paired, namely the Mann Whitney test. Results: there was a significant difference in the mean score of knowledge (p = 0.00001 ) and attitude (p = 0.0001) of young women in the post test - pre test measurement between treatment group and control group. There is a higher score difference for the knowledge and attitudes of young women who are given intensive counseling using educational videos in readiness to become healthy mothers-to-be. Conclusion: the knowledge and attitude scores of young women intensively using educational videos on readiness to become healthy mothers for young women were significantly higher than those who were not given intensive counseling.
