Describes nursing care performed in Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patients with hypervolemia. Method: This study uses data analysis method that is conducting the nursing process of two patients Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) who suffered from Hypervolemia disorder and then compared with case study journal as well as other sources. Result: After nursing action in both patients the Hipervolemia problem is equally partially resolved by fluid restriction nursing interventions, and the administration of diuretics. Widespread pleural effusions will cause shortness of breath that affects the fulfillment of oxygen demand, so that nursing interventions can be arranged one of them is to set the semifowler position and collaborate in the giving of O2. The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture and experience in providing nursing care significantly for patients with pleural effusion with respiratory disorders. Method: This study uses data analysis method that is comparing the results obtained from two patients with pleural effusions who experienced ineffective breathing disorder and then compared with case study journal or other sources. Result: Based on the results of interviews and observations concluded that with the same diagnosis and performed the same implementation there are differences in outcomes in the intervention group with the control group. Conclusion: Forward in this study is the need to pay attention to accuracy in conducting assessments to maximize data in determining the priority problems that occur in patients and interventions based ONEC (Observation, Nursing Treatment, Education, Collaboration).

Result: Based on interview and observation it is concluded that with the same nursing diagnoses and implementation there are differences in outcomes and responses between the intervention group and the control group. Suggestion: Suggestions put forward in this study is the need to pay attention to accuracy in conducting assessment to maximize data to determine the priority problems that occur in patients and interventions based ONEC (Observation, Nursing Treatment, Education, Collaboration).

They were chosen not randomized by distributing a survey invitation via WhatsApp group with the background of the general public, and health cadres. We waited until the response received reached the targeted number of respondents. The data were collected using Google Forms, and were analyzed by using a descriptive method (percentage, P-value, and odds ratio) by SPSS statistical software version 25. Results: The readiness in facing the pandemic fell into two categories: the high readiness level (77.1%) and the low readiness level (22.9%). Gender and age do not affect the level of readiness, while the level of education and employment status influenced the level of readiness. Conclusions: The majority of Indonesians have high readiness level. Public participation can decrease COVID-19 transmission rate.
