Abstract

Melihat dari fenomena lapangan yang menunjukan bahwa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar guru masih menggunakan cara atau metode yang membosankan dan monoton. Maka dengan menggunakan media tiga dimensi yang berupa buah apel dapat memberikan pemahaman siswa terhadap bilangan pecahan sederhana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep bilangan pecahan berbantuan media tiga dimensi. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini merupakan siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas 3 SDN Keputih 245 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik pengolahan data diperoleh menggunakan analisis data secara prosentasi. Hasil penelitian dari siklus I dengan rerata 37,5 sampai siklus II dengan rerata 77,5 menunjukan adanya peningkatan penguasaan konsep bilangan pecahan siswa tunagrahita ringan berbantuan media tiga dimensi yaitu dengan kenaikan dari rerata siklus Imeningkat sebesar 40% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa penguasaan konsep bilangan pecahansiswa kelas 3 tunagrahita ringan berbantuan media tiga dimensi di SDN Keputih 245 Inklusif Surabaya mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 40%. Kata kunci : media tiga dimensi, anak tunagrahita ringan, penguasaan konsep pecahan Viewing from the field phenomenon that shows that in teaching and learning activities teachers still use the method or method is boring and monotonous. So by using three-dimensional media in the form of apples can provide students with understanding of simple fractions. This study aims to examine the increasing understanding of the concept of fractions with the help of three dimensional media. The design of this study is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this study were mild mentally disabled students grade 3 grade SDN Keputih 245 Surabaya. Technique of collecting data by using test and observation. Data processing techniques obtained using data analysis in percentage. The result of the research from cycle I with average 37.5 to cycle II with average 77.5 shows the improvement of the concept of fractional numbers of mild mentally disabled studentstunagrahita with three dimensional media, with the increase from cycle I increased to 40% in cycle II. The conclusion of the research that the mastery of the concept of fraction of grade 3 of mild mentally disabled students assisted by three dimensional media in SDN Keputih 245 Inclusive Surabaya experienced a significant increase of 40%. Abstract

Five bags of different packaging materials were used to pack tapioca starch. The packages were then stored for six months. Proximate composition and physical characteristics of the starch were analysed monthly. It was found that packing in either polyethylene bag or polyethylene bag covered with polypropylene bag gave better quality starch than packing in either gunny or polypropylene bags.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem about job stress it seems becomes an interesting perspective together with the increase of the more and more complex challenge and competition. This research aims to evaluate the influence of the organizational and individual stressor to the job stress and also the effect to the job satisfaction and performance. To test the research hypothesis’ , 140  employees of PT. Adira Finance Bangkong Semarang Branch Office was asked to answer questionnaires about their perceptions of the organizational stressor, individual stressor, job stress, job satisfaction, and performance. The data acquired was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this analysis, known that the Structural Equation Model has fulfilled the Goodness of Fix Index criteria: chi square = 162.200, probability = 0.522, RMSEA = 0.055, GFI = 0.950,  AGFI = 0.912, TLI  = 0.967, CFI  = 0.977. The  hypothesis testing shows that organizational stressor have an effect on the job stress, individual stressor have an effect on the job stress, the job stress have an effect on the job satisfaction, and the job stress have an effect on the performance. Based on the results, managerial implication suggest that the job satisfaction and performance can be improved by manage the job stress which is done by the company through stress management and by individual through counseling.
