Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not of the learning facilities on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the accdemic year 2012/2013 (Y); (2) whether or not of the learning motivation on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y); and (3) whether or not the simultaneusly effect of the effect learning facilities and the learning motivation on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y) as many as 72 students. The samples of the research consisted of 44 students or 60% of the total number of students in class X of the school. They were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation and were then analyzed by using the multiple linear regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant of the learning facilities (X1) on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y); (2) there is a significant of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y); and (3) there is a simutaneusly significant of the learning facilities (X1) and that of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y). The relative contribution of the learning facilities (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 21.73%, and that of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 78.27%. The effective contribution of the learning facilities (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 1693%, and that of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 60,97%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is focused on the option of either Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah or Lajnah Bahsul Masaail Nahdatul Ulama about Women Freedom, taken from the book of collected-tarjih verdicts, ajkamul Fuqoha? and others. It is to describe clearly Fiqh or Islamic jurisprudence related  to Women freedom according to the both from similar and different sides, four opinion of imam madzhab, correct reasons and responses to different opinions. This is a descriptive qualitative literature research using the comparison method.The findings showed that Majelis tarjih (mubah)  permits women to wear veils and to be leaders, and tawaqquf in the matter of travelling without mahram, obliged to limit the validity of talaq in court. As well as forbidden to marry a scribe. Meanwhile, Bahsul Masaail Lajnah stated that it is obligatory to wear the veil according to mu?tamad, permit the women as leaders, traveling without mahram and legitimated divorce out of court and forbidden to marry a scribe. Tarjih councils agreed with Lajnah bahsul masail in three issues but different from two. Lajnah bahsul masaail had different choices with four madzab in four issues, but the same as one issue. In the mean time, Lajnah bahsul masaail had similar choices with four madzab in two issues, but agreed with madzab syafi?I and hanbali on one issue.The reasons of different of opinions are the differences to understand text of proposition , the application of Islamic jurisprudence based on time and place, maslahah mursalah, saddu dzari?ah, and maqashid asy-shari?ah. The right attitude to face differences are that it is ijtihadiyah problem which should not be the causes of dissension, fanatics, and denial since all agreed that the women freedom is muthlaq, but limited to sharia requirements so that they have different opinions in the application of the shari?.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada pilihan Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah dan Lajnah Bahsul Masaail Nahdlatul Ulama dalam masalah kebebasan wanita. Yang diambil dari kitab himpunan putusan tarjih, ahkamul Fuqoha? dan selainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang masalah fiqih yang berkaitan dengan kebebasan wanita menurut keduanya, sisi persamaan dan perbedaannya, pendapat empat imam madzhab, sebab dan sikap yang benar dalam perbedaan pendapat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan..Temuan-temuan dalam masalah ini adalah bahwa majelis tarjih berpendapat mubah dalam masalah memakai cadar, menjadikan wanita sebagai pemimpin, dan tawaqquf dalam masalah bepergian tanpa mahram dengan kecenderungan boleh, dan wajibnya membatasi sahnya talaq di pengadilan, dan haramnya menikah dengan ahli kitab. Sedangkan lajnah bahsul masail berpendapat wajibnya memakai cadar menurut pendapat yang mu?tamad, mubah dalam masalah menjadikan wanita sebagai pemimpin, bepergian tanpa mahram, dan berpendapat sahnya perceraian di luar pengadilan, dan haramnya menikah dengan ahli kitab. Majelis tarjih sependapat dengan lajnah bahsul masail dalam tiga masalah dan berbedapendapat pada duamasalah.Pilihan majelis tarjih tidak sependapat dengan empat madzhab dalam empat masalah, dan sependapat dalam satu masalah. Sedangkan pilihan lajnah bahsul masail sependapat dengan empat madzhab dalam dua masalah dan tidak sependapat dalam dua masalah, dan sependapat dengan madzhab madzhab syafi?i dan hanbali pada satu masalah.Adapun sebab perbedaan pendapat dalam masalah tersebut adalah perbedaan dalam memahami teks dalil, penerapan kaidah fiqih perubahan hukum sesuai dengan perubahan waktu dan tempat, maslahah mursalah, saddu dzari?ah, dan maqashid asy-syari?ah. Dan sikap yang benar dalam perbedaan pendapat tersebut adalah bahwasanya itu termasuk masalah ijtihadiyah yang tidak sepantasnya menjadi sebab perpecahan, fanatik, dan pengingkaran, karena semua sepakat bahwa kebebasan wanita dalam islam tidaklah bersifat muthlaq, akan tetapi dibatasi rambu-rambu syari?at.
