Abstract

Electronic Data Processing (PDE) at SMK Negeri 24 Jakarta has a significant role in supporting the work processes as well as teaching and learning in schools. Its existence as one of the utilization of technology in the field of Information Technology (IT) has brought a new wind to the development progress of the inner workings of Administration (TU). However, the application of ICT, particularly PDE, in addition to bringing fresh air for IT development also brings the values that will lead to a negative thing if the awareness of IT security for each individual user's PDE is not maximized. Measuring the level of maturity on the PDE by using the COBIT framework 4.1 and domain DS5, Deliver and support system, are expected to provide information on the extent to which awareness of the security system on each user's information, measure the maturity level of information system security in PDE, to know the findings and constraints on system as well as members of the problem and alternative solutions based on the measurement results of the questionnaire results. Abstract

New Student Registration Information System created to convey information about public elementary school to the public via the internet. In addition to prospective students who will enroll in elementary school can enable them to register online. But there are still many parents who do not understand the registration procedures online, and not optimal dissemination of the online registration in the community. To solve this problem the authors conducted research into elementary schools to obtain accurate data by using the method of observation, interviews and transmit kuesoner (questionnaire data). After all the data is collected penuis perform data processing using SPSS 17.0 software so that the results of this study can conclude that with their students online registration affect the number of applicants. With the results of analysis of variance to regression = 163.333 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be decided that the research hypothesis (Ha) which states "There is the influence of online registration of the number of applicants in a public elementary school jakarta", accepted. Key words: Scientific Research, Admission System, Online Registration.

Abstract

The creation of the e-ID CARD issued by the Government in this regard the Ministry of Interior gave the side the ease in making Residents Sign Cards (KTP) as official proof of identification for every citizen. The technique of data collection undertaken by way of ask a few questions or written statement to the respondent the owner or user of the e-ID CARD around the area of Kecamatan Dramaga, Bogor. From the analysis, the determination of the coefficient of 0,199 obtainable. 19.9% it means that the variable satisfaction celebrated influenced by quality of service, while the 80,1% community satisfaction variables affected by other variables that are not discussed in this study

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemilihan dosen berprestasi di Akademi Maritim Djadajat Jakarta berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas dosen, sehingga Akademi memiliki dosen-dosen berkualitas. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan dosen berprestasi adalah kriteria pendidikan, jabatan akademi, jumlah sertifikat, dan lama mengajar. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan dosen berprestasi ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting yang dilakukan dengan membuat nilai matriks berpasangan untuk masing-masing kriteria. Nilai dari matriks berpasangan hasilnya harus konsisten. Data penilaian dosen akan dihitung dengan nilai matriks berpasangan dan hasil dari perhitungan tersebut akan muncul berbentuk rating nilai. Dengan data dosen sebanyak 20 dosen. Rating nilai dosen yang tertinggi, berhak untuk menjadi dosen berprestasi di Akademi Maritim Djadajat Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Dosen Berprestasi, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Abstract: The selection of outstanding lecturers at the Djadajat Maritime Academy in Jakarta is concerned with improving the quality of lecturers, so the Academy has qualified lecturers. The criteria used in the selection of outstanding lecturers are education criteria, academic position, number of certificates, and length of teaching. The decision support system of lecturer achievement is using Simple Additive Weighting method by making matrix value paired for each criterion. The value of the matrix in pairs of results should be consistent. The lecturer appraisal data will be calculated with the matrix value in pairs and the result of the calculation will appear in the form of a rating rating. With lecturer data of 20 lecturers. Rating of the highest lecturer, is entitled to become an outstanding lecturer at the Djadajat Maritime Academy in Jakarta. Abstract

Industrial companies, which are one of the players in the economy, are currently experiencing increasingly fast and rapid competition in industrial development. Industrial companies in selecting partners are still using the conventional way of recording partner data and assessing each partner, but some of these records are missing, making it difficult for the company to choose which one has a good performance. In addition, the company still applies subjective methods, namely based on the experience of being partners and being close to people who have power, in the end the company is unable to recommend which partners to accept or which are not accepted. The method that will be used to solve problems is by using the ELECTRE method, which has seven stages, namely Normalization of the Decision Matrix, Weighting the Normalized Matrix, Determining Concordance and Discordance Sets on the Index, Calculating Concordance and Discordance Matrices, Calculating Dominant Concordance and Discordance Matrices, Determine, Aggregate Dominance Matrix and Elimination of Less Favorable Alternatives. The results show that A2, A8 and A4 are the best alternatives from the other 12 alternatives. While the lowest alternatives are A1, A3, A5, A6, A7, A9, A10, A11 and A12.

Abstract

Mastering the English language is a skill that is very important in the era of information and communication today as capital for extensive social and career support, aware of the importance of mastering the language it needs to be taught from an early age education of course, need guidance and referrals from teachers and parents, this time in PAUD Al-Hasanah Cilimbung Tasikmalaya learning still use the traditional that is by writing and drawing materials on the blackboard and still incomplete supporting facilities for learning materials of course this is less effective and efficientstudents feel less understanding and less an interest on the material being taught, to overcome these problems then needed a new way of learning the English language is by using interactive media technology which expected to be able support the optimization learning fun so as to improve the English language skills that are taught accordance In designing animated multimedia-based English language learning done using Adobe Flash CS5 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. After designing and implementing multimedia models in multimedia-based English language learning on PAUD Al-Hasanah Cilimbung Tasikmalaya then the result turns out that students and teachers are very happy.Keyword: Learning English, multimedia, adobe flash CS5, adobe photoshop CS6

Abstract

One application of the use of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) is established between the ease of personnel in a large environment. Current technology used for the VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal), which uses satellites. However, the technology is quite expensive operating costs so that the use of this technology requires a high cost. Therefore, alternative technologies are relatively inexpensive and reliable is the Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) using 802.11b / g WiFi or 802.16a/e WiMAX.Keywords: Broadband Wireless Access, QoS management, 802.11b / g WiFi, 802.16a / e WiMAX.

Abstract

Penduduk miskin di Indonesia selalu menjadi permasalahan. Setiap pimpinan daerah maupun pusat menjadikan penduduk miskin sebagai tujuan utama yang harus diselesaikan. Bantuan bedah rumah sangat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelaksanaaan program bantuan ini, masih terdapat penyaluran yang tidak tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini mencoba mengelompokkan (mengkluster) penduduk miskin yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk mendapatkan bantuan bedah rumah dengan menggunakan metode K-Means. Metoda ini terdiri dari 3 pertimbangan kriteria yaitu jenis atap, jenis dinding dan jenis lantai. Nilai dari setiap kriteria tersebut menjadi patokan untuk penyeleksian penduduk yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk mendapatkan bantuan bedah rumah. Pada penelitian ini penduduk yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan bedah rumah adalah penduduk yang mempunyai nilai cluster paling besar atau kondisi fisik rumah terburuk. Sistem penilaian prioritas penduduk miskin menggunakan data mining metode Clustering K-Means. Sistem ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai salah satu metode pengklasteran yang membantu keputusan dalam menentukan kelompok penduduk prioritas yang mendapatkan bedah rumah. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan Kepala Desa agar penilaian prioritas penduduk penerima bantuan bedah rumah bisa lebih berkualitas dan efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak:Sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, SMKN 1 Ciomas merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memberikan beasiswa kepada para siswa. Beasiswa ini ditujukan untuk siswa kurang mampu. Untuk bisa mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut, siswa harus memenuhi kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh SMKN 1 Ciomas. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut antara lain surat keterangan tidak mampu, status anak dalam keluarga, penghasilan orangtua, jumlah tanggungan orangtua, dan nilai rata-rata raport semester terakhir. Hanya siswa yang memenuhi kriteria-kriteria tersebut yang dapat memperoleh beasiswa. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu permasalahan penyeleksi penerima beasiswa tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah multikriteria. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan beasiswa ini telah berhasil dikembangkan dan menampilkan perankingan dari hasil penyeleksian para calon penerima beasiswa. Kata Kunci: beasiswa, sistem pendukung keputusan, SAW  Abstract: As formal education institutions, SMKN 1 Ciomas is one school that provides scholarships to students. This scholarship is intended for disadvantaged students. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must meet the criteria set by SMKN 1 Ciomas. These criteria include a certificate can not afford, the status of children in the family, parental income, number of dependents of parents, and the average value of the last semester report cards. Only students who meet the criteria to obtain a scholarship. To assist in determining a person determining the eligible then takes a decision support system. Computer-based decision support system is one way to help the problems of the grantee selectors. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system for receiving a scholarship by using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) which has the ability to solve the problem of multiple criteria. From the test results, we concluded that the decision support system for receiving this scholarship has been successfully developed and display the ranking of the results of the selection of the scholarship recipients. Keywords: scholarship, decision support systems, SAW

Abstract

Business competitors are required to think of a sales strategy to attract the attention of buyers, especially the amount of business competition that can increase sales. There are many ways used by a company to boost sales, even similar ways have been followed by other companies as competitors. Business competitors, especially Inter Pharmacies, are required to think creatively to increase sales. Using a sales database and assisted with algorithm A Priori data mining companies will know the pattern of selling goods and can determine the determination of the provision of goods and the right stock addition.
