Abstract

The speread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a non-natural national disaster requires handling policies and extraordinary steps both at the central and regional levels including the need to postpone the implementation stages of the election for gove rnors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, as well as mayors and deputies Concurrent mayor in 2020. The implementation of regional head elections has the aim that the election for governors and deputy mayors can continue in a democratic and quality manner and to maintain domestic political stability, on the orther hand health is maintained by strict health protocol at everystage of selection. The impact of the non-natural disaster pandemic Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) wich occurred several moths ago resulted in the simultaneous Regional Head Election which was originally scheduled for September 2020 to be postponed to December 2020 in accordance with the issuance of a Government Regulation in Lieu Of Law Number 2 of 2020 wich is technically made by the General Election Commissions. General Election Commissions Regulation Number 6 of 2020.T he research method uses the normative legal writing method and aims to provide on explanarion regarding the contitusional law perspective on the implementati on of simultaneous regional head election in the mudst of a non-natural disaster pandemic Corona virus Deisease (Covid-19). The research results are expected to contribute to scientific development in the field of law. Abstract

The understanding of the Indonesian people towards the understanding of waqf that cannot be separated from historical factors, people have adhered to it from ancient times until now. Waqf management institutions are very influential on the development of waqf in this nation in the history of Islamic civilization. Various waqf institutions have carried out waqf management for the community in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. 41 of 2004 provides public confidence in waqf and provides public space so that they understand about waqf, especially term waqf according to Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning the implementation of waqf management. futures in Indonesia and its implementation which is also regulated in Government Regulation no. 42 of 2006. This term waqf is a manifestation of the development of the welfare of the people. The potential for developing waqf assets is very large, if managed productively, it can be a solution to welfare.

Abstract

Wawasan kebangsaan merupakan salah satu ilmu yang wajib dipupuk dan di tanamkan dalam diri remaja, terutama kalangan pelajar, mulai dari lingkup pelajar Menengah Pertama maupun Menengah Atas. Saat ini sumber penanaman wawasan kebangsaan dalam lingkup pelajar umumnya hanya bersumber dari mata pelajaran PPKn, namun hakikatnya instansi pendidikan harus menanamkan nilai nilai wawasan kebangsaan dalam sebuah peraturan sekolah. Dengan ini maka perlu diadakan penelitian guna mengetahui seberapa jauh tingkat pemahaman pelajar tentang wawasan kebangsaan dan implementasinya dalam aturan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner yang ditujukan pada pelajar menegah pertama dan menengah atas. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui konsepsi tingkat pemahaman pelajar cukup baik untuk memahami wawasan kebangsaan dengan menyertakan contoh implementasi di lingkup sekolah. Media yang digunakan pelajar mayoritas mendapatkan pemahaman wawasan kebangsaan melalui pelajaran PPKn di sekolah, tetapi ada juga yang melalui media lain seperti belajar otodidak, kehidupan sehari-hari, mempelajari sejarah bangsa, dan media informasi digital. Pelajar memahami penerapan wawasan kebangsaan yang berdamping dengan kewajiban pelajar dengan mengikuti kegiatan wajib di sekolah. Pelajar paham bagaimana cara implementasi wawasan kebangsaan dengan sikap nasionalisme.
