Abstract

This study aims to model Crude Birth Rates (CBR) in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The nonparametric regression method was used in this research by considering data distribution patterns that do not show a linear relationship between variables. In this case, the kernel nonparametric regression using the Gaussian function and the Nadaraya-Watson estimator. The results showed optimal bandwidths of 0.55542837, 1.29042927, 0.94706041, and 0.92278896 with a value of minimum Generalized Cross-Validation (GCV) of 0.000000000432613511, which was minimized by the simulated annealing algorithm. The resulting model's accuracy can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 99.23% and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.007049%.

Abstract

Dinamika kelompok merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penguatan dan pengembangan suatu kelompok tani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis karakteristik anggota kelompok tani di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok; 2) Menganalisis dinamika kelompok pada kelompok tani di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok; 3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dinamika kelompok pada kelompok tani di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling yang berjumlah 53 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Skala Guttman, uji F (simultan), uji t (parsial) dan koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik anggota kelompok tani di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti di dominasi oleh laki-laki, berada pada usia 36 – 41 tahun, dengan tingkat pendidikan SMA, dengan jumlah anggota keluarga 3 - 4 orang, memiliki luas lahan 0,93 – 1,13 Ha, dengan status kepemilikan milik sendiri, dengan lama berusahatani 15 – 20 dan lama tergabung dalam kelompok paling banyak 7 – 9 tahun. Dinamika kelompok pada kelompok tani di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti berada pada kategori cukup dinamis 74,81 %. Faktor-faktor yan g mempengaruhi Kelompok tani di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan luas lahan. Group dynamics is something that needs to be considered in strengthening and developing a farmer group. This study aims to 1) Analyze the characteristics of farmer group members in Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency; 2) Analyzing group dynamics in farmer groups in Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency; 3) Analyzing the factors that influence group dynamics in farmer groups in Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The technique of determining the sample in this study used Propionate Stratified Random Sampling, amounting to 53 respondents. The data analysis method used is the Guttman scale, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the characteristics of farmer group members in Lembah Gumanti Subdistrict were dominated by men, aged 36-41 years, with high school education level, with 3-4 family members, having a land area of ​​0.93-1, 13 Ha, with self-owned ownership status, with 15-20 years of farming and 7-9 years in the group at most. Group dynamics in farmer groups in Lembah Gumanti Sub-district are in the fairly dynamic category of 74.81 %. Factors that affect farmer groups in Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency, are significantly influenced by education and land area.

Abstract

Plankton as a basic component in the structure of life in the waters, spesifically as water producers can be used as one of the parameters in monitoring the quality of the aquatic environment. The existence of aquatic tourism activities and quantitative and qualitative plankton can be used to determine the fertility of a waters, by measuring the abundance and distribution of plankton found at each depth. The research station is divided into three sites, site A is the source of the entry and exit of sea water, site B is in the middle of the lake, and site C is located close to the freshwater spring. Based on the results of research in the waters of Danau Dua Rasa Labuan Cermin, 8 classes of plankton were obtained with 24 species, there are the Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Chrysophyceae, Dinophyceae, Mastigophora, Crustacea classes. Sarcodina and Rotatoria. The Danau Dua Rasa Labuan Cermin are included in the Mesotrophic waters group. Because the abundance value reaches 9,513 ind/L, in other words, Labuan Cermin waters have a moderate fertility level that can support the breeding and survival of aquatic organism and the continuity of a good photosynthesis process.
