Abstract

Isu penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah menyangkut peningkatan mutu sekolah. Namun, pada kenyataannya upaya peningkatan mutu saat ini masih mengalami berbagai permasalahan. Adapun permasalahan khusus dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan saat ini seperti rendahnya sarana fisik, rendahnya kualitas guru dan sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, Pertama Mendeskripsikan strategi. Kedua, Karakteristik dan, Ketiga, Dampak Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Budaya Etis terhadap peningkatan Mutu Sekolah di MA Bilingual Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Adapun teknik yang dilakukan dalam rangka mengumpulkan datanya dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang semuanya untuk mencari tahu tentang strategi, karakteristik dan dampak kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis budaya etis dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Sedangkan informan yang dipilih dalam peneltian ini adalah kepala sekolah, tenaga kependidikan, tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan penelitian, 1) Strategi meliputi berperan sebagai model atau contoh bagi bawahan, berjuang demi nasib bawahan, berpikir tentang konsekuensi jangka panjang, menetapkan standar etika agama sebagai budaya kepada para pendidik dan para peserta didik, memperhatikan aspek heterogenitas dalam mengembangkan budaya etika di lembaga sekolahnya. 2) Karakteristik meliputi religius, jujur, adil, disiplin, tegas dan simpati. 3) Dampaknya dapat dirasakan meliputi aspek perilaku akademik, non akademik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis budaya etis memiliki implikasi dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Oleh karena itu dapat dioperasinalkan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Budaya Etis dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Sekolah di MA Bilingual Batu adalah proses mempengaruhi orang lain dalam lembaga pendidikan dengan mengedepankan cara atau kebiasaan beretika dengan baik dalam memimpin, disesuaikan dengan standar etika yang akan diterapkan, serta mengupayakan adanya peningkatan mutu pada lembaga pendidikan sehingga tidak mengurangi nilai-nilai yang dianut oleh masyarakat sekolah dalam mencapai visi bersama.

Abstract

In education the various problems faced by teachers is still often the case, came successive as the development of the times. Ranging from lack of mastery of the material in the learning process, a lack of understanding on curriculum applied, stuttering in operating technology, often active on social media with things which are not educating which led to the loss of authority as a teacher and others. This paper uses qualitative research methods. Reasons to use qualitative research methods because the author wanted to describe the naturally muswarah on the role of teachers of subjects in improving teacher competence. Conclusion in this paper, the role MGMP in improving teacher competence Education of Islam among them as a forum, a. teacher competency through increased competence of pedagogic, social competence, personality, competencies, competency and professional, b. intellectual capacity building of teachers, c. as a discussion forum to find solutions in the face of challenges in the process of learning, d. increased sustainable profession forum.

Abstract

Abstrak eksistensi Pesantren sudah teruji oleh zaman, sehingga sampai detik ini masih tetap bertahan dengan berbagai macam dinamikanya. Ciri khas paling menonjol yang membedakan pesantren dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya adalah sistem pendidikan dua puluh empat jam, dengan mengkondisikan para santri dalam satu lokasi asrama yang dibagi dalam bilik-bilik atau kamar-kamar sehingga mempermudah mengaplikasikannya. Salah satunya pondok pesantren Darul Qur’an Al Anwariyah di Tulehu Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Pondok pesantren ini banyak meraih prestasi dalam bidang keagamaan yakni pada Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun dalam penelitian kualitatif terdapat tiga teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu wawancara yang mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pondok pesantren Darul Qur’an Al Anwariyah Tulehu, dapat dikategorikan sebagai pondok pesantren dengan menerapkan sistem pendidikan yang bersifat moderen dengan tipe yang diterapkan a) Memadukan sistem pembelajaran pesantren dengan pembelajaran formal, b) Pondok pesatren ini memfokuskan para santrinya untuk menjadi para santri penghafal Al-Qur’an, c) Memakai dua bahasa yang diwajibkan dalam aktifitas sehari-hari di pondok pesantren, yakni bahasa Arab dan bahasa Inggris. Kemudian tinjauan tentang para santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an Al Anwariyah, berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan pada beberapa teori di atas, dapat dikategorikan santri pada Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an Al Anwariyah Tulehu meliputi Santri Mukim, Santri Kalong, Santri Alumnus dan Santri Luar.

Abstract

Abstract: Management in its operational stages is an effort to encourage students to follow the directions given by the teaching staff at TPQ. Siri sori Islam around 1970 is known as the country with the most Qori' and Qori'ah producers in Maluku Province. Meanwhile, in carrying out this research, qualitative research methods were used with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that TPQ needs to play an active and effective role in increasing interest in reading the Qur'an, especially in tilawah and tartil by updating information about the development of MTQ such as through Youtube. Then, it is necessary to participate in the participation of the District Tilawatil Qur'an Development Institute in collaboration with TPQ in terms of bringing in Tilawah or Tartil trainers who have competence in their fields, so that in the process of coaching and networking MTQ participants at TPQ for the time being, they can get participants who are considered maximum. Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research aims to find out the implementation of professionality of moral teachers in improving the quality of learning in MTs Ambon State. This study has been conducted from November 23, 2020 to December 23, 2020. Informants in this study are principals, moral teachers and learners. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the professionalism of teachers is in the form of, teachers make RPP as a reference in carrying out learning activities, teachers are able to explain the subject matter well, teachers master the curriculum well, teachers have broad insights, teachers master learning media, teachers have good teaching skills, teachers become good role models and teachers have good personalities.Keyword: Teacher professionalism, Akidah Akhlak, Improving the Quality of Learning ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi profesionalitas guru akidah akhlak dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di MTs Negeri Ambon. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 November 2020 sampai dengan tanggal 23 Desember 2020. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru akidah akhlak dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profesionalitas guru akidah akhlak adalah berupa, guru membuat RPP sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, guru mampu menjelaskan materi pelajaran dengan baik, guru  menguasai kurikulum dengan baik, guru memiliki wawasan yang luas, guru  menguasai media pembelajaran, guru memiliki keterampilan mengajar dengan baik, guru menjadi teladan yang baik dan guru memiliki kepribadian yang baik.Kata kunci: Profesionalitas Guru, Akidah Akhlak, Peningkatan Mutu Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted due to the phenomenon of the development of business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Ambon. The object of research in this study was business actors in the red stone village of Ambon city. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The results showed that many business actors are those who do not have a special educational background in entrepreneurship. The results of field observations show that business actors started businesses due to the large amount of government assistance and the large return of students from outside the city to the city of Ambon and provided development to business actors in the city of Ambon. The results of the study provide information on the importance of knowledge to business actors in the red stone village of Ambon city about entrepreneurship so that their business can continue to grow in any condition.Keywords : Covid-19, Businessman, Entrepreneur Education

Abstract

Management is a process of activities that includes four functions including planning, organizingn, implementing and controlling. In its implementation, the management of Islamic education based on religious culture has an urgent role in directing humans to worship Allah and be on good terms with fellow human beings. This study aims to find out what religious value bases are often applied in Educational Institutions, and how religious culture management is applied. To facilitate the course of this research, researchers used a literature research method with descriptive data analysis techniques in 15 research articles on Religious Culture published from various educational journals with a time span from 2017 to 2022.  The results of the study showed that the religious cultural base applied used the values of Tawhid, Akhlak, Amanah and Social. In addition, in the stages of its management, the aspects contained within the religious culture must be applied systematically and scheduled.

Abstract

Education is a barometer for the progress of a nation. Or simply put, the progress of a state or nation lies in its education. This research examines Office Management, Office Management Based on Quality Culture and Quality Culture of Superior Islamic Educational Institutions. The research method used is qualitative research with library research methods. In this research process, the Implementation of Quality Culture-Based Office Management in Realizing Superior Islamic Educational Institutions, its management is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, initiating and  directing operations, by having a cultural basis for the quality of superior programs in it, having a vision and mission that can be realized by all elements in the Islamic Educational Institution in a measurable manner and focused on customer needs, have adequate facilities, as well as the creation of responsibility for all elements in the organization with values that are still fought for in their duties or work and the latter have the principle of loyalty to the organization.Keywords : Management, Quality Culture, Islamic Education

Abstract

The implementation of improving the quality of Islamic Education Institutions towards the 5.0 era with the concept of quality that must be used as a benchmark to be applied, is a must in paying attention to it on an ongoing basis. That is why, the purpose of this writing needs to explain it. The method used in this study was used by Systematic Literature Review with four stages, 1) designing a review, 2) conducting a review, 3) analysis, and 4) writing a review.  From the research process carried out, it was found that the management of Islamic Educational Institutions towards the 5.0 era, requires management that has entrepreneurial nuances, is based on Communities and Mosques, requires a leadership figure with a transformative, democratic and laissez faire style, then requires a good evaluation system to the improvement of adequate facilities. Then on the side of the Concept of Improving the Quality of Islamic Educational Institutions Towards the 5.0 era, Some of the concepts that can be applied such as 1) the concept of internal and external quality assurance that is responsive and adaptive. 2) Optimization of resources in line with the concept of marketing. 3) Requires the support of all parties, including the role of shops as admirers in Islamic Educational Institutions. 4) Requires orderly governance. and 5) Implementation of digital-based quality planning.

Abstract

Management is the activity of planning, organizing and controlling the program of activities to be carried out In the process of its application, management is needed for Early Childhood Education Institutions. In today's technological era, archival systems do not only require expertise to document archives manually. Instead, it is online through the available applications.  This research uses the Action research method, which is research that talks about, for and by the community by utilizing interaction, participation and collaboration with the target group. The results of the study showed that PAUD Wastalele Indah and KB Sepakat Al Hidayah 5, can receive input well and take part in document filing training through google drive which has been carried out with the main objective of making it easier for them to face accreditation in the future. Keywords; PAUD Management, Archives, Accreditation
