Abstract

This research intends to create a letter and number recognition application for kindergarten with a realistic approach using Android. The outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic has resulted online learning from the level of kindergarten to college students. The research method used was RnD (Research and Development) using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) approach. This research has come to the stage of limited trial. The result of this research was the analysis stage, in which the researcher conducted a needs analysis at the research location, kindergartens in Jakarta. The design stage where the researcher created a design of the application and what buttons were needed in the screen display. The development stage where the researcher created an application that was ready to be tested in a simple and limited way to be able to see the inputs, advantages and disadvantages in the application. The next stage was an evaluation by creating improvements based on apkar input and the results of limited trials carried out at the implementation stage

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan Penelitian adalah membuat administrasi sekolah yang terkomputerisasi dengan sistem aplikasi khusus sehingga memberikan informasi yang efektif dan efisien dan dapat memudahkan pembuatan laporan secara cepat dan tepat serta memperkecil tinggal kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Dalam pembuatan Sistem Aplikasi Administrasi Keuangan SMA Teladan 1 Jakarta ini, metode yang digunakan adalah Diagram Alir Data (DAD) dengan aplikasi Netbeans 8.2 dan database MySQL menggunakan XAMPP. model yang digunakan adalah waterfall dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini melalui observasi, wawancara serta studi kepustakaan online untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebi akurat dan lengkap. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pembuatan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan tugas dari bendahara sekolah dalam pengolahan data-data dan  proses pembuatan laporan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Aplikasi, Administrasi Siswa, Java Netbeans Abstract - The research objective is to create a computerized school administration with a special application system so as to provide effective and efficient information and can facilitate the preparation of reports quickly and accurately and minimize errors that may occur. In making the Financial Administration Application System for SMA Teladan 1 Jakarta, the method used is Data Flow Diagram (DAD) with Netbeans 8.2 application and MySQL database using XAMPP. the model used is a waterfall and data collection in the preparation of this thesis through observation, interviews and online literature studies to obtain accurate and complete information. So that it can guarantee the making of this application aims to facilitate the task of the school treasurer in processing data and the process of making reports.Keywords: Application System, Student Administration, Java Netbeans
