Abstract

Penelitian analisis kesesuaian lahan untuk perumahan menggunakan sistem informasi geografis di Kabupaten Garut ini, merupakan penelitian untuk mengkaji diwilayah kecamatan mana saja yang sesuai untuk dijadikan  lahan perumahan. Dengan hasil ini supaya terbentuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dimana dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masa sekarang tanpa membahayakan kemampuan generasi mendatang untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dengan menggunakan ketujuh tema dalam analisis fisik lingkungan ini diantaranya tema drainase, tema erosi, tema kemiringan/lereng, tema banjir, tema kedalaman efektif tanah, tema tekstur tanah, tema batuan kerikil ditambah tema administrasi supaya mempermudah dalam analisis sampai tingkat kecamatan. Penggunaan Software ArcView GIS 3.3 dalam analisis kesesuaian lahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan melakukan analisis spasial  yang menghasilkan luasan wilayah kesesuaian 35,560% dari luas wilayah Kabupaten Garut berada diwilayah yang baik, 32,827% berada pada wilayah sedang, dan 31,613% berada pada wilayah buruk untuk perumahan. Faktor kendala terbesar pada kawasan baik adalah drainase, kendala terbesar pada kawasan sedang selain erosi juga kemiringan lahan. Dimana kawasan hutan lindung termasuk pada wilayah sedang. Kata kunci: Garut, SIG, Luasan sesuai untuk perumahan.

Abstract

The main objectives in the geographic information system applications for zoning of forest areas based on the ministries of forestry and land capability is to determine the broad allocation of forest land in Bandung Regency based on Ministerial Decree 79/2001 on the basis of analysis with analytical capabilities of BPDAS land so as to provide a common perception in spatial planning and resource management natural resources in Bandung Regency. Research is done by quantitative method using Geographic Information System. Area difference of forest zone based on Ministerial Decree 79/2001 to BPDAS land capability is 69,709.009 ha or 26.042 kms and 26.042 kms. The result of research providing recommendations to decision makers in Bandung Regency associated with the analytical model and the Ministerial Decree 79/2001 SK model BPDAS analysis of land capability so that spatial planning and management of natural resources can be more synergistic to achieve sustainable development that takes into account the principles sustainable principles, optimal, harmonious and balanced.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study (1) design a conceptual model of spatial information during the rainy season and dry season to anticipate floods and drought, (2) create a functional model of the results of modeling conceptual, (3) implements spatial information during the rainy season and dry season to anticipate floods and droughts, Method of solving the problem is with descriptive and analytical techniques used spatial analysis and matrix. The conclusion of the study (1) the conceptual model results matrix analysis concluded basic map that used to be a small-scale (scope of West Java province) and refers to the raw information used by BPLHDs (Environmental Management Agency Region), (2) the functional model results matrix analysis concludes the number of components of spatial information to be presented is the 8 components of spatial information point (point), four components of spatial information line (line), 8 components of spatial information area (polygon) and 12 components of spatial information text (annotation), (3) implementation of the model results matrix analysis produces unity polygon graphics information to the boundary of the village, sub-district boundaries, county boundaries, the provincial boundaries, bodies of water catchment areas, wind roses, land use stored in the record and file levels. Unity of graphic information point for the station rainfall and bodies of water that is stored in the record and file levels. Unitary information line for a body of water, Isohyets, isobars and isotemp stored in the record and file levels.

Abstract

Green Hospital is a concept that is believed to reduce the effects of global warming. Therefore, hospital buildings should apply the concept of an environmentally friendly hospital (Green Hospital). In the construction of the Permata Keluarga Karawang Hospital, there are several subindicators of the Green Hospital that have not been accommodated. Problem solving can be done by the hospital by improving several sub-indicators and applying subindicators that are not yet available. The purpose of this study was to review and conduct a thorough evaluation in the environmental, financial and technical scope of the implementation of Green Hospital in the construction of the Permata Keluarga Karawang Hospital, as well as to provide solutions to the sub indicators of the Green Hospital that were not appropriate.Keywords: Building Construction, Green Hospital, Hosptal, Implementation

Abstract

Agenda Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sebagai kesepakatan pembangunan global berisi seperangkat tujuan transformatif antara lain (1) Tidak ada kemiskinan dalam bentuk apapun di seluruh penjuru dunia, (2) Tidak ada lagi kelaparan, mencapai ketahanan pangan, perbaikan nutrisi, serta mendorong budidaya pertanian yangberkelanjutan, (3) Kesehatan yang baik dan Kesejahteraan yang menjamin kehidupan yang sehat serta mendorong kesejahteraan hidup untuk seluruh masyarakat di segala umur. Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa penanganan kemiskinan, kelaparan, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan hidup cenderung kurang efektif, terutama di masa pandemi Covid 19. Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan tidak hanya mengajarkan ilmu dan pengetahuan, namun membekali para santri dengan keterampilan kerja dan keterampilan sosial kemasyarakatan melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Permasalahan pesantren perkotaan pada saat Pandemi Covid 19 semakin kompleks, sebagai lembaga produksi jika hanya mengandalkan pasar tradisional perkembangannya akan cenderung stagnan. Selain itu kurangnya stakeholder pesantren yang belum dilengkapi dengan keunggulan kompetitif terkini yang memahami, menguasai dan terampil dalam kompetensi sebagai lembaga produksi yang harus berinovasi agar dapat melanjutkan dalam dunia usaha terutama dimasa pandemi Covid 19. Hal ini memunculkan gagasan untuk melakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Pengembangan Pesantren Mandiri melalui Pendampingan UMKM Berkelanjutan berbasis Digital di Pesantren Ulul Abab Bojongkoneng. PkM Bidang Ilmu dilandasi oleh pengembangan keilmuaan yang dilakukan oleh para dosen UPI di fakultas, kampus daerah, atau program studi. Lingkup bidang ilmu yang dikembangkan meliputi disiplin ilmu pendidikan, pendidikan disiplin ilmu, dan disiplin ilmu lainnya.

Abstract

Energy crisis that attacking violently the earth already pushing efforts increased for benefiting energy that not sources from fossil. Result of physic, chemical, biologic, social and economic analysis got conclusion that Jatropha have better property than others. Research using descriptive method and supported by survey method. Spatial, physic, chemical and biologic analysis done in Bandung District. Objects of research are environmental physic condition in Bandung District, farmers who doing Jatropha seeding and cultivation and cooperative management who supporting activity of Jatropha seeding and cultivation. Research conclusions are : (1) Bandung District have locations where feasible cultivated Jatropha (2) Social and economic condition of farmers communities in locations of Jatropha seeding and cultivation are low and poor. (3) Cost and benefit component of work activity of Jatropha seeding and cultivation from field not enough giving information for feasibility study of finance on effort scale that bigger and more profitable. Next research about financial feasibility study of Jatropha seeding and cultivation must be done so that can be known scale of work that accurate linked with cost benefit components and can be refferenced by stakeholders in Jatropha seeding and cultivation.Keywords : Crisis of energy, Vegetables energy sources, Jatropha seeding and cultivation, Suitability locations, Social and economic condition of farmers, Cost and benefit components, Feasibility study

Abstract

Technological advances in the construction sector have resulted in a concept known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). Implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the construction sector will have a positive impact in over coming various kinds of conflicts in the construction process which generally occurdue to lack of understanding, lack of costs, lack of coordination, delays, and soon. This study aims to determine the flow chart on the 5D Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation process and 5D Building Information Modeling (BIM) standard operating procedures on building structures. This research contains methods for implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) 5D, namely making 3D models and Clash Detection, structural analysis, scheduling (4D) and budget plans (5D). Based on the results obtained from the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) 5D, itis a working drawing model, structural calculation, project scheduling and management as well as an integrated cost budget plan.Keywords: BIM, construction, cost budget implementation, scheduling, shop drawin
