Abstract

The problems of this research come from many aspects; one of them is from human resources, it is about managerial system, discipline, responsibility, quality, motivation, and spirit to work. This research is aimed to know the level of satisfaction, performance, and loyalty of the lecturers and educators. It is also to examine the effectiveness of organizing the human resources satisfaction to the performance and loyalty in IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Quantitative research has been done in this research in the type of correlational by giving questionnaires as the instrument which is given to 74 sample of this research. The data have been analysed by using simple regression. Then, the data shown that the range of satisfaction to the human sources management is about 52.70% with mean score of the satisfaction is 52.7973, it is in the level of enough or medium. The range of performance is also in the level enough or medium, it is for 81.08% or in mean score is 78.9865; meanwhile the loyalty is on the high category, it is for 83.78% with the mean score is 76.06135. To test the hypothesis, it is done by using simple regression. The result of the regression from the first hypothesis is 0.291, and hypothesis is accepted. It means that the satisfaction of human resources management has positive effects to the lecturer’s and educators’ performance. Then, the second hypothesis is also accepted, because the coefficient correlation between the satisfaction of human resources management and the lecturers’ and educators’ loyalty is 0.282. Both hypothesis in this research are accepted based on the result of regression

Abstract

Studying Arabic language has aim for evolving reading ability in Arabic literature, and evolving skill in speaking Arabic. In developing reading ability and translate Arabic language is needed a good and appropriate methods in studying, one of them is grammatical-translate (Qawa’id wa-Tarjamah), it means that, ability of hanwu knowledge is trusted as absolute condition as a tool for understanding text or word in classic Arabic that is not have line, and another sigh. Moreover, Arabic language viewed as a tool of communication in modern life, so that, the point of studying Arabic is ability for using language with active, and capable for comprehending utterance or expression in Arabic language. For shaping this ability can use Audio-Lingua Method.

Abstract

Learning Islamic education (PAI) is not only based on religious knowledge oriented, but also emphasized to the aspects of attitudes, values and skills/practice of religion. However, in practice in the classroom, teachers less developed all these aspects, meanwhile the students as subjects who have learning process experienced has a variety of intelligences that can be developed. In PAI learning, multiple intelligences is a grouping of capabilities in someone in order to function more optimally. For that is expected to each PAI teachers to develop teaching methods by taking various strategic measures for the purpose of learning can be achieved optimally

Abstract

Basically everyone agrees that women and men are different. Women and men in the household are generally subject to the division of labor. This division of labor led to the development of limited social roles for both sexes and the creation of power differences in some respects that were more favorable to men. This role is seen in poor families in Padang Bolak Tenggara District. Thus, research was carried out to find out more about the role of women in supporting the economy of poor households in farming families in the District of Padang Bolak Tenggara, the profile of women (farmer's wives) who worked, the time spent required by farmers' wives, and what gender issues arose due to the involvement of the farmer's wife in supporting the family's economy. This paper is a gender perspective. The essence of gender perspective research is a study that clearly seeks to express women's experiences and gender relations according to a central issue that needs attention. Data collection methods using observation and interviews. In conducting data processing and analysis, researchers use Harvard analysis techniques. This technique is often referred to as Gender Framework Analysis (GFA), which is an analysis used to look at the gender profile of a social group and the role of gender in development. Based on observations in the District of Padang Bolak Tenggara of the farming family, it is known that the farmer's wife is very involved in helping the family economy. The profile of women (farmers' wives) in the District of Padang Bolak Tenggara can be seen from the average age of 40-50 years, 65% have a junior high school education background, only 3 people who have makeup/salon and sewing skills, besides farming. The intensity of time spent by women (farmer's wives) working outside is quite high at around 8-10 hours per day. This still does not include homework, i.e. doing homework and caring for children. This makes the workload and working time span of farmer's wives much longer than men. Thus, the gender issue that arises is injustice in the division of labor.

Abstract

The plunge of women in the world of work creates new problems, where working-women escpecially housewives will be time-consuming for the family, this creates problems with family harmony. On the basis of the above problems, this study wants to know how to empower women, why women want to work, is not a problem for the harmony of their family. This research was carried out in the Padangmatinggi Lestari village with a qualitative approach. The instruments used were observation sheets and interviews, where the subjects used as informants were mothers who worked as teachers, midwives and employees. Then analyze it using longwe analysis. Based on the data obtained it can be concluded that the empowerment of career women seen from welfare has been able to improve family welfare, but its awareness of gender roles and access is still limited as well as its power in making decisions still dominated by men (husbands). This is in line with the motivating factors for women to work, generally to improve the family economy, not because of awareness of their rights as women. Based on the criteria included in the theoretical study and the results of interviews with informants, it can be said that the families of career women in the Padangmatinggi Lestari village are categorized as prosperous families
