Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the results of observations and experiences of researchers, that found the majority of Acehnese women who are Muslim from the age range of ten years and above have used the veil. This study aims to analyze the factors underlying the veiled Acehnese women. The approach used is descriptive qualitative case study method. The data collection techniques used are direct observation, documentation, and interviews. Data sources for which the data used in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the structure of events where the researcher describes the events that occur. The results of this study are found to be the two factors underlying Acehnese women using the veil, namely Internal factors, and external factors. Internal factors consist of parental support and self-awareness. External factors consist of the environment (social culture) that drives it to use the veil and local government regulations contained in Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2002 concerning the implementation of Islamic law in the fields of aqeedah, worship, and Islamic symbols. The hijab is included in the category of Islamic symbols. Regarding this, Islamic law requires all women to cover their aurat by wearing headscarves based on the laws contained in the Holy Qur’an and Hadith. According to most scholars the female aurat consists of the whole body except the hands and face.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan inovasi pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19. Inovasi pembelajaran diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi juga pencegahan Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, kerjasama orang tua, guru dan pemerintah sangat dianjurkan demi mewujudkan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien di tengah wabah penyakit yang melanda dunia saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kajian literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menelusuri berbagai sumber baik berupa dokumen pemerintah, media massa, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan sebelumnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan policy research dan didukung oleh hasil wawancara dengan beberapa siswa tingkat sekolah dasar. Analisis data menggunakan Content Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19) berdampak pada munculnya konsep-konsep baru berkaitan dengan inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan. Inovasi pembelajaran tersebut diantaranya Learning from Home: Kolaborasi antara sekolah dengan orang tua, pembelajaran sebagai peluang sekaligus tantangan, dan inovasi model pembelajaran Blended Learning. Harapannya, inovasi tersebut dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal dan dapat meningkatkan kerjasama antar orang tua, guru, dan pemerintah demi mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing secara global. Inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi diharapkan tidak hanya berlangsung dimasa pandemi Covid-19, namun dapat diterapkan setelah Covid-19 berakhir untuk pendidikan yang semakin maju dan berkualitas.Kata kunci: Inovasi, Pembelajaran, Virus Corona (COVID-19) AbstractThis article aimed to analyze and describe learning innovations in the Covid-19 pandemic. Learning innovation are expected to provide solutions for Covid-19 prevention. Because of that, the collaboration among parents, teachers, and the government is highly recommended to realize effective and efficient education despite the current epidemic that plagues the world today. The research method used was qualitative research with a literature review method. Data collection was carried out by tracing various sources in the form of government documents, mass media, and relevant research results that were previously analyzed using policy research and supported by interviews with several elementary school level students. Data analysis used Content Analysis. The results of this study indicate that government policies in overcoming the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) have an impact on the emergence of new concepts related to learning innovations that can be applied. These learning innovations include Learning from Home: Collaboration between school and parents, learning as an opportunity as well as a challenge, and learning model innovation of Blended Learning. Hopefully, these innovations can provide optimal results and can enhance collaboration among parents, teachers, and the government to create qualified education and be able to compete globally. Technology-based learning innovations are expected to not only take place during the Covid-19 pandemic but also to be applied after the Covid-19 ends for more advanced and qualified education. Keywords: Innovation, Learning, Coronavirus Desease (COVID-19)
