Abstract

Dalam aktivitas supply chain selalu berpotensi untuk timbul risiko, oleh sebab itu manajemen risiko sangat diperlukan untuk penanganan risiko. Pada perusahaan yang memproduksi sepatu kulit seperti PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa, dalam aktivitas supply chain bahan baku kulit memiliki peluang untuk timbul risiko. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan analisa risiko dan rancangan aksi mitigasi, untuk memitigasi risiko atau gangguan yang berpeluang timbul pada supply chain bahan baku kulit tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model house of risk yang terdiri dari 2 fase. Fase pertama yaitu pengidentifikasian risiko dan agen risiko, yang kemudian dilakukan pengukuran tingkat severity dan occurance serta perhitungan nilai aggregate risk priority (ARP). Fase kedua yaitu penanganan risiko. Setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 27 kejadian risiko dan 52 agen risiko. Terdapat 6 aksi mitigasi yang dapat digunakan, dengan harapan mampu memitigasi risiko pada supply chain bahan baku kulit.

Abstract

To be able to retain its customer, PT Pelindo III Tanjung Perak Surabaya must serve and fulfill what is desired by prospective passengers so that they can maintain the loyalty of passengers who use the services. In this observation, there are 6 criterias that have servqual value below the average values (-0.03746). The first criteria is, the capacity of the waiting room (seats) is adequate (-0.16206), comfortable waiting room (-0.1500), security of luggage passengers (-0.08232), hygiene at Tanjung Perak harbor (-0.06160), giving attention to the grievances of passengers (-0.05896), and management responsiveness to complaints of passengers (-0.05040). This indicates that the port services are still not able to fulfill customer expectations. Method to solve this problem is using the TRIZ method. Results obtained from the analysis using TRIZ,that acquired  4 solutions given to the manager. The 4 solutions are division of task should be differentiated according to the places that exist in the passenger terminal, the process of measuring the quality of services they provide in a regularly and periodically, changes in physical conditions, especially the addition of a seat and air conditioning (central) or fan.

Abstract

Kampung Gadukan Surabaya, is a center of the village featured products ladies fashion bags in East Java. Foreign products, especially from China,became a threat to SME won in both domestic market and export market. Variations in product design and affordable price of make imported products more in demand by the public. Increased competitiveness through the realization of the strategy of product diversification as a strategy that needs to be done in the SME businesses expand reviews their markets. Through a gap analysis to obtain customer satisfaction criteria and refers to the eight dimensions of product development, the resulting that there are 20 criteria in product attributes are important by consumers. In addition, from the design concept of the initial design of products produced four factors of quality criteria that should be a priority in the product design process. The fourth factor is the quality of the quality of raw and auxiliary materials, elegant design, color and quality of the production process. Based on reviews these four factors, the quality of the products of SMEs will be expected to meet the desires of consumers.
